世纪英国著名的批评家兼诗人 一生特立独行 卓尔不群 兼具数学家的缜密思维和诗人的浪漫情怀 本文在跨文化视野中 研究燕卜荪对中国传统文化的吸收以及他对中国 现代文坛的影响 且根据影响的双向阐发原理来反映异质文化之间的相 互理解与沟通 从而促进中西异质文化的交流与融合 论文主要分为三部分 第一部分简要叙述燕卜荪的生平及其诗学成 就 揭示燕卜荪在诗学方面吸收了中国古典诗学中的朦胧理念 并在其 诗歌创作中注入了中国元素 燕卜荪因其导师理查兹与中国的关系 接 触到中国传统文化 发现 朦胧 为中西诗学的交点 成功地吸收了中 国古典诗学中的朦胧概念 并细化朦胧的类型 超越了其笼统性 燕卜 荪两度来华任教 对东方佛教文化的仰慕和难忘的中国经历也使燕卜荪 的诗歌题材有了新的转向 体现了中国文化 第二部分阐述在中西文化碰撞的时代背景下 中国现代诗学对燕卜 荪诗学的借鉴与创新 通过对朱自清 钱钟书
