It can provide coal mine a general mechanized face timbering roof or provide coal mine a comprehensive mechanized face as termination point supporting and other temporary supporting. 二、适 用 范 围Applicable scope DW型支柱适用于下列煤层条件:DW prop is applicable to the following coal seam conditions.(一) 煤层倾角小于25的缓倾斜回采工作面;如采取一定的安全措施,使用范围可扩大到倾角2535的倾斜回采工作面。The coal bed pitch is less than 25low pitch coal face :if take certain safety steps, the application scope can be expanded to 2535low pitch coal face.(二) 本支柱系列现有16种规格,分别适用于采高为0.553.5米的煤层。This prop series have 16 kinds of specification, which is applicable to 0.553.5coal bed respectively.(三) 煤层顶、底板条件:The conditions of coal seam roof and floor1. 工作阻力为250KN的支柱 ,底板抗压入强度应为20Mpa以上工作阻力为300KN的支柱,底板抗压入强度应为28Mpa以上。如底板较软,支柱压入底板的深度以不恶化顶板的完整性及不影响支柱的回收为限。否则,应采取“穿鞋”或加大底座等措施 . The prop of working resistance for 250KN, the floor compressive strength should be above 20Mpa. The prop of working resistance for 300KN, the floor compressive strength should be above 28Mpa. If the floor is a bit soft, the depth of prop pressing into floor should be within the limits of the completeness of the roof and the recycle of the prop. Otherwise, you should adopt the measures of “put on your shoes” or increase the floor.2. 顶板冒落情况较好,冒落后不影响支柱的回收。If the inbreak condition of roof is good, it doesnt influence the recycle of the prop after the inbreak.3. 在特殊情况下(人工假顶工作面或地质构造较复杂的条件等)使用时,应采取安全措施。When used under special conditions (artificial false roof working face or the more intricate geological structure), you should take some safety measures.4. 在煤质较松软的炮采工作面使用时,应对活柱体镀铬面采取保护措施以防崩坏,且不能当贴帮柱用。When used in softer coal quality scoop and blast working face, you should take some protective measures to protect mobile column in case of molder, and you should not use it as paste prop.5. 支柱与木顶梁配合或作点柱使用时,应将顶盖换成柱帽,以免损坏木梁,造成回柱困难。When the prop coordinates with timber cap or when used as pillar, you should change capping into column cap in case of damaging the wooden beam, this will make prop pulling difficult. (四) 本支柱不宜在下列条件的工作面使用:This prop is inapplicable in the working face of the following condition. 1.煤质较硬的炮采工作面,以及周期来压特别强烈或有冲击地压的工作面。The harder coal quality scoop and blast working face and the working face of pressing down periodically or the working face of rocking bust.2.工作面采高太低(支柱选型不合适),不能保证顶板下沉后支柱安全回收所需的最小高度。The mining height of working face is too low (the prop type selection is unsuitable), therefore, it can not guarantee the minimum height of safely recycling the prop after roof convergence. 3.不同工作特性或不同工作阻力的支柱,均不能与本支柱混合使用。The different performance characteristics prop or the different working resistance prop can not mixed-use with this prop.4. 可用于有周期来压工作面,有显著冲击地压的一般不宜使用. It can be used to the working face of periodically pressing down. And it can not be used to the working face of notably rocking bust. 三、技 术 特 征 The Technical CharacteristicsDW型支柱系列规格及主要技术特征见下表。DW prop series specification and the main technical characteristic see the following form. DW型支柱几种型式的顶盖和底座见图一。按照标准,DW 型支柱配a顶盖和d底座;DW28-250/100J DW35-200/100J型支柱配铰接顶盖和焊接底座。也可根据用户的特殊需要,供给其它的铰接顶盖及平底座、底座。需要者在订货合同上注明。The DW prop several type of capping and base see figure one. According to the user special need, you also can provide the other hinge joint capping and flat base, base. The needy should give a clear indication in the ordering contract. 四、结构及工作原理 支柱由顶盖、三用阀、活柱体、复位弹簧、手把体、油缸、活塞、底座体等主要零部件组成(DW06-300/100DW25-250/100型见图二a, DW28-250/100J(A) 型 见图二b,DW28-250/100J -DW35-200/100J型见图二c,)The prop is made up of capping, Triple Duty Valves, mobile pillar, offsetting spring, handlebar, hydro cylinder, piston, underseat structure and so on.( DW06-300/100DW25-250/100 see figure two, a, DW28-250/100J(A) see figure two, b,DW28-250/100J -DW35-200/100J see figure two) 图二(a) DW型单体液压支柱结构图Figure 2(a) the structure drawing of the DW individual hydraulic prop 图二(b) DW28-250/100J(A)单体液压支柱结构图Figure 2(a) the structure drawing of the DW28-250/100J(A) individual hydraulic prop 图二(c) DW28-250/100J -DW35-200/100J单体液压支柱结构图Figure 2(a) the structure drawing of the DW28-250/100J(A)- DW35-200/100J individual hydraulic prop (一) 顶盖capping 顶盖是直接和顶梁接触的受载零件,它通过三只弹性圆柱销和活柱体相连接。Capping is a standunderload component which can directly contact with the top beam.(二) 三用阀Triple Duty Valves三用阀由单向阀、安全阀、卸载阀组成。Triple Duty Valve is made up of one-way valve, safety valve and unloading valve.单向阀供支柱注液时用;one-way valve is used in offering the injection liquid to the prop.安全阀的作用是保证支柱具有恒阻性,即保证支柱载荷达到额定工作阻力时具有可缩性;The function of safety valve is to guarantee that the prop have constant resistance nature. That is, it still has contractibility when prop load reaches rated working resistance.卸载阀供支柱卸载回柱用。Unloading valve is used in prop pulling when unloading the prop.(三) 活柱体mobile pillar活柱体是支柱上部承载杆件,它由柱头、弹簧上挂钩、活柱筒等构成。Mobile pillar is the props topping bearing rod, it is made up of column head, the spring hook, mobile column casing and so on.(四) 复位弹簧offsetting spring复位弹簧的作用,是回柱时使活柱体迅速复位,缩短回柱时间。The function of offsetting spring is to offset the mobile column quickly when prop pulling in order to reduce the time of prop pulling.(五) 手把体 handlebar手把体通过连接钢丝和油缸相连接,能绕油缸自由转动,便于操作和搬运,手把体沟槽内装有防尘圈,以防脏物进入油缸。Handlebar is connected to hydro cylinder by the connecting wire, it can do free rotation around hydro cylinder, and it is easy to operate and transport. The handlebar groove is equipped with dust ring in order to prevent dirt from going into hydro cylinder. (六) 活塞 piston 活塞部件由活塞、Y形密封圈、皮碗防挤圈、活塞导向环、O形密封圈(GB1235-76)、活塞防挤圈等组成,它通过O形密封圈(GB1235-76)和活柱体相连接。The piston parts are made up of piston, Y-sealing ring, leather cup extrusion-proof ring, the piston guide ring, O-sealing ring(GB1235-76), the piston extrusion-proof ring and so on. It is connected to mobile pillar through O-sealing ring. 活塞起活柱导向和油缸密封作用。The piston has the function of mobile pillar guidance and hydro cylinder sealing. (七) 底座体 underseat structure底座体由底座、弹簧挂环、O形密封圈(GB1235-76)、防挤圈等组成,通过连接钢丝和油缸相连接,它是支柱底部密封和承载的零件。The underseat structure is made up of base, spring hook ring, O-sealing ring(GB1235-76)and extrusion-proof ring. It is the part of prop bottom sealing and load-bearing.支柱在使用时将注液枪插入三用阀注液孔中,挂好锁紧套,握紧注液枪手把,高压液体将单向阀打开,高压液体流入支柱下腔,使活柱上升。支柱使金属顶梁紧贴工作面顶板后,松开注液枪手把,这时支柱内腔工作液压为力泵站压力,即支柱达到了额定的初撑力。The prop in use inserts the liquid injection gun into the triple duty valve and then hand up properly the locking sleeve, grip the handlebar of liquid injection gun. The high pressure liquid opens the one-way valve and flow into the prop cavity, and then the mobile pillar goes up. After the prop makes the metal top beam cling to working face top plate, you can loose the liquid injection gun s handlebar, at this time, the prop cavitys working hydraulic pressure becomes pump pressure, that is, the prop reaches the rated setting pressure.随着采煤工作面的推进,工作面顶板作用在支柱上的载荷逐渐增大,当载荷超过支柱额定工作阻力时,高压液体将三用阀中的安全阀打开,液体外溢,支柱下缩。当支柱所受载荷低于额定工作阻力时,在安全阀弹簧的作用下,安全阀关闭,液体停止外溢。上述现象反复出现。因此支柱工作载荷始终保持在额定的工作阻力左右,故称恒阻式支柱。With the push of coal mining working face, the function of its top plate gradually gets bigger on the props load. When the load exceeds the rated working resistance, the high pressure liquid opens the safety valve of the triple duty valve, then the liquid overflows and the prop shrinks. When the prop s load is lower than rated working resistance, the safety valve closes under the effect of safety valve spring, the liquid stop overflowing The above phenomenon appears repeatedly. Therefore, the props working load always keeps around the rated working resistance, it is called constant resistance prop. 工作面回柱时,将卸载手把插入三用阀卸载孔中,转动卸载手把,迫使阀套作轴向移动,从而打开三用阀中的卸载阀,支柱内腔工作液经卸载阀排入老塘,活柱体在自重和复位弹簧作用下回缩,达到 回柱目的。When the working face does the prop pulling, you can insert the unloading handle into the triple duty valves unloading hole, turn around the unloading handle and force valve housing moves in axial direction, therefore open the unloading valve of triple duty valve, the working liquid in the prop cavity is discharged into the old waste through the unloading valve, the mobile pillar retracts under the action of self-weight and spring in order to do the prop pulling. 图三 支柱与注液枪.卸荷手把配合使用The prop coordinates with the liquid injection guns unloading handle 五、支柱的装拆The assembly and disassembly of the prop (一)三用阀的组装 The assembly of triple duty valve 1、组装前的准备:The preparation before assembly(1)合格的三用阀零件,在组装前必须用压力油冲洗干净,任何有毛刺、铁屑或生锈的零件均不得组装;The qualified triple duty valve parts must be rinsed out by pressure oil before assembly. Any components which have burr, scrap iron or rust can not be assembled. (2)装好全部O形密封圈;Install all the O-sealing rings properly(3)导向套的组装:把安全阀垫装入六角导向套中,要装到底,并检查安全阀垫工作面是否平整。在阀座和六角导向套接触时,阀垫压缩量应控制在0.150.25毫米;the assembly of guide sleeve: load the safety valve mat into hexangular guide sleeve and install them in the end and check whether the working face of the safety valve is neat or not. when the valveseat contacts hexangular guide sleeve, the valve pad s decrement should be kept in 0.150.25mm.(4)注油阀体的组装:将单向阀座连同限位套一起装入注油阀体中,并装入8钢球,再用一字型螺丝刀拧紧压紧螺套(拧紧程度要适当,以防单向阀座变形)。并把卸载阀阀垫装入注油阀体。The assembly of oiling valve body: load the one-way valveseat and stop collar into oiling valve body, then install 8 steel ball, using slotted screwdriver to compress the threaded sleeve,you should tighten it properly and do not transform the one-way valve seat. 2、组装:Assembly and install 将阀针装入阀座中,阀针端面不应露出阀座端面,并检查运动是否灵活,再装入阀套内。然后将连接螺杆拧入阀套并拧紧,拧紧力应为30 40N.M。用镊子将六角导向套装入阀套内,检查六角导向套轴向运动是否灵活,应无卡阻,然后装入8钢球、弹簧座、安全阀弹簧,用调压工具拧紧调压螺丝。Load the valve needle into valveseat, the valve needle should not basset the valveseat head face and check whether the movement is nimble and load the valve needle into the valve housing. Then screw the connecting screw rod into the valve housing and tighten it, the tightening force should be 30 40N.M. load the hexangular guide sleeve into valve housing by tweezer and check whether the axial movement of hexangular guide sleeve is nimble, it should not be jammed and then load the 8steel ball, spring seat, and safety spring, screw the pressure regulation screw by pressure regulation tool. 安全阀部分装好以后,将阀套装入装配套筒中(专用装配工具),单向阀锥簧装在连接螺杆上,套上左阀筒并与装配套筒拧紧,用套筒搬手将注油阀体拧入连接螺杆(即注油阀体中卸载阀阀垫接触连接螺杆后再拧紧1/4圈为宜)。然后 拧下装配套筒,换上右阀筒。组装好的三用阀,需进行调压和试验。安全阀的开启压力调定,是用调压工具调整调压螺丝的进退来实现的。When you finish loading the safety valve parts, please load the valve housing into the assembling sleeve and load the one-way valve cone spring onto the connecting screw rod, screw the oiling valve body into the connecting screw rod by sleeve spanner (after the unloading valveseat in the oiling valve body contacts the connecting screw rod, youd better screw down it 1/4 circle). Then screw out the assembling sleeve and change it into the right valve cylinder. The assembled triple duty valve needs the pressure regulation and test. The opening pressure setting of safety valve is accomplished by the advancing and regressing of pressure screw by the pressure regulation instruments. 调好的安全阀应涂上M10乳化剂 封存。The adjusted safety valve should be coated with M10 emulsifier and sealed up for keeping.(二)支柱组装the assembling of the prop1.组装前的准备:The preparation before the assembling(1)注意严格清洗活柱、油缸、活塞、底座、手把体等零件,不允许有铁屑和污物;Please wash the mobile pillar, hydro cylinder, piston, base, handlebar and so on seriously, no scrap iron and dirt.(2)在手把体内表面,顶盖与接长筒配合面,底座与油缸配合面及活塞与活柱配合面涂防锈油;the internal surface of the handlebar, the matching surface of capping and the connecting tube, the matching surface of base and hydro cylinder, the matching surface of mobile pillar and piston should be coated with anti-corrosive oil.(3)在活塞、底座上装入O形密封圈及防挤圈,注意防挤圈的位置应紧靠O形密封圈的低压侧;Load the O-sealing ring and extrusion-proof ring onto the piston and base, you should care about the position of extrusion-proof ring and the extrusion-proof ring should abut upon the low pressure side of O-sealing ring. (4)把Y型密封圈、防挤圈和导向环装在活塞上,注意活塞导向环外径应大于活塞的最大外径。Load the Y-sealing ring, extrusion-proof ring and guide ring onto the piston, you should pay attention that the outside diameter of piston guide ring should be bigger than the maximum outside diameter of piston.2.活柱体的组装顺序:The assembling order of mobile pillar. (1)将防尘圈和活塞导向环按次序(注意方向)装在手把体上;Load the dust ring and piston guide ring onto the handlebar in order,(2)将手把体套入活柱体,应先在限位钢丝圈槽中装上一个O型密封圈(作为装配工具),这样手把体上的防尘圈就能顺利通过,然后取下O型密封圈,将限位钢丝圈涂油装在活柱上,并测量限位钢丝圈的外径(应比油缸直径小0.5毫米以上);Telescope the handlebar into the mobile pillar; you should fit an O-sealing ring onto the limited steel wire ring groove beforehand (as the assembling tool), so the dust ring on the handlebar will easily get through, and then take down the O-sealing ring, oil the limited steel wire ring and load it onto the piston, check the outside diameter of the limited steel wire ring (it should be lower above 0.5mm than the diameter of the hydro cylinder)(3)将活塞装入活柱;Load the piston into mobile pillar(4)把复位弹簧挂在活柱体中。Hand the offsetting spring in the mobile pillar3.支柱的整体组装:The overall assembling of the prop(1)将装好的活柱体整体装入油缸,并将手把体装好,穿上连接钢丝;Load the assembled mobile pillar into hydro cylinder completely and thread the handlebar properly, then install the connection steel wire. (2)将顶盖装入活柱体,用弹性圆柱销联接好,所有弹性圆柱销不允许露出,其开口应垂直于支柱的轴向方向。并注意使顶盖126X126方体轴线与柱头阀孔轴线平行;Load the capping into the mobile pillar and connect them properly by elastic cone plug, its opening should be perpendicular to the props axial direction. You should take note that the 126X126 square axis of the capping should be parallel to the valve opening axis of the column head. (3)将复位弹簧挂在底座弹簧挂环上,并将底座装入油缸,穿好底座钢丝;Hand the offsetting spring onto the base spring suspension loop and load the base into hydro cylinder, then thread the base steel wire.(4)装上三用阀,并使三用阀卸载孔轴线垂直于支柱轴线;Install triple duty valve and make the unloading hole axes of the triple duty valve be perpendicular to prop axes. (5)组装完毕后,水平放置支柱,用手将活柱自油缸中拔出300400毫米(对高度低的支柱可少拔出一些),活柱应在复位弹簧作用下自动回缩,若不能全部回缩,应拆开检查,找出原因。When you finish the assembling, put the prop horizontally and pull out the mobile pillar 300400mm from hydro cylinder by hand(pull out a little the lower prop), the mobile pillar should be automatically retracted under the effect of offsetting spring. If not completely retracted, you should disconnect and check them, find out the problems. 组装注意事项:The notice of assembling1.除油缸、底座、接长管等裸露表面及电镀面外,所有连接配合部分,及活柱外圆均应涂防锈油。Except the exposure surface of the hydro cylinder, base, the additional pipe and the electroplating layer, all the joining parts and mobile pillar circumcircle should be coated with dust oil.2.装配底座时应将防挤圈切口背向穿钢丝槽口,在打入底座时应注意避免穿钢丝槽口碰坏防挤圈。When you assembly the base, you should make the extrusion-proof ring be back to the steel wire groove. When you drive into the base, you should pay attention to it and avoid steel wire groove damaging the extrusion-proof ring.2.所有连接钢丝均打入槽中,不允许裸露并将手把体和底座的连接钢丝的外露部分,用火漆或油漆腻子封死。All the connecting steel wires should be thrown into the grooves, the bareness is unpermitted and the exposure part of handlebar, the base and the connecting steel wire should be sealed off by the sealing wax or painter sputty.3.支柱组装时,不允许用铁锤敲打油缸、活塞、活柱等零件。When you assembly the prop, you are not allowed to beat the parts of hydro cylinder, piston, mobile pillar
