Stage 3v 1689, Bill of Rights 人权法案v limited the power of the monarch v guaranteed the authority of parliament. v The Glorious Revolution was complete, in which Parliament succeeded in removing a ruling monarch they did not like and establishing a system known as constitutional monarchy君主立宪制.
