Greetings.2. Listen and sing.(Ten little candles.)Step II Preview1. Show a picture of three candles.Review and read three.2. Show a picture of five candles.Read and repeat five.Review one, two and four in the same way.Step III Presentation1. Look at the picture of a boy crying at a birthday party.T: Why is he crying on his birthday?Ss : T: He doesnt have any friends at the party. Where are they? They are having a sports meeting.2. Show six monkeys jumping.(Flash)One by one reading of six.(Number cards)Read and spell.3. Look at seven ducks swimming.Read in pairs.Learn eight, nine and ten in the same way.4. Competition.(Groupwork)Look and count the angry birds appear in the screen.The quicker , the winner.5. Play a game.(Jumping Numbers)Numbers six to ten for five students.Listen and jump up high.Others say numbers loudly with the teachers hint. 6.
