监控单元:直流电源系统的控制、管理中心;Monitoring unit: the control and management center for DC power supply system;集中采集装置:对系统参数(如电压、电流、母线绝缘)进行采集,并发出各种信号;Intelligent integrate collect: acquire system data(such as voltage, current and busbar insulation) and send various signals; V自动调压装置:实现对控制母线调压、稳压的功能;oltage adjuster: achieve control busbar voltage regulation and stabilization functions; 交流配电:将交流电源引入分配给各个整流模块,扩展功能为实现两路交流输入的自动转换;AC distribution: lead in AC power supply and distribute it to various charger, and extend functions to realize the automatic switching between two AC inputs; 直流馈电:将直流输出电源分配到每一路输出;DC feeding: assign DC output power supply to each output; 07. 系统操作说明(System Operating Instructions)l 系统电气原理图(Electrical Schematic Diagram of System)AC 1 inputAC 2 inputChargerChargerswitch quantityMonitoring unitto the backgroundanalog quantityBattery packPower busbar outputinsulation checkvoltage adjustercontrol busbar output8 监控系统(Monitoring System) 监控系统功能监控系统是整个直流系统的控制、管理中心;监控系统的主要任务是:对系统中心各功能单元和蓄电池进行长期自动监测、获取系统中的各种运行参数和状态、根据测量数据及运行状态实时进行处理,并以此为依据对系统进行控制,实现电源系统的全自动精确管理,从而提高电源系统的可靠性,保证其工作的连续性、安全性和可靠性。 触摸屏式监控系统具有“遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调”四遥功能,能够满足电厂自动化和电力系统无人值守变电站的要求,配有标准RS-485通信接口,方便接入电站自动化系统。(若用户要求其它通信协议,请在订货时注明) 监控系统特点a) 采用以微处理为核心的集散式监控系统,模块化设计;对交流配电、直流馈电、充电模块、电池组和系统绝缘状况实施全方位的监测和控制。b) 采用大屏幕触摸屏,实现全汉化显示,除完成常规数据测量和电源系统进行状态的实时显示外,还提供各种菜单、信息提示,屏幕触摸操作,方便地实现人机对话。c) 通过显示屏,信号灯及声光报警提供各种工作状态、故障类型、故障部位指示;系统故障可准确定位,使用维护变得有效。d) 监控系统的软件、硬件采用开放式设计,根据用户不同需要可随时增加、修改监控系统的测量及控制参量。e) 一套监控系统支持双电组、母线分段模式的监测,可实现双组电池自动充电管理,两组电池完全独立管理,确保电池安全。f) 对电池电压、充放电电流的精确管理及严格控制是保护电池及延长电池使用寿命的关键,为此本监控模块根据用户设定的充电参数(如电压保护值、充电限流值、维护性均充间隔时间等),调整充电模块的充电方式、充电电流,自动地完成电池的精确管理及保养维护。g) 支持单体电池检测,可精确查找异常电池,并及时报警;h) 支持直流馈出回路绝缘检测,可精确查找绝缘不良支路,并及时报警。i) 支持电池温度补偿功能,随温度的变化相应调整充电电压,保障电池处于最佳工作状态,延长电池使用寿命。j) 提供硅链控制口,可支持5级、7级硅链自动控制。k) 采用电力部标准通讯协议, RS485串行通讯接口,支持12000BPS、2400BPS、4800BPS、9600BPS波特率,可方便的与电力自动化系统,实现电源系统“遥信、遥测、遥控、遥调”的四遥功能。l) 监控系统对重要故障信息提供多组继电器常开触点输出,故障内容按用户需要自行设定。 Monitoring System FunctionsThe monitoring system is the control and management center of the entire DC system; its primary mission is to conduct long-term automatic monitoring on various functional units of the system and the battery, acquire various operational data and states in the system and execute real-time processing according to the measurement data and operation state, and based on those, to execute control on the system and full automatic accurate management on power supply system so as to improve the reliability of the power supply system and ensure the operational continuity, safety and reliability of the power supply system. The touch-screen monitoring system features “remote metering, remote signaling, remote control and remote regulating” functions, capable of meeting the requirements of power plant automation and electric power system unattended transformer station, and it is equipped with standard RS-485 communication interfaces, convenient for the connection to power plant automation system. (If user requires other communication protocols, please give clear indication in the case of ordering) Features of Monitoring Systema) The monitoring system is a microprocessing-focused and modular-designed distributed monitoring system, capable of executing comprehensive monitoring and control on AC distribution, DC feeding, charger, battery pack and system insulation.b) Its large touch screen realizes all Chinese display, including not only the real-time display of routine data measurement and power supply system operation status but also the display of various menus and information tips and the screen touch operation, convenient for human-machine dialog.c) Its display screen,signal lamp and acousto-optic alarm can give an indication of various working states, fault types and fault positions, so that system fault can be accurately found, making maintenance effective. d) Its software and hardware features open-ended design, so that its measurement and control data can be added or revised at any time to meet different requirements of users. e) One set of monitoring system supports the monitoring on double battery packs and busbar section mode and achieves the management on automatic charging for the double battery packs. The double battery packs are independently managed, ensuring the safety of batteries. f) The accurate management and strict control on battery voltage and charge and dischare current are the key to protect battery and prolong battery service life, so that according to the charging data set by user (e.g. voltage protection value, charging cut-off current, maintainable average charging interval), this monitoring module can adjust the charge mode and charge current of the charger and automatically finish the accurate management and maintenance of battery.g) To support monomer battery testing to accurately search for abnormal battery and timely give an alarm; h) To support DC feed-out circuit insulation testing to accurately search for the badly-insulated branch circuit and timely give an alarm. i) To support battery temperature compensation function, which can regulate the charging voltage as the temperature changes, ensure the battery to be in optimal operating state and prolong the battery service life. j) To offer, silicon chain control orifice which can support automatic control on Level 5 and Level 7 silicon chains.k) To use the standard communication protocol of Ministry of Power and RS485 serial communication port, both of which support 12000BPS, 2400 BPS, 4800BPS and 9600BPS baud rate, conveniently communicate with electric power automation system and achieve the remote signaling, remote metering, remote control and remote regulating functions of power supply system.l) The monitoring system provides multiple relay normally open contact outputs for important fault information, so that fault content can be set to meet the requirements of users. 监控系统操作说明(Monitoring System Operation Instructions)l 当系统得电后,主监控(触摸屏)点亮触摸屏此时会进入首页,如下(图1):l After the system is powered on, the main monitor (touch screen) will turn on and the touch screen will switch to the home page, as shown in Figure 1: 图1Figure 1l 点击(图1)“按此进入系统模拟图”或画面空白处,即可进入系统摸拟图,如下(图2),在(图2)画面中可以查看主系统是否运行正常,如:两路交流输入电源工作情况,以及蓄电池开关闭合情况、充电模块工作情况等。l Click on “Press here to enter” or the blank space in Figure 1 to access to the system diagram, as shown in Figure 2, where you can see whether the main system operates normally, e.g. the operation of the two AC input power supplies, the closing of battery switches and the operation of charger. 图2Figure2l 分别点击(图2)中 “1#充电模块、2#充电模块”中即可进入2组充电模块状态及操作,如下(图3、图4),可显示充电模块当前运行状态、是否保护、是否故障等。并可通过画面的启停按钮控制充电模块的启停。l Click on the “Charger 1” or “Charger 2” in Figure 2 to go to charger status and operation, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, in both of which the current operation, protection status and fault status of charger are displayed. The image startup and stop button can be used to control the startup and stop of charger. 图3 图4Figure 3 Figure 4l 点击(图2)中“参数设定”按钮即可进入参数设定界面(图5),进入前须输入8位确认密码“00000000”,如(图6),相应操作界面如下:l Click on the “Data set” button in Figure 2 to access to data setting image (Figure 5). Before accessing to the image, you shall enter 8-digit confirmation password “00000000”, as shown in Figure 6, the corresponding operating image is as follows: 图5 图6 Figure 5 Figure 6l 点击(图5)中的3项参数设定:分别为充电模块、蓄电池、控制母线。进入的相应界面分别为(图7)、(图8)、(图9),可在画面中进行参数设定,以达到系统需求数值。(出厂时设定完毕,不建议自行更改。)l Click on the 3 data settings in Figure 5: charger, battery and control busar. The accessed corresponding images are Figure 7, Figure 8 and Figure 9, in all of which you can set data to make them arrive at the required numerical values of system. (In the event of ex-factory, the setting shall be finished, so it is suggested that modification on your own should not be made). 图7 图8图9 Figure 7 Figure 8Figure 9l 点击(图7)、(图8)、(图9),可设定需要修改的数值,如修改“充电模块过压”请直接点击参数进入修改界面,如下(图10)。进入画面输入数值完毕后,按ENT保存退出。(注:非专业人员请勿随意修改。)l Click on Figure 7, Figure 8 and Figure 9 to set the numerical values that need to be modified, for example: if you want to modify “charger over voltage”, please directly click on the data to access to the modification image, as shown in Figure 10. After accessing to the image to enter numerical values, Press ENT to save and exit. (Note: Nonprofessionals shall not make modification at discretion.) 图10Figure 10l 点击(图2)中“运行参数”按钮,可进入画面直观查看实时运行参数,如(图11),运行参数包含系统各电压、电流等。l Click on the “Running data” button in Figure 2 to access to the image to visually view the real-time operation data, as shown in Figure 11. The operation data include various voltages and currents of the system. 图11 Figure 11l 另可通过点击(图11)中的“电池评测”按钮,进入电池性能评测画面(图12),该功能可对电池做活化试验,有效的保护电池.用户可以设置“允许最低电压”出厂已设置建议不要设置过低。设置“最长放电时间”以0.1C倍率不要超过10个小时。l And, by clicking the battery evaluation button of figure 11, to enter the battery performance evaluation screen (Figure 12).
