一、走进导光板导光板设计原理源于笔记本电脑的液晶显示屏,是将侧边的线光源转换成面光源并均匀发光,因其具有超薄、超亮、导光均匀、节能、环保、无暗区、耐用、不易黄化等众多优点,被广泛应用于液晶显示器的背光源、超薄的广告灯箱、医疗用的X光看片器、平板型的灯饰照明、亮光工程的光效运用、发光标示牌等类的场合,广阔的市场前景为导光板加工业带来了一片生机。然而,随着行业竞争的加剧以及导光板逐步走向高端化,传统的制作工艺已无法满足市场的需求,对于导光板加工业而言,工艺革新势在必行。1. Enter the world of LGPThe design principle of light guide plate is from laptop computers LCD screen. It converts linear light source on the side into area light source and emits uniform light. Because LGP is super-thin, super-bright, durable, environmental friendly and energy saving and has the advantages of optical uniformity, no dark areas, difficult to yellow and so on, it is widely used in LCD backlight, super-thin advertising light boxes, medical X-ray film box, flat type lighting devices, light usage of light project, light-emitting signs and other places. The broad market prospects have brought vitality to the LGP processing industry. However, as industrial competition intensifies and LGP industry gradually becomes high-grade, the traditional production process has been unable to meet the market demand. Therefore, for LGP plate processing industry, technological innovation is imperative.二、导光板制作工艺第一代制作工艺:油印网点导光板。其主要特点是生产速度比较高,但由于要出菲林做模板,所以产品设计修改不方便,制作周期较长。这种传统的工艺工序也非常多,操作复杂,生产耗材较多,人工投入较大,厂房占地面积很大(一般200-300平方米/每条线)。此外,由于起始点油墨不均匀,烘烤不均匀的问题,使产品的合格率较低。 而且加工方式是化学过程,在生产过程中腐蚀性酸产生,原材料有毒,是一种不环保的生产方式。2. Production process of LGPThe first generation of production process: LGPs made by screen printing technique. Its main feature is that the production rate is relatively high, but this technique needs film as a template, and is inconvenient in designing and modifying the products and thus has longer production cycle. This conventional production has multiple processes and complex operation. There needs a lot of consumable materials and labor cost during production. Because the uneven printing ink at starting point and uneven baking, the ratio of qualified products is very low. It is not an environmental friendly production method.第二代制作工艺:划线导光板。划线导光板是用机械和激光在光学亚克力表面划出直线,利用光栅原理形成漫反射达到导光的目的。由于采用一条直线来取透射光,所以经过几次透射光就变得很弱,使光不能均匀的传递。The second generation of the production process: LGPs with lines. The production of LGPs with lines is to scribe straight lines on optics acrylic surface by mechanical and laser equipments. It uses grating principle to form diffuse reflection to get light transmitted. After several times of light transmission, the light becomes weak, so the light can not be transmitted evenly.第三代制作工艺:激光打点。激光打点采用激光无接触生产工艺,在导光材料上形成三维凹点,破坏导光材料上透射光的方向,也就是折射出来的光,而三维凹点能形成全方位的折射效果,所以比一般传统导光板制作工艺上要亮,且发光更均匀。The third generation of the production process: Dot engraving by laser machines. The production of LGPs with dots is to engrave dots by laser contactless production process to form 3D concave dots on the light guide material. It changes the direction of the light transmitted in the light guide material. The 3D concave dots can form all dimensional light refraction effects. So it is lighter, and emits more uniform light.激光导光板克服了传统印刷制导光板的缺陷,是新的替代品。它比同等面积的传统灯箱省电60%以上,且整个导光面透光均匀明亮,节能环保,寿命比印刷型的长3-5倍。故市场前景广阔。LGPs made by laser technology overcome the defects of the traditional LGPs made by printing method. It saves electrical power by more than 60%. The entire LGP transmits light evenly and brightly. It is energy saving and environmental friendly. The life expectancy is 3-5 times more than LGPs made by screen printing technique.
