Please obey the following rules for your safe usage.1) After being installed, before run test, you should test overall.(1) the damage of the components and the connecting bolt(2) the oil quantity of gear box lubricating oil (3) the insulation resistance of electric engines control box is larger than 0.5M, the grounding resistance is less than 10.(4) If its correct that the power switch to control box, control box to electric engine, and the package is correct or not(5) The power lead wire must use the rubber Cu cable, ZD 13KW use 10mm2, ZD 7.5KW use 8 mm2 , ZD3KW use 4 mm2 . The three phase reaches balance, the supply voltage cant surpass 10% of the rated voltage. Forbid to use when the voltage of electric engine is below 90% of the rated voltage.(6) The hoisting machine use the new electric engine with brake instrument, it not only can revolve, but also can do the axial running about. Under the axial running about, when the brake is turning on or off, the amount of axial running about is between 1.5mm to 2mm.2) the steps of testing runAfter being overall test, confirm to meet the demands, the clients can test run, the steps are as follows:(1) vacant test第5页the vacant test of right and opposite directions to test the shock, vibration. To test the brake is reliable , the procedure of vacant run is : right run 6 seconds, stop 14 seconds; opposite run 6 seconds, stop 14 seconds. Every vacant run is not surpass 5 minutes.(2) After the vacant test, roll the wire rope, and fix an end of the wire rope with the press plate.(3) one end of the wire rope should be drawn forth from below of the roller,the drawn equipment, the connection parts and methods are decided by the clients, commonly use the rope to fix.(4) If need connect with the switch, test to these safety instrument.(5) The clients should make correct set according to the rated lifting weight and lifting equipment, the rules of lifting machinery technological test, do the rated load, static ,motion test, do the overall test.After doing the above tests and confirm normal, the machine can be put into use.6. usage and operation1) Please read the operation instructions of hoisting machine.2) The operation staff must be trained before operating the machine.3) After the installment of the hoisting machine and being tested to be qualified, the hoisting machine can be put into use.4) Every shift must test before usage.第6页A. The lubricating amount of reduction box is JK0.75D 1.5kg, JK1-2D 2-2.5kg. In summer, you should use 40# diesel engine oil, in winter, you should use 30# , and after the new machine being used 10 days, should change the new oil, every 3 months, should change .
