论社会建构主义角度下的以网络资源为手段的英语写作教学 摘要 俄所周知 教育的发展离不开社会的进步 社会的每一次深刻变化都会引起 教育的深刻变化 在新世纪 计算机技术的发展与广泛应用深刻影响到教育领域 计算机技术及其多种功能被广泛地运用于教育及各学科的教学中 毫无器问 在 英语教学方面 计算机也必将成为英语教师有效的教学工具和好帮手i 辟文探讨 了在社会建构主义指导下 以计算机和网络技术为手段 进行英语写作教学的可 行性和优越性 本文第一章对写作背景和目的做了概括的介绍 第二章指出目前中国学生在 英文写作中出现的问题 从学生和教师两个方面做了探讨 f 一方面 中国学生受 社会上各种各样的英语考试的影响 盲目追求高分 不注重实际应用能力的培养 导致了 高分低能 因此 在一定意义上 可以说是中国的考试体系误导了英 语写作的学习方向 另一方面 教师在行为主义的教学理论的影响下 对英文写 作教学采用成果教学法 这种教学法的弊端已被越来越多的人所认识 如课堂上 以教师为中心 过分强调语法等y 当今 计算机技术己被广泛应用到包括教育在 内的各行各业 在此情况下 本文先分析了计算机辅助英语写作教学的理论基础 这些理论包括新的教学理论社会建构主义 新的写作教学方法过程教学法及新的 评估法袋装评估法 接着本文又阐述如何利用计算机技术 尤其是因特网上的在 线资源 将这些新的教学理论与方法付诸实践 社会建构主义对教学有一定的指导作用 如建构主义教学方法强调培养学生 的认知能力 不仅教学生学什么 而且教学生如何学习 强调合作学习及教师与 学生和学生之间的互动学习 使用这种教学法 教师应努力为学生创造 个交互 式的学习环境 设计真实的学习任务 激发学生的内在学习动机 以便于学生能 够主动地建构目标语言及其相关的文化 袋装评估法是与传统评估方法完全不同的新的评估法 传统的评估法教师只 重视学生的写作成果 而学生少有修改自己文章的机会 采取袋装评估法 学生 将一学期里几篇具有代表性的作文放在一个文件袋中 期末一次集中交给教师进 行评估 这些作文是在一学期的不同时期写成的 教师曾经批阅过这些文章 但 通常只提出进一步修改的意见 不给成绩 学生根据教师与同学的意见对自己的 文章进行反复地修改 教师还可能要求将草稿一同交上 通过对草稿与最终作品 的对比 电子邮件可使学生在真实的环境中与真实的 互动者进行笔头交流等 这些网上的教学活动不仅为学生提供一个练习写作技巧 的机会 而且也是社会建构主义的在实践中的应用形式 组织这些活动的目的 在于通过大量的网上自由写作练习 促使学生写作的流畅化 p 第五章是评论一个使用计算机辅助写作教学的实验 实验的设计是把同样内 容放在两个不同的课堂中教授 以比较学生的不同的学习态度和教学效果 在传 统的课堂上 教师控制着整个课堂 占用课堂的大部分时间教授学生写作技巧 学生只是被动的听众与学习者 在计算机辅助教学的教室里 教师利用网上的聊 天室 b b s 等功能组织该写作实验 学生则在字处理技术 互联网和多种写作 软件的帮助下进行写作 实验数据表明 使用计算机辅助写作教学确实具有传统 课堂教学无法比拟的优越性 从该实验中 我们得知计算机辅助英语写作教学有如下优点 1 提供更多平等交流的机会 网络的不可见性有助于学生克服心理障碍 2 更好地激发学生的兴趣 增加学生学习英语写作的内在动机 3 提供了一个交互式的学习环境 合作学习得以更好地实现 4 增强了学生的自信心 互联网不仅为学生的学习英语提供了真实的语境 而且开阔了他们的眼界 l 第六章指出使用计算机辅助教学 教师课前需要做大量的前期准备工作 在 教学过程中 教师对学生适当的监控和及时反馈非常重霉 白算机技术在英语写
