Moreover, I can also appropriately manage my time for the whole week to avoid possible consequences of rushing through some important missions while wasting too much time on some trifles.（思考：此处moreover可以有哪些表达可以代替：besides, apart from that, aside from that, in addition, what is more）一时想不出原因怎么办？定义！这是什么。美德It is a human virtue to plan things in advance, just as my parents educated me in my childhood. Therefore, I prefer to have a lot of things planned for each week. 忽然想出来一点原因：That way, I would feel secure because everything is controlled in my hand.Back up question: Do you like to have a lot of things to do each week? (on time就能怎样，不on time 就会有什么不好的后果)When you are on time, everything scheduled can be proceeded properly; when you are late, （先总讲，再举例）any possible negative consequence might be caused, for example, your business partner would think you are not a reliable person your business partners (especially people from the West) would regard you as an unreliable person (to cooperate with).There would be any possible negative consequence, for example, 第三种处理点It is universally accepted that it is a human virtue to arrive on time for any appointment. While it is quite acceptable to be late for a personal appointment because people tend to be quite tolerant with others when they need relaxation after work, it is considered a must to be prudent in doing business, which is not a joke. Therefore, we say it is essential to arrive on time / be punctual for business meetings.关键点是抓住对比，不管是“是与否”的对比还是“A与B”的对比，用while什么问题都解决了。A, do you think that colleagues should have regular meetings with each other? (Why?/Why not?)思考：colleagues, regular从“colleague”这个词出发：天天见面，有什么事马上可以交流，不需要有事没事就开会从“regular”这个表达出发：（肯定是讲好处，所以落点在例会的好处）不断提醒大家最近在做的主要的事（为什么要提醒），增进大家的革命友谊，有机会名正言顺地互通有无，向大家交待最近的工作进度从“colleague”出发：I do not agree with that (the regularity of meetings for colleagues) because (in that) colleagues usually meet each other every working day. If they have anything to exchange with each other, they can do any time. Therefore, it is not a must to have (hold) regular meetings.接上句every working day（思考：时间结尾，加when or on which之类）, when they can exchange ideas any time . Therefore, 从“regular”出发，请大家思考并自己完成回答。B, do you think business people will have fewer face-to-face meetings in the future? (Why?/Why not?)Back up question: Will business people have fewer face-to-face meetings in the future? (Why?/Why not?)关键词business, more than one language思考：1. 是Business people，而不是别的people；2. 会讲一种以上的语言有什么好处（与更多外国人交流更好，才从而有更多机会进行生意往来），不会又有什么坏处（少很多机会）引进思考理念：有，有什么好处；没有，又有什么坏处（英语说话理念：扯）以第二种思考为例：(In the current world with growing trend of international business,) If a business person can speak two languages or more, s/he would communicate better with people from different countries, thus having greater opportunities for business relations with them, which would otherwise be gone with the wind.
