Building bicycle and slow traffic system.统筹城乡布局在城市功能组团和田园林地周边合理布局农民安置社区，实现都市农业与城市经济互动，农民可持续发展，促进城乡一体化进程。Coordinating urban and rural layoutArranging peasant resettlement community around urban functional groups and rural forest land to materialize the interaction of agriculture and urban economy as well as sustainable development of peasant, and to accelerate the process of urban and rural integration.空间布局 Spatial layout两带 七板块 Two belts Seven parts本着特色鲜明、错位发展的理念，沣东新城将产业目光聚焦在处于价值链高端、技术含量高、具有高附加值的高新技术产业、现代服务业和总部经济上，重点发展高新技术研发及企业孵化、商业贸易、体育会展、文化旅游、房地产开发和都市农业等产业，不断做大产业规模，提升产业发展水平。在明确产业方向的基础上，沣东新城确立了“两带、七板块”的城市空间布局。两带分别为“周秦汉历史文化展示带”和“沣河滨水生态景观带”，将人文与自然完美结合，真正实现人文沣东、生态沣东的城市理想。七大功能板块集中体现了沣东新城创建现代田园城市的雄心伟略!科技统筹示范板块：规划面积10平方公里，是国内面积最大的科技统筹聚集区，将通过创建科技资源公共服务、交易、孵化、展览展示等平台的建设，创新“产学研”融合发展模式，力争到2020年创建新型科技研发企业3000家，转化科技成果3500项，成为带动关天、辐射西部、面向全球的科技创新资源聚集基地、科技成果中试与转化基地。镐京优美小镇板块：规划总面积25平方公里，将在不到3平方公里的区域，集约进行高密度的双子城开发建设和低密度的优美小镇建设，形成疏密有致，大开大合的空间格局。沣河田园城市板块：以西部能源中心和体育会展中心为支撑，以田园社区做衬托，创建高端能源研发、营销、交易及总部管理中心;建设集体育竞赛、会议展览、文化娱乐、休闲健身为一体的国际一流体育会展中心，打造生态田园城市的中心板块。阿房宫人文旅游板块：规划总面积9平方公里，将以阿房宫遗址保护为核心，重点建设3平方公里的国家级考古遗址公园和西安城市中央森林公园，用高科技手段展示唐代大文学家杜牧在阿房宫赋中描
