1 1 INSTRUMENTS INSTALLATION STANDARD 仪表安装标准仪表安装标准 All instruments shall be close coupled where possible or mounted as close to the process connection as possible to minimize the length of the impulse line without compromising the accessibility of the instrument The location of instruments shall be so that direct drainage of condensate water or process fluids from adjacent equipment has no adverse effect 所有仪表的连接要尽可能的紧密 尽量靠近工艺接头 减少冲击管的长度 但 不影响出入仪表维护通道 仪表位置应可直接将相邻设备的冷凝 水或工艺流 体排泄 从而不会产生不利影响 All field instruments process taps and associated control equipment shall be readily accessible for repair or adjustment from grade fixed platform or fixed walkway A rolling platform may be used where free access is available to the space below the instrument A fixed ladder may be used for transmitters gauges etc but is not suitable for in line instruments such as valves and flowmeters Local indicating instruments shall be located such that scales are readable both from the access point and from where related equipment is operated or where primary instruments are tested or calibrated Instruments shall not be located in a manner which interferes with a ladder platform walkway or operating area Pressure and differential pressure instruments shall be located above the taps for gas boiling liquids and noncondensable vapors and below the taps for non boiling liquids and condensable vapors Installation below taps is allowed for pressure and differential pressure instruments in dry gas and noncondensable vapors where there are difficulties with above tap installation subject to approval by SECCO Installation below taps for wet gases may be considered providing that suitable catchpots and drain valves are included and that the quantity of liquid collected is manageable by normal possible Where instruments are located in heavy vibration areas isolation mounting shall be considered To avoid excessive vibration instruments shall not be mounted on compressor suction or discharge piping Pressure gauges temperature indicators or other such devices shall not be mounted directly on lines where excessive vibration is likely to be present 仪表应尽可能安装在无振动位置 如果仪表安装在振动剧烈区域 应进行隔离 安装 floor in a position accessible for operation and maintenance This does not apply to instruments that are a close coupled to the process connection or b mounted on lines vessels or equipment or c arrangements shall be used Instrument supports shall not be welded to process piping or vessels Handrails shall not be used to support instruments Devices shall be supported without undue weight on instrument and control leads leaving or entering the unit shall terminate at a location near the edge utilizing appropriate junction boxes bulkheads or panel plates It is preferred that the different boxes bulkheads etc be grouped together 在预制滑轨 模件或成套设备上 输入 输出设备的仪表和控制导线应从边缘位 置进行终端接线 可利用接线盒 隔板或控制盘板 建议一起编组使用不同的 接线盒和隔板等 1 2 INSTRUMENT PROTECTION 仪表保护仪表保护 Where the ambient temperature falls below the freezing point of the process fluid instruments supplied for outdoor use shall be provided with frost protection generally in accordance with Standard for Winterisation SD 00 TSC PR 0003 Meteorlogical conditions are given in General Site Information Meteorlogical Geological And Utilities Data SP 00 TSC PR 0001 如果环境温度低于工艺流体的结冰点以下 室外安装仪表应提供冬季保护 一 般来讲 应执行冬化处理标准 SD 00 TSC PR 0003 气象条件详见总体现场 资料 气象 地理和公用工程数据 Data SP 00 TSC PR 0001 Differential pressure and pressure transmitters requiring frost protection shall be provided with suitable enclosures and heat traced where necessary Pressure gauges requiring protection shall be provided with a molded polyurethane enclosure 要求冬季保护差压和压力变送器应提供合适的外壳和必要的伴热系统 要求提 供保护压力表应铸造聚亚安酯保护外壳 All other major instruments requiring protection except for external displacement type level instruments level gauge glasses and level switches shall be mounted in suitable enclosures and heat traced where necessary 所有其它要求保护的主要仪表 不包括外置置换型液位仪表 液位仪表玻璃和 液位开关 a corrosive salt laden marine environment Heating or sealing of instruments and connecting lines shall be provided where operation of the instrument could be affected by low ambient temperatures Insulation and or seals shall be provided where process fluids contained in instruments and lead lines may vaporize or freeze due to exposure to ambient temperatures 应对仪表和有关材料给予充分的保护和防雨 灰尘和盐分较大的空气 this may degrade performance Liquid crystal displays shall be protected from direct sunlight Sun shades shall be provided on local panels 应对仪表设备进行保护和避免阳光直射和高温 否则会造成仪表性能降低 液 体结晶显示更应避免阳光直射 现场仪表盘应提供遮阳设施 After installation all piping and electrical connections on field instruments shall be plugged and the entire device shall be protected from the weather until all connections have been completed and Instrument isolation requirements shall be in accordance with the Safe Isolation of Plant and Equipment Standard SD 00 TSC PR 0002 仪表隔离要求应执行装置和设备安全隔离标准 SD 00 TSC PR 0002 The size type and material of the instrument connection to process and utility piping shall be as defined in piping specifications and shall be in accordance with the Instrument Piping Materials Standard SD 00 TSC CI 0016 The process connection for instruments includes the first isolation valve also referred to as root valve and is considered as part of the piping installation as opposed to the instrument installation This includes services for process utilities and purging Isolation valves are also referred to herein as block valves Double block and bleed valves and other fittings to accommodate instrument connection requirements may be considered as part of the piping installation if designated as such in piping specification modules for instrument process connections 仪表接口的定义是指从仪表开始的配管 导压管和管件 仪表工艺配管和导压管仪表工艺配管和导压管 Instrument process lines are defined as piping or tubing from the first isolation valve or valves at the pipe or vessel to the instrument The term impulse line is considered as part of the instrument process piping Pipe and pipe fittings for instrument process lines shall be in accordance with Instrument Piping Materials Standard SD 00 TSC CI 0016 仪表工艺管线的定义是指从管道或容器的第一个隔离阀或阀门到仪表之间的配 管或导压管 术语 脉冲管线 应视为仪表工艺配管的一部分 仪表工艺管线的 配管和管件应执行 仪表配管材料标准 SD 00 TSC CI 0016 All flanged process connections except those for internal displacer level instruments shall buildings dedicated for instrument and electrical equipment except analyser houses Utilities such as instrument air and plant air may be considered on a case by case basis 所有仪表工艺管线不应被安装在控制室建筑物 远程仪表室 变电站和仪表和 电气设备专用的其它建筑物 不包括分析仪小屋 仪表风和装置风之类的公 用工程按实际情况考虑 Instrument process piping tubing shall be routed and sloped to avoid any pockets or traps Except where slopes are required instrument tubing capillaries and piping shall be plumb and level Piping tubing shall have a continuous slope where possible at a minimum of 1 12 between the instrument and process connection Where a continuous slope impulse lines should not exceed 5 meters 15 ft for direct connected locally mounted instruments An isolation valve shall be provided within 1 5 meters five feet for length greater than 5 meters 15 feet All liquid or sealed lines shall have 20 mm 3 4 inch vent valves at the high points Unsealed lines shall have drains at low points Gas lines shall have drain pots at the low points Drain lines longer than 9 1 meters 30 feet shall have a valve within 1 5 meters 5 feet of and accessible from the instrument 一般而言 直接连接就地安装仪表的脉冲管线长度不应超过 5 米 15 英尺 若 长度大于 5 米 15 英尺 则应在 1 5 米 5 英尺 之内安装一个隔离阀 所 bundles The bundles shall be placed in tubing trays for support and firmly attached to the support a maximum of every 24 in 610 mm All tubing of three or more runs shall be in tubing trays Tubing not installed in tubing trays shall be supported and protected from vibration and physical damage No stress shall be induced upon an instrument that will cause a malfunction or error in the readout Lines shall not be secured directly to machinery pipe or structural members All splicing plates tubing clamps and miscellaneous hardware shall be Type 316 stainless steel 按照需要应将导压管组合盛管束以便集中伴热 管束应集中在导压管槽内和牢 be avoided wherever possible but where these are unavoidable teflon paste or a suitable alternate shall be applied to the male threads Teflon tape is not acceptable Before make up of threaded joints threads shall be brushed cleaned and teflon paste thread sealant or suitable alternate applied to the male portion Paste or alternate shall be selected to ensure compatibility with process fluid e g oxygen service Paste may not be suitable for analyzer system lines including air or other utilities and analyzer manufacturer recommendations for suitable sealant should be followed 应尽可能避免使用螺纹管道接口 blown out with clean dry air before it is connected to the equipment 应使用干净的干燥空气对所有配管和导压管进行吹扫 然后方可与仪表设备连 接 After connecting piping and tubing with the equipment all joints and connections shall be leak tested before start up Commercial leak test bubble fluid shall be used 完成管道和导压管与设备的连接之后 在开车之前随所有接口和接头应实施泄 漏试验 可使用商业泄漏试验泡沫流体对所有可能的泄漏点进行监测 All open ends of process drains and vents shall be closed with suitable caps or plugs 所有工艺排液和排气的开口端应使用合适的管帽或丝堵进行密封 Pipes or tubes installed but not connected shall have the ends closed using caps or plugs or other approved fashion to prevent the entry of foreign material Adhesive tape shall not be used 安装但未连接的管道或导压管 应使用管帽或丝堵及其它合格的方式将端口密 封 防止进入异物 但不能使用胶带进行密封 Piping and tubing shall be adequately supported and fixed at distances not exceeding those in the Where tubing is used maximum use of bends shall be made to minimize elbows and fittings Tubing shall be bent with correct size tubing bender to assure neat serviceable bends Tubing cutters shall always be used to cut tubing The cut tubing shall be reamed before connection to a fitting The use of short lengths of tubing in long runs shall be avoided Tubing fitting tools and installation shall and pilot valves shall have Type 316 stainless steel bug screens fitted to the atmospheric vents Size shall be at least as large as the vent piping or tubing but at least 1 4 in 6 mm Supply of bug screens shall be confirmed prior to loop checking If bug screen is installed on site reconfirmation of valve stroke time must be completed as part of the loop check 所有放空仪表和导阀应在排气口安装 316 不锈钢防虫网 are required in the case of tubing bundles crossing structural splice lines the tubing shall be cut at each terminating end to prevent damage during installation The ends shall be provided with unions The splice piece shall be cut to length and secured to the bundle on one of the main runs to allow easy field installation across the splice line All tubing ends shall be taped or capped to preclude moisture or other foreign elements from entering during transit Tube bundle joints shall be made only with manufacturer approved joining kits 如果导压管管束经过结构拼接管线要求使用现场接头 应在每个终端切割导压 管和防止在安装期间收到损坏 possible in favour of solid tubing Hoses shall only be used with the approval of SECCO Where approved flexible hoses 1 4 in 6 mm nominal size with the following construction 液压阀门操作装置可能避免使用软管连接
