在机械加工过程中，为了保证加工精度，固定工件，使之占有确定位置以接受加工或检测的工艺装备统称为机床夹具，简称夹具。夹具最早出现在18世纪后期。随着科学技术的不断进步，夹具已从一种辅助工具发展成为门类齐全的工艺装备1， 2。机床夹具是在机床上用以装夹工件的一种装置，其作用是使工件相对于机床或刀具有一个正确的位置并在加工过程中保持这个位置不变。机床夹具在机械加工中的作用可以归纳这几个方面：保证加工精度；提高生产效率、降低成本；扩大机床工艺范围；减轻工人的劳动强度。其组成包括定位元件、夹紧装置、夹具与机床间的连接元件、对刀或导向元件、其他装置或元件、夹具体。根据夹具的使用范围可分为：通用夹具，专用夹具，通用可调夹具和成组夹具，组合夹具，随行夹具。在这里我们着重于夹具设计的自动化、标准化、通用化和高效化；并注重绿色设计，使操作舒适、敏捷、准确。这样有利于缩短生产周期和降低成本，使获得良好的经济效益。连杆铣键槽工序的夹具设计为本课题的研究内容，连杆铣键槽工序是连杆机械加工工艺过程中，用切削的方法改变毛坯的形状、尺寸和材料的物理机械性质使之成为具有所需要的一定精度、粗糙度等的零件的过程。一 机床夹具的国内外现状我国国内的夹具始于20世纪60年代，当时建立了面向机械行业的天津组合夹具厂，和面向航空工业的保定向阳机械厂，以后又建立了数个生产组合夹具元件的工厂。在当时曾达到全国年产组合夹具元件800万件的水平。20世纪80年代以后，两厂又各自独立开发了适合NC机床、加工中心的孔系组合夹具系统，不仅满足了我国国内的需求，还出口到美国等国家。当前我国每年尚需进口不少NC机床、加工中心，而由国外配套孔系夹具，价格非常昂贵，现大都由国内配套，节约了大量外汇。 从国际上看俄国、德国和美国是组合夹具的主要生产国。当前国际上的夹具企业均为中小企业，专用夹具、可调整夹具主要接受本地区和国内订货，而通用性强的组合夹具已逐步成熟为国际贸易中的一个品种。有关夹具和组合夹具的产值和贸易额尚缺乏统计资料，但欧美市场上一套用于加工中心的央具，通常为机床价格的1110一1115，而组合夹具的大型基础件尤其昂贵。由于我国在组合夹具技术上有历史的积累和性能价格比的优势，随着我国加入wTO和制造业全球一体化的趋势，特别是电子商务的日益发展，其中蕴藏着很大的商机，具有进一步扩大出口良好前景。国际生产研究协会的统计表明，目前中、小批多品种生产的工件品种已占工件种类总数的85左右。现代生产要求企业所制造的产品品种经常更新换代，以适应市场的需求与竞争。然而，一般企业都仍习惯于大量采用传统的专用夹具，一般在具有中等生产能力的工厂里，约拥有数千甚至近万套专用夹具；另一方面，在多品种生产的企业中，每隔34年就要更新5080左右专用夹具，而夹具的实际磨损量仅为1020左右。特别是近年来，数控机床、加工中心、成组技术、柔性制造系统（FMS）等新加工技术的应用，对夹具提出了如下新的要求：1）能迅速而方便地装备新产品的投产，以缩短生产准备周期，降低生产成本；2）能装夹一组具有相似性特征的工件；3）能适用于精密加工的高精度机床夹具；4）能适用于各种现代化制造技术的新型机床夹具；5）采用以液压站等为动力源的高效夹紧装置，以进一步减轻劳动强度和提高劳动生产率；6）提高机床夹具的标准化程度。二现代机床夹具的发展方向现代机床夹具的方向主要表现为标准化，精密化，高效化和柔性化四个方面：（1）标准化 机床夹具的标准化与通用化是相互联系的两个方面。目前我国已有夹具零件及部件的国家标准：GB/T2148T225991以及各类通用夹具、组合夹具标准等。机床夹具的标准化，有利于夹具的商品化生产，有利于缩短生产准备周期，降低生产总成本。（2）精密化 随着机械产品精度的日益提高，势必相应提高了对夹具的精度要求。精密化夹具的结构类型很多，例如用于精密分度的多齿盘，其分度精度可达0.1；用于精密车削的高精度三爪自定心卡盘，其定心精度为5m。（3）高效化 高效化夹具主要用来减少工件加工的基本时间和辅助时间，以提高劳动生产率，减轻工人的劳动强度。常见的高效化夹具有自动化夹具、高速化夹具和具有夹紧力装置的夹具等。例如，在铣床上使用电动虎钳装夹工件，效率可提高5倍左右；在车床上使用高速三爪自定心卡盘，可保证卡爪在试验转速为9000r/min的条件下仍能牢固地夹紧工件，从而使切削速度大幅度提高。目前，除了在生产流水线、自动线配置相应的高效、自动化夹具外，在数控机床上，尤其在加工中心上出现了各种自动装夹工件的夹具以及自动更换夹具的装置，充分发挥了数控机床的效率。（4）柔性化 机床夹具的柔性化与机床的柔性化相似，它是指机床夹具通过调整、组合等方式，以适应工艺可变因素的能力。工艺的可变因素主要有：工序特征、生产批量、工件的形状和尺寸等。具有柔性化特征的新型夹具种类主要有：组合夹具、通用可调夹具、成组夹具、模块化夹具、数控夹具等。为适应现代机械工业多品种、中小批量生产的需要，扩大夹具的柔性化程度，改变专用夹具的不可拆结构为可拆结构，发展可调夹具结构，将是当前夹具发展的主要方向12,13,14,15。随着科学技术的日新月异，先进制造技术不断得到发展。在机械加工过程中，夹具占有非常重要的地位，它可靠地保证了工件的加工精度，提高了加工效率，减轻了劳动的强度。在机床技术向高速、高效、精密、符合、智能、环保方向发展的带动下，夹具技术正朝着高精、高效、模块、组合、通用、经济的方向发展。 根据基准面铣模夹具的加工工艺的要求，本课题所要求的夹具的特点是加工精度高、针对性强、结构紧凑、操作简便、生产率高。除此之外选择夹具的类型与结构型式必须与零件生产批量大小相适应，夹具结构与零部件应具有足够的刚度和强度，从而保证夹具操作方便、夹紧可靠、使用安全、并有合理的装卸空间。设计的主要内容：1. 清楚工件定位的原理，采用完全定位的方式。2. 定位原件的选择：选用V型块加紧的方式。包括夹紧力方向，作用点以及大小的确定。3. 夹具结构的整体设计。4. 定位误差的分析及其计算方法。5.
