in every four years under the auspices of the International Mathematical Union IMU The Fields Medals the Nevanlinna Prize the Gauss Prize and the Chern Medal are awarded by the Head of the Host Country s Government during the opening ceremony on the first day of the congress In commemoration of each gathering proceedings have been published accordingly with articles anchored in plenary invited speaker section the Abel and Noether lectures as well as lectures delivered by the Fields Medal the Nevanlinna the Gauss and the Chern Prizes awardees The SEOUL ICM 2014 will take place in Seoul Korea to provide a forum for mathematics researchers from the world to extend knowledge and networks and to share ideas latest research findings and expertise The SEOUL ICM 2014 Exhibition is open to any organization which may seek an opportunity to promote one s experience programs products and services through operating commercial and or non commercial booths at the Congress The Exhibition will take place in Hall C1 claims by exhibitors regarding allocation of booths will not be taken into consideration Exhibitors shall not sublet or transfer all or part of the booth space nor shall they exchange booths with other exhibitors If this provision is violated the organizing committee may dismiss the exhibitors from the show Payment Invoices will be issued to the Exhibitors
