Compared with cast-iron collector, its characterized with such advantages as eroding resistance, high temperature resistance, no jam, long operation life, run and manage simply, no charges and no repollution, and can be regarded as a perfect dust removing equipment for boilers. 一、陶瓷多管除尘器简介Instructions陶瓷多管除尘器外部用Q235钢结构，内部由若干个并联的陶瓷旋风除尘器单元（又称陶瓷旋风体）组成的除尘设备。它可以由一般的陶瓷旋风除尘器单元或直流型旋风除尘器单元组成，这些单元被有机的组合在一个壳体内，有总的进气管、排气管和灰斗。灰斗排灰可以有多种排灰形式，因为本设备是由陶瓷旋风管组成，它比铸铁管更耐磨，表面更光滑，并耐酸耐碱，因此还可以湿式除尘。适用于捕集各种非黏结型的干燥粉尘。该产品不但用于烟尘和有害气体的治理，而且是冶金、采矿、建材、化工等行业对粉尘治理的理想设备。XTD pottery multi cyclone collector is composed of Q235 steel structure in external, and a number of ceramic cyclones (also known as ceramic cyclone tubes) in internal. It can be formed by ordinary ceramic cyclone units or DC-type cyclone dust collectors. These units are combined organically in the case, with the main gas inlet duct, gas discharging duct and the ash hopper. There can be several methods for ash discharging. Since this equipment adopts ceramic cyclone tubes, which are more wear-proof, more smooth in surface and more acis/alkali resistant compared with cast iron tubes, so its also applicable to wet dust collection, to absorb various kinds of non-sticking dry dust. Its not only used on the management of smoke and noxious gas, but also a ideal equipment for dust controll in metallurgy, mining, building materials, and chemical industry, etc.烟气温度超过300，需在设备内部（除尘箱部分）制作保温层防止外护钢板变形，延长设备使用周期。 If smoke temperature exceeds 300, an insulation lay (inner wall of case) is needed to prevent deformation of the steel plate, and to prolong service life of equipment. 该除尘器分上下两件，上部为除尘箱装置（烟气进出口法兰在上部连接锅炉出口烟道、高处的出口法兰连接引风机），下部为集尘箱落灰斗装置（含放灰装置）。 This equipment consists of two parts: the upper part is the case(upper section of case is smoke inlet/outlet flanges; the higher flanges are smoke inlet flange, which connect to boiler smoke outlet duct; while lower ones are smoke outlet flange, which connect to induced draft fan); the lower part is dust collecting case and ash hopper(including ash-discharging device)根据客户要求，总排气管（烟气出口）可以放置在侧向或顶部。The smoke outlet could be set up on side or on the top by the requirement of customers.陶瓷旋风管有360、 290、 220等型号选择。本项目采用 360 型号。We have several models of ceremic tubes for your choice: 360, 290, 220, etc. Here, we adopt 360 tube.360 ceramic cyclone is our Patent product (Patent No.: ZL 2007 3 0028054.X), which is non-blockable二、工作原理Working Theory当含尘气体由总进气管进入陶瓷多管除尘器【360陶瓷旋风管（我公司专利产品、专利号ZL 2007 3 0028054.X）不容易堵塞】的气体分布室，随后进入陶瓷旋风体和导流片之间的环形空隙时，导流片使气体由直线运动变为圆周运动，旋转气流的绝大部分沿旋风体自圆筒体呈螺旋形向下，朝锥体流动，含尘气体在旋转过程中产生离心力，将密度大于气体的尘粒甩向筒壁。尘粒在与筒壁接触，便失去惯性力而靠入口速度的动量和向下的重力沿壁面向下落入排灰口进入总灰斗。旋转下降的外旋气流到达锥体下端位时，因圆锥体的收缩即以同样的旋转方向在旋风管轴线方向由下而上继续做螺旋形流动（净气），经过陶瓷旋风体排气管进入排气室，由总排气口排出，同时，为了方便除尘系统的检修和应付紧急情况，由条件可并建一旁路烟道。The gas with dust enters into the case via the main smoke inlet, then it enters the ring gap formed between ceramic cyclones and the deflector. The deflector can change the fluid movement from linear motion into circular motion. Most airflow flows from cylinder to the cone spirally along the cyclone. Due to the centrifugal force generated during rotation, the dust whose density is greater than air will be thrown on the cylinder wall. During the friction between dust and cylinder wall, dust will lose inertia force, and drop to the lower ash discharging hole along the cylinder wall under function of the inlet smoke speed and gravity. when the airfolw that drop spirally to reach the bottom part of cone, due to the contraction of cone, the fluid will continue flow in the same rotation direction, namely from the bottom up in the direction of the cyclone axis. After that the fluid will enter into exhausting gas case via exhausting tube of cyclone and be let out by smoke outlet. In order to facilitate maintenance and to cope with emergency, a bypass duct can be offered if condition permits 三、除尘系统组成Component Parts除尘系统由陶瓷多管除尘器、连接烟道、旁路烟道（有条件情况下）、引风机、烟囱系统等组成。The dust collection system consists of pottery multi cyclone collector, connection duct, bypass duct (if condition permits), induced raft fan, chimney, etc. 四、工艺特点Process Characteristics与其它工艺相比，陶瓷多管除尘器原则上有以下优点：1、采用陶瓷多管旋风除尘器（预除尘，除去85%-95%的10微米以上颗粒粉尘）；2、工艺简单，比较适用于75t/h以下的工业锅炉、烧结机、炉窑等配套使用。3、技术成熟，运行可靠性高。该工艺技术烟气除尘装置在国内投入率为90%以上，系统主要设备很少发生故障，因此不会因设备故障影响正常生产系统的安全运行； Compared with other processes, this dust collection system has the following advantages:1、Adopts pottery multi cyclone collector(it can remove 85%-95% dust particles that exceed 10 microns at first stage);2、Simple process, and especially suite for industrial boiler, sintering machine, furnace,etc that below 75t/h.3、Mature technology, high operation reliability. Like electrostatic precipitator and water film dust collector, it also need certain electric energy in induced draft fan to overcome smoke resistance. But it does not consume energy in itseft, while celectrostatic precipitator needs to consume electric energy to run. 95% material of this product is non-metallic material, which could save huge steel for the state;8、操作弹性较大，性能稳定，不受含尘气体的浓度、温度限制。More flexible operation, stable performance, and free from restrictions of dust concentration and temperature;9、放灰阀采用收到、半自动或自动星形阀（本项目设备采用双向重锤半自动放灰阀自动卸灰阀）。采用手动阀一般在锅炉间隙停止运行就清灰一次，采用自动星形阀可以在锅炉运行时卸灰，不需要停下引风机后在卸灰。Ash-discharging devices can adopt manual, semi-automatic and automatic model (Here, we select semi-automatic model, thats 2-way weight valve). Its exterior layer adopts Q235 steel structure, and liner layer lining with granite. The equipment can be fabricated into several sections or into a whole structure, with characteristics of easy installation, long service life, wide applications, etc.一、结构与原理Structure and PrincipleSG型文丘里台式水膜脱硫除尘器主要由文丘里、主筒体、上部注水槽、下部溢水孔、清理孔组成，其工作原理是：含尘烟气进入收缩管后，气流速度增大，至喉管时流速达到最大。在喉管处加入的洗涤水被高速气流冲击，形成液滴并发生雾化，尘粒被润湿。在尘粒之间以及液滴与尘粒间发生碰撞和凝聚。在扩散管，气流速度锐减，便于形成较大的含尘水滴。当洗涤水中加有碱液时，碱液良好的雾化，当二氧化硫气体通过时候，能够很好的与碱液混合反应，达到脱硫的效果。 SG venturi waterfilm desulfurization collector mainly consists of venturi, main cylinder, upper water filling trough, lower overflowing hole and cleaning hole. Its working principle is: smoke that contain dust entry into the shrinkable tube, its speed increased greatly and reached maximum when it enter the laryngeal tube. The washing water injected in the laryngeal tube was lashed by high-speed airflow, and caused the formation of aerosol droplets. Dust particles were wetted, then they crashed and condensed between themselves or between droplets. In the diffusion tube, airflow speed dropped dramatically to facilitate the formation of larger droplets. If alkaline water is filled into washing water, it can get better reaction with sulfur dioxide, thats the result of desulfurization.此后烟气切向或蜗向进入圆形除尘器筒体，水从除尘器上部注水槽进入筒内，使整个圆筒内壁形成一层水膜从上而下流动，烟气在筒体内旋转上升，含尘气体在离心力作用下始终与筒体内壁面的水膜发生摩擦，这样含尘气体被水膜湿润，尘粒随水流到除尘器底部，从溢水孔排走，在筒体底部封底并设有水封槽以防止烟气从底部漏出，有清理孔便于进行筒体底部清理。除尘后废水由底部溢流孔排出进入沉淀池，沉淀中和，循环使用。净化后的气体通过付筒下部排入引风机，完成整个工作过程。当在水池中加入脱硫剂，由于气流在脱硫塔内的时间大于三秒，这样气液有较长的接触时间，有利于二氧化硫和脱硫剂的反应。After that. smoke enters into main cylinder of water film desulfurization collector. Water is filled into the cylinder per the upper injection sink, forming a layer of water membrane by the whole inside of the cylinder which is flowing from the upper to the lower, while the smoke air goes into the cylinder from the lower part, swirling in the cylinder. The air has a friction with the water membrane all the time due to the centrifugal force. Therefore, the air is wetted by the water membrane, the dust articles dropping to the bottom of the cylinder together with the current of the water and drained from the overflowing hole. The bottom of cylinder is sealed with a water trough to prevent the air from leaking out. And to be convenient cleaning of the cylinder, the cleaning holes are available. The water in the process flows into the precipitating tank to precipitate and neutralize for reusing. And the cleaned air goes up out through the upper awl-shaped part. Thus the purpose of dust removing is reached.If alkaline water is filled into the clean water tank, since the fluid will stay in cylinder more than three seconds which is good to reaction between SO2 and desulfurizing agent, thus will get better desulphurization efficiency.二、主要化学反应原理Main Chemical Reactions Na2CO3SO2Na2SO3CO2 （1）Na2SO3SO2H2O2NaHSO3（2）其中式（1）是启动阶段纯碱溶液吸收SO2反应方程，式（2）是运行过程的主要反应式。(1) reaction equation between pure alkali solution and S02 during the start-up. (2) reaction equation during operation三、工艺特点Features3.1设备制作特点 Fabrication Features1） 、设备主体，文丘里采用外护Q235钢板，内衬花岗岩条板、中间用耐酸浇注料灌浆，厚度一般在70mm左右。Equipment proper and venturi device adopt same structure: exterior layer adopts Q235 steel structure, liner layer lining with granite, and middle layer poured with acid-resistance glue(usual 70mm thickness).2） 、设备在工厂制成2000-3000mm一节分体出厂（或整体结构出厂），到施工现场吊装，每节之间用耐酸胶泥涂抹。Equipment is fabricated into section, 2000-3000mm one section, and be delivered separately (or delivered in a whole), then install on site. All the joints should be smeared by acid-resisting glue to prevent leakage. 3.2技术特点Technique Characteristics1) 、采用天然花岗岩，经机械加工成圆形弯板，整体结构光滑平整。有耐腐蚀，耐磨损，耐高温的特性。Select natural granite, and manufacture into a circular curved plate through mechanical process. The overall structure is even and smooth with the features of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. 2) 、本体采用分节出厂以方便制作及运输，现场施工时每节接口处有凹凸形接缝或者大小法兰边，安装时用耐酸胶涂在缝口连接，确保连接处不漏水。Equipment proper is designed into sections, one meter long each, with concave-convex-shaped slots in each joint. When installation, all the joints should be smeared with acid-resisting glue to prevent water leakage. 3) 、文丘里出口和水膜主筒进口连接采用螺丝连接，安装时法兰对接处用石棉绳填缝，严防漏风，影响除尘效果。Venturi outlet and cylinder inlet are screwed connection. Level elevation should below 2 mm after injection. 4） 、文丘里安装好后需做支架与地面支撑。After installation of venturi, brackets are needed to support against ground. 六、运行维护Instructions for Maintenance 1）、运行前应在水池中加满清水，并向除尘器供水至溢流口有水溢出，检查质量是否符合要求，供水系统畅通、排灰口水封严密不漏。Clear water should be fully filled in water tank before operation, at the same time, supply water to overflowing hole of dust collector until water flows out from its outlet. Then check whether the quality can meet relative requirements, whether water supply system is smooth, and make sure theres no water leakage. 2） 、运行前，
