Five typical tour guide work task, according to the design of specific learning situations and learning unit, as shown in table 1. 同时根据导游的岗位技能与职业素质要求,设计了“导游业务与技巧”课程的教学内容与实践项目,见147页表2。At the same time according to the requirements of the guide post skills and professional quality, designed the tour guide business and technique course teaching content and practice of project, see table 2 on page 147. 四、课程教学组织与实施Fourth, teaching organization and implementation 1.教学组织与实施。针对本课程实践性强的特点,主要采用三大实训方式相结合,帮助学生不断提高导游业务技能。三大实训方式具体是指课堂模拟训练、3D 微格实训室模拟训练、景点实训。课堂模拟实训主要强调紧紧围绕导游基础素质需要,切实落实“厚、宽、广”的知识功底及基本能力的掌握。根据基础课程理论性强、知识设计面宽的特点,聚合多样化的教学手段,有效提升教学效果。其中比较有代表性的是多媒体技术运用、仿真操作、小组学习、知识宣讲等。3D微格实训室模拟训练是充分利用现代化的3D微格实训室,依据导游工作流程,逐一组织学生进行项目任务实训,使教学内容和实训项目具有针对性和适用性,全面指向学生专业技能的强化和提升。景点实训是指由教师带领学生驱车前往任务中的各个景点,由学生实践带团讲解,教师全程录制拍摄并及时指导。同时,还针对学生可从事英文导游的需求,在课程中嵌入双语教学法,引入英文讲解资料和有关欧美客源的英文信息,让学生掌握实用的英文讲解及带团用语,帮助他们获得更大的发展空间。1. At the same time, also in order to meet the needs of students can be engaged in English tour guide, embedded in the course of bilingual teaching, the introduction of English interpretation of the data and information on European and American customers in English, let the students master useful English interpretation and language of tour, help them gain greater space for development. 2.教学资源的选用。为配合全国导游资格证考试,目前使用的是旅游局统一印发的考证系列教材,使学生掌握导游服务技能的同时,能更有针对性地进行学习,提高考证过关率。同时针对本课程实践性强的特点,专职教师利用挂职、培训的机会,收集导游实际工作中使用的工作资料,如接待计划表、日程安排表、客人意见表等,为学生学习带来一手资料。最后,根据设置的五个典型的导游工作任务,专门编写了实训教学大纲,将情境教学与实际工作任务紧密结合,在教学中取得了良好效果。2.
