Objective 目的本流程用于规范仓库管理, 明确入库, 出库, 盘库行为中各个步骤的衔接以及相关的责任单位. 同时明确流程中必要的文件记录.This process applies to standard of store management, storage check-in / check-out / store inventory and clear responsibilities for each department. In the meantime, it can clear and definite necessary file record.2. Application 应用本流程适用于对采购原材料入库和领用原材料出库的管理:This process applies to the management to storage check-in and check-out.3. Terms and Definition 术语和定义实际库存金额：Actually inventory amount按计划周期性盘库后计算出的实际库存品金额。Clarify storage periodicity and calculate the amount of real inventory.账面库存金额：Carrying amount of inventory根据仓库库存账面记录计算出的理论库存品金额。Calculate theoretical inventory amount according to book records of storage inventory.批号：Lot number根据原材料入库日期，同一批入库产品定义为一个批号。Same assignment is defined as the same lot number according to storage date.3.1. Warehouse Management Processes 仓库管理程序4.1. Inventory Check-in Process 入库流程入库流程适用于以下情况The storage process applies to the following situation: 采购物资入库 storage of purchased material 领用物资退还 return of picked material采购部通知仓库和质量部门物资达到时间，由质量部门实施来料检查。检查合格时，由质量部门通知仓库管理员确认数量及办理入库手续。检查不合格时由质量部门通知关联部门处理。The purchasing department informs the warehouse and quality department the arrival time of material. The quality department checked the material. The quality department should to notice the warehouse to confirm the quantity and check-in if the material is accepted. The quality department should to notice related department if the material is not accepted.原材料在检查判定前不得直接入库使用。The raw material can not be stored to warehouse before checked.仓库管理员应按照指定的位置分类保管原材料，同类产品必须区分规格及入库批号。并采取正确的保管方法和相应预防性措施，维持在库原材料质量特性。The warehouse keeper should classify the raw material. Like product should classify the specification and storage lot number. The keeper should store the raw material in proper way and adopts relevant preventive measures to ensure the quality of raw material.4.2. Inventory Check-out Process 出库流程申请部门应当填写领料单, 获得申请部门主管或者部门经理审核批准后, 交由仓库管理员.Get material should fill-in application form of taking material, and this application must approved by the supervisor or manager of application department.仓库管理员根据实际申请材料和数量提供物料。原材料出库时必须做到先入先出原则。The warehouse keeper according to the actual applies to provide materials. Raw materials must to FIFO.申请部门领料后, 仓库管理员应该及时做好出库记录， 并将领料单归档， 更新库存记录。The warehouse keeper should be recording in timely and update inventory records4.3. Inventory Checking Process 盘库流程仓库管理员需按规定定期盘点库存情况, 报告库存差异情况，并更新库存记录.The warehouse keeper should check inventories at fixed period, report difference and update the storage record.对于低于最小库存量的物资, 仓库管理员应当及时发起采购申请.In regard to the stored material which is less than minimum inventory, the warehouse keeper should forward the purchasing request in time.对于易实效的物资,仓库管理员应该按照入库批号在库存清单中注明其有效期， 并定期检查， 发现有原材料超过有效期时及时通知质量部门处理。超过有效期的原材料在未获得质量经理的批准前不得出库使用。In regard to the material which is easily to lose efficiency, the warehouse keeper should mark the validity in the list.
