Under the assets acquisition agreement conditions, Changchun Boxin must accept and continue to employ Changchun Qioptiq employees; Qioptiq Singapore Pte Ltd must procure its yearly requirement from Changchun Boxin for all the products that were supplied by Changchun Qioptiq Co., Ltd. On 16 April 2012, the agreement was officially signed. With effect from 1 May 2012, both parties officially executed the acquisition agreement. Changchun Boxin officially takes over Changchun Qioptiq Co., Ltd. All assets and employees of Changchun Qioptiq Co., Ltd will soon be relocated to Changchun Boxins 6500sq meter factory facilities sometime end July 2012.
