unit 11 new wordsteaching and learning goals this lesson mainly studies the new words and phrases of unit eleven like restroom, shampoo, drugstore, caf, department store, escalator, magic, from the sounds to forms、meanings and basic usages. take physical teaching, word-building teaching method, comparative method and other methods, step by step , make the students correctly read new words、memorize the forms and grasp the preliminary meanings. for this unit sweep new words obstacle、lay the good foundation and improve the students language expression ability.teaching and learning stepsstep 1learn to read the words on p 1. ask students to read the words according to the phonetics by themselves.2. then read words in groups.
