Look here(出示幻灯片2), whats this?S: Plane.T: Yes, plane. Whats the largest plane in the world? Do you know?S: No, I dont know.T: Do you want to know?S: Yes.T: Ok, later I will tell you.(分别学习train, subway, taxi, ferry, bus,其中subway, ferry, taxi是新单词,多读几遍,在每幅图对话中提出听力中的每个问题,为听听力做准备,同时还能让学生先在听力上熟悉一下最高级形式) Step3: ListeningT: Class, now I will tell you what the largest plane is, what the most modern train is, and so on. But you should listen to the tape carefully, and try your best to finish an exercise.(出示幻灯片3)l Read through the lists of words and ask students to repeat them after you. Make sure they understand them all.(其中crowded和modern是新单词)l Ask them to listen to the tape the first time and try their best to match the words. Use the pause.l Play the recording again and ask them to tell the answers. The teacher can tell them the chinese meaning of the answers.Step4: Listen and readT: Look at the blackboard(幻灯片3). There are so many means of transport, if you can choose freely, which one would you like to choose to go to school?S: I would like to choose .(自由讨论)T: Why?S: Because.T: Ok, now there is a dialogue between Betty and Bettys mother. They are talking about 4 people-Tony, Daming, Lingling and Bettys father. Please listen to the tape carefully, and find out “ How does Daming go to school?”( Play the tape the first time, the answer is “by bike”)l Then ask the students to read after you, if we meet the superlative adjectives or adverbs, read some times, and ask students to tell the chinese meaning.l Ask students to read the text by themselves one or two minutes, then do the exercise “ Say who”(出示幻灯片4). Then check the answers.l Then ask some pairs to read the text, make sure they can read the text correctly, especially the superlative adjectives and adverbs.Step5: Summaryl Look at the text on the book or on the screen(幻灯片5), ask students to summary the rules of superlative adjectives and adverbs. ( Ask students to say first, then the teather can summary it at last.总结时可用幻灯片6,7,8)Ste
