The purpose of the survey To know the basic information of our customers; To have an idea of the customers consumption concept; To get some information of our competitors; To predict the potential market; To make a budget and know the risks of the project The object of the survey Parents in Qibiao community Content and result of the survey1、parents support rating on training center for their children 50% people support their children to join in Training Center, and 42% people are not sure. A large part of the people support training center.2、students lever of educationThere are 74% children in the kindergarten and primary school, so our target people are mainly for them. So we will do the English enlightment for young children and primary English.3、The lessons that parents want their children to learn 46%parents want their children to learn English, so our main class is English, at the same time we will open some art lessons .From the questioners we can also know that (1) 52% parents are willing to accept the price from 1000yuan to 3000yuan a year. So we can make a general appropriate price standard to attract parents to sign up.(2) Most of parents are concerned on the fee scale、convenient transportation、hardware facilities、institution credibility、service quality、teacher resource and great teaching environment. Thats indicates parents have a longing and concerned heart about a brilliant Training schools come.(3) In the light of the survey findings, we have summed up some suggestions of parents. First, the school must be near and convenient to their home; Second, parents think the teaching effect is the most important thing; Third ,the school should try their best to promote students interest in English; Fourth, the teacher should be patient 、responsible、enthusiastic and warm-hearted; Fifth, the school should have excellent teacher resources and good studying environment. (4) 43%children have taken part in training center before and only 9% said that they have no need for it.V SWOT AnalysisSubject of SWOT analysisStrengths Great and enough teachers with specialized knowledge. Teachers are with great patience and responsibility.Weakness The scale of the center is small, it cant compete with other centers The training center is not famous, there is no brand effect The consumer market is limited in qibiao community Facilities are not perfectOpportunities The customer demand is growing. As national civil approval and macro-control policy of progressive liberalization of capital and Government policy-oriented role further, there will be more private capital and social idle funds into the education sector, more private capital and more social resources will be invested in education, will bring new opportunities to the civil education and training industry.Threats The purchase price of book and the salary for teacher may rise There is another community named gunshan chunxiao not far from qibiao, and there are many training ceters. Conclusion According to the results of our survey, we can know that there is a great chance for us to open a training center in qibiao community.
