Unit 4 Wheres my schoolbag?Teaching aims:1、 掌握有关物品的新单词;2、 熟练运用in, on, under等介词;3、 熟练运用Where问句和一般疑问句及其回答;4、掌握名词单复数及人称代词they的用法。Language point:1、 要求掌握以下句式:A Wheres ? Its in/on/underBWherere?Theyre in/on/underC Is the book / Are the books on the desk? Yes, / No,I dont know.D The keys are in the drawer. E I need some thing for class this afternoonF Can you bring some things to school?2、要求掌握以下单词:(1)名词:table, bed, dresser, bookcase, sofa, chair, drawer, plant, bag, alarm clock, CD, video, video cassette, hat , etc;(2)介词:in ,on, under;(3)代词:they;(4)副词:where. 教学重点、难点:1重点: a:方位介词的用法; b:Where 的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句:Is the in/on/under the ?的肯定、否定回答;2难点:a. 能够准确运用方位介词描述物品所在的位置; b能够运用Where问句找到物品的位置。第一课时Period One (Section A 1a-1c)Teaching aims:1、学会一些表示家具的名词以及学习用品的单词;2、学会方位介词:in, on, under的用法; 3、学会运用方位介词和Where句型表述物品的正确位置。Language point:1、 要求掌握以下句式:a- Wheres ? -Its in/on/underb-Wherere?-Theyre in/on/under2、 要求掌握以下单词:where, table, bed, dresser, bookcase, sofa, chair, drawer, plant, in, on, under, they, theyre=they are.难点:能够准确运用方位介词表达准确的物品位置。重难点突破方法: 通过使用方位介词“on / in /under ”表达物品的位置及学习“Where Yes /No ”疑问句的用法。使学生会区别特殊、一般疑问句。情感、态度与价值观: 该部分学习内容贴近学生的生活,谈论的主题是学生最关心的问题,促进学生了解自己的家居环境,热爱自己的家。Teaching steps:1.Warming up and revision(1) Daily greeting to the students:T: Hello, may I have your name?S: My name isT: How are you?S: Fine, thanks. T: Nice to meet you.S: Nice to meet you, too.(2)Revision:T: Whats this in English?S: Its a pen.T: How do you spell it?S: P-E-N, pen.T: What color is it?S: Its red.T: Good. Next, whats that in English?S: 2.Presentation:Learn the new words. Do you want to know something in our bedroom?Now look at this picture, there are so many thing we should know. In this picture, this is a family: we have four people: a father, a mother, a son and daughter. Its under the chair.2、要求掌握以下单词:know, math, bag, alarm clock, CD, video, tape, hat, take.Teaching steps:1 Warming up and revision Daily greeting to the students:2 Revision:I have a new room. “ Whats in my room?”I will show you a picture of my room, and you tell me the thing, and you should spell it.T: Whats this?S: Bookcase, B-O-O-K-C-A-S-E.The teacher write the words on the blackboard. 3.Fill in the blanks according to the picture.Check the answers.4. A forgetful boyusually forgets things. Work in pairs. 5Listen and numberWork on 2a. Revise what the things are, then I will play the tape for you and you should number the things you hear.6.Work on 2b.Listen again. This time when you listen you should repeat once more. Chant to revise “where is? And where are?”2.Play a guessing game: Wheres/ where are? Ask the students to use “Is it?/ Are they?” to guess where the thngs are.3.Show a room and ask them to introduce the things in the room.4.Show Tommys room and revise Section B 2a.Practise in pairs.5 Work on Section B 3aFirst of all,tell the students something about the letter,get the students to listen to the tape and find where the things are and draw the missing things in the picture. When you finished put up your hands, and let me know. Then check the answers.6Work on Section B 3bSay “ This is Chen Yangs room.” Talk about the room first, then ask the students to try to do 3b, look at the picture and fill in the blanks.
