六年级PEP英语上册第二单元A 教学设计(一)教学要点1教学目标与要求(1)能够听、说、读、写单词或短语:hospital,cinema,post office,bookstore;能够听、说,认读短语science museum。(2)能够掌握“三会”句型:Where isthe library?Its near the post office(3)能够理解并会吟唱LetS chant的歌谣。(4)能够听懂并基本会唱歌曲“Where are you going?”2教学重难点分析(1)重点:掌握LetS learn部分的“四会”单词和短语。(2)难点:引导学生能正确书写四会单词,并掌握“三会”单词museum发音。(二)课前准备1CAI、词汇教学卡片2教师准备录音机和本单元的歌曲磁带(三)教学过程1Warm upRevision(热身复习)(1)教师播放歌曲Where are you going?(page 24)T: Good afternoon ,boys and girls.Are you ready for the new lesson ?Ok,lets watch an English song first .Then answer a question:where is the zoo? Is there a zoo near the park?设计意图:丰富课前歌曲热身的目的和意义。让学生带着问题听歌曲、唱歌曲,为下面的新课导入、主要句型的教学做好铺垫。(2)教师根据教室里的事物进行问答。T: Well ,look around our classroom please.Where is the board?(Its near the table(教师板书:Where is ? Its (near ,in front of ,on behind)T:Where is the teacherS desk?(ItS in front of the screen)T:Where is the screen?(Its on the wall)设计意图:随着自由交流的进程,介词随回答而出现,为后面的问答练习扫清障碍。2Presentation(呈现)(1)由国庆旅游计划引出本课新单词的教学。Well done.As you know,this year is 2009. Our motherland will have her sixtieth birthday .Beijing is more beautiful than before.So during the National day holiday , Ill have a trip in Beijing .Would you like to know my travel plan in Beijing ? OK. Lets go .(教师借助多媒体播放的各种风格迥异的建筑物,以故事的形式和学生畅谈自己的国庆北京之旅。当提到一处建筑物时,就让学生观察该建筑物的特征,同时教学怎样用英语说出这个建筑物: library,post office, hospital, cinema ,bookstore, science museum. 并说说这些地方的特征等。如:The hospital is tall。The cinema is nice)设计意图:故事是孩子们喜闻乐见的一种增长生活只是和了解周围世界的有趣形式,各种年龄阶段的孩子都对故事一往情深,他们爱听故事,爱看故事,也爱讲故事给别人听。听故事和讲故事对于儿童在孩提时代学习母语起到了非常有益的作用,对于儿童学习一门外语也具有同样的神奇效力。引人入胜的故事似乎可以不费吹灰之力就能解决学生的学习动机和学习兴趣问题。学生在听故事的愉快心境下,轻松地学习,快乐地学习。学生们在听故事的过程中,既能养成倾听的好习惯,又能发展自己在众多听众面前表达思想的技能和与他人交际沟通的能力。Show the map :This is a map of changan street in Beijing. Lets enjoy my travle plan according the map.Pictrue 1:On the first day ,Ill visit the science museum .(show the pictrue1) Read the word after the teacher .(两个词分开教,再合起来教)What do you think about the science museum? Whats it like? 指生回答。How can I go to the science museum ?设计意图:引导学生语言描述科学博物馆的外形特点、去博物馆的方式,将新旧知识加以融合,进行语言训练)。Pictrue 2:Beijing is a great city .It is our capital. I want to know a lot about Beijing .So on the second day ,I am going to buy some books .Where should I go ?(bookstore )点击课件。重点教store 的发音。分小组训练。板书单词,识记store 的书写。单击课件出示鞋店:Is this a bookstore ?(No) There are a lot of shoes in it .Its a shoestore. 点击课件出示玩具店:And this ?Its a toystore.设计意图:对知识进行拓展,扩大词汇量。Pictrue 3:Oh,there are many interesting places in Beijing .So Ill buy some postcards and post them to my friends.On the third day,Where should I go ?(post office) 出示课件。教读,板书。强调:post and office can not be connected.What can we post in the post office?出示课件:We can post( ) in the post office. 回到开篇地图。提问:Excuse me ,Where is the post office? Its near the science museum.Pictrue 4:出示图片建国大业。This is a very famous film.(教授film读音)It will be on during the national holiday .Where can I see it ?(in the cinema).教读单词,板书。On the fourth day evening,perhaps Ill go to the cinema and see this film. 回到地图,提问:Where is the cinema? Its near the post office .Pictrue 5:If I feel ill in Beijing ,what should I do ? (see a doctor)(go to the hospital)引出医院的教学。Who works in the hospital ? 出示课件。回到地图。Where is the hospital? Its in front of the cinema.I hope I wont go to the hospital.Im sure I will have a good time in Beijing .Pictrue 6: library.On the last day ,Im going to visit Qinghua University.Maybe Ill read some books in the library of Qinghua University. 教读单词,板书。Whats in the library ? What can we do in the library ? 出示课件.Thats the end of my travle plan .Thanks for your enjoying with me.设计意图:词汇教学的最终目的是应用,与语言环境相结合,引导学生用新词汇说话、造句,体现语言的交际功能,符合词不离句,句不离篇的原则。 (2)PracticeConsolidation(操练巩固)A. Read after the tape recorder.Now lets listen to the tape recorder and spell these words.Try your best to remember them in your brain.B.Quick response.Now Lets play a game .I say the number ,you read the words. Are you clear? Ready ?Go!3.post office2.bookstore5.hospital 4.cinema6.library1.science museumC. Chant:If I put these words in a chant ,can you read them correctly? OK.Lets have a try. 出示chant. a.Read it by yourselves for twice.You can ask your friends.b.Ask some students to read .c.Read it after the teacher with a rhythm. d.Read it together.D.Exercisea.What letters are missing ?Now take out your exercise paper.please fill in the blanks.After finishing ,you can check it each other in your groups.出示正确答案,全班订正。b.Write the places in the boxes.Ask and answer.指生读要求。每组合作完成一张。设计意图:本环节的活动设计紧紧围绕本节课的教学目标,目的性强。巩固操练的形式由简到繁,由易到难,层层递进,对学生进行了听、说、读、写各方面的能力训练。操练过程中,教师适时引导学生进行小组合作学习,使其体会到了合作学习的乐趣,使其领略了新学习策略的优势。(3)Summry : 板书(4)Homework设计意图: 分层作业,充分考虑到了学生的个体差异,体现了因材施教原则。教学反思:(一) 本节课的成功之处:1、 本节课中分挖掘了学生的兴趣,从学生的实际生活出发,将生涩的英语词汇以生活化、情境化的方式呈现,便于学生接受,为学生保持长期的英语学习兴趣打下了良好的基础。2、 本节课环节紧凑,层层递进,对知识进行了合理的设置,梯度符合学生的认知规律。3、 本节课听、说、读、写兼顾,全面培养学生英语综合能力。尤其在“pair work ”环节,进一步
