Unit6 A story-Nicolas holidays教学设计一、教学目标: 教师教学目标: 1. Leading students to learn the new words and the sentences. 2.引导学生读懂本故事情节,了解北极居民的生活,把握Nicola情绪先后变化的原因. 3.通过分角色朗读和表演,培养学生的口头表达能力,渗透德育(Therere beauty everywhere, if we can find them with our heart)激发学生热爱大自然、探索大自然的思想感情。 学生学习目标: 1. students learn to use the new words and the sentences. 2能在图片的帮助下读懂、理解故事Nicolas holidays; 3能尝试表演故事Nicolas holidays. 二、学习任务: Task 1 Circle the words and the sentences you dont understand. Fill in the blanks. Task 2 Read and complete the exercises. Task 3 Read the story and fill in the form. 三、检测工具: 1. Choose one part to read in roles. 2. Retell this story. 四过程设计 (一) 激情导课 1.导入课题 T: Hello, boys and girl. Im glad to meet you here. At first, Ill introduce myself. My first name is Cui, so you call me Miss Cui. Please show me your hands and say “Hello” to Miss Cui. Whats your name? What do you like? (教师提示: playing computer,watching TV or playing football) T: Do you like travelling(旅游)? I like travelling. Look, there are some photos about my holidays. Look here, Im on holiday in Beijing, Im visiting the summer palace. I think this is great fun. And this one, Im on holiday in _, Im visiting_ . Ss: Beijing, Tiananmen. T: Have you got some photos about your holiday? Students talk about their holidays. 学生谈论. T: Look, this is my new friend Nicola, where does she spend (度过)her holiday? 2. 明确目标 Now lets learn the story - Nicolas holidays(出示课题) 3.预期效果 What do you want to know about Nicola? (二) 民主导学 Task 1: 1.任务呈现 Read the story by yourself, and try to circle the words and the sentences you dont know. Then fill in the blanks. (1)Nicola spends (度过) her holidays in _. (2)Nicola visits (拜访)her _ 2. 自主学习 Students read the story, circle the new words and the sentences and try to choose the answers. 3. 展示交流 a. Students say the new words and the sentences, teacher leads students to learn them. b.S1: Nicola spends (度过) her holidays in the Arctic. S2: Nicola visits her grandad and grandma. Task 2 1.任务呈现 T: Does Nicola like here at first? Now lets listen to the story, and try to complete the exercises. (1). Does Nicola like there first? A. Yes, she does. B. No, she doesnt. (2). How does Nicola think about the Arctic? A. fun B. boring 2.自主学习 (1)Ss listen to the story from picture 1 to picture 4 and do the exercises. (2) Discuss in pairs. 3.展示交流 S3: She doesnt like there. T: Where can you find? Students point the picture 4. T: But why? Students point the picture 5. (CAI出示图片) T:the sentence: There are no shopping malls, no playgrounds and theres no TV. T: How is Nicola feeling now? Ss: sad. Can you mime the tune? (教师指导有感情地朗读) Students mime the tune. Task 3 1.任务呈现 T: Look at this picture. How is Nicola feeling now? T: She is happy. T: But at first, Nicola is sad. Why? Now, lets listen to the story from picture5 picture11. Task 3 Fill in the blanks. Nicola Grandad No shopping malls Were going to the _. No playgrounds Were _.
