红楼梦 两个译本中归化与异化的 目的论研究 学科专业 英语语言文学 指导教师 杨炳钧教授 研究方向 翻译理论与实践 研究生 智慧清 内容摘要 翻译策略是指译者在处理源语与译语文化差异时所使用的方法 在翻译中有两 种基本策略 归化和异化 在中西翻译史上都有关于翻译策略的长久争论 通过对 翻译策略的回顾 作者发现 人们倾向于将这两种策略互相对立起来 主张采取其 中一种策略反对另一种 各自有各自的理由 彼此争论不休 无法达成一致 然而 人们较少关注以下两个问题 为什么译者会选择某种翻译策略 在什么情况下应 选择什么策略 针对这两个问题 作者从 目的论 的角度来探讨这个人们争论不休的翻译策 略问题 目的论主张 翻译活动中最重要的原则是 目的 原则 即翻译到底选择 哪种策略是由发动者或译者想要达到的目的决定的 而翻译的目的又受各种因素的 影响 在目的论的框架下 评价一部翻译作品的标准是 合适 的翻译
