PAGE 2 of 9 1INTRODUCTION 介绍介绍 Lifting operation is one of the most hazardous and commonly carried out operation on any construction site Lifting is an integral part of most of work In order to carry out this operation safely SECCO requires all lifting operation to be carried out in safe manner utilizing both competent personnel and proper equipment 起重作业是最具危险性的作业之一 且通常在每个施工现场都需进行的作业 对大多数作业而言 起 safe system of work for all lifting operation on site including supplies of materials equipment and ensuring these activities are to be supervised by a competent person when coming on to the PY HZ Gas
