Conclusion.(7).Introduction:The aim of this project is to describe the overall plan of restaurant and analyse feasibilities from marketing , financial and operation . For marketing , the site selection is near school and the price cannot set too high. The methods of promotion are variety, product and service can be high quality and satisfied. About financial, questionnaires are sent to survey target groups ,certain figures are worked out to make balance sheet and income sheet through investigation. Finally, SWOT is taken into consideration, including strength , weakness, opportunity and threaten.Nowadays , with the improvement of living standard , people begins to persue the quality of life, especially those students who learns at school far away from home. Under this situation, opening a restaurant is a great business opportunity. Actually, Happy Eating is a business with small capital. The purpose is to provide high quality and satisfied service to warm students living. .Market:Customers of Happy Eating are comprised of two target groups:(a).Students(b).Teaching and administrative staffs1. Place: Our restaurant is located around Anyang Institude Of Technology where is the university town with high people flows area. Meanwhile , considering the restaurant is the business with a small capital ,the rent near school is relatively cheap. On the one hand, the site selection remains stable customers. On the other hand, it does not need high capital investment. According to the questionnaires, 78% of students often choose canteen or restaurant to have meals , It shows that the restaurant has a bright market prospective.2.Price: Because of target groups , the power of consumption should be taken into consideration. Students have limited living expenses and they couldnt afford high price. All the students cannot accept the price more than ten yuan based on questionnaires. Actually, the position of restaurant is not sort of an upscale place. Staffs are so busy that can only have some convenient meals. It provides homely food for students and teaching and administrative staffs , the price should not be set too high.3.Promotion: In order to expand popularity and achieve greater publicity , there are several methods as follow:l Send leafletsl Take advantage of website, such as Weibo and Wechat.l Send discount couponsl Send free drinks when consumption reaches a certain amount4.Product and serviceHappy Eating not only provides homely food, such as noodles , rice and porridge , but also hot pot. When students want to improve their livings or make up a dinner party , hot pot is a good choice. Meanwhile, some snacks and drinks are also offered. Actually, the greatest characteristic of Happy Eating is meals delivery. For several reasons, students do not want to have meals outside , they can choose to take orders by phone. According to questionnaires, 90% of students are willing to make a reservation call. Also,92% of students require high level hygiene of meals which are delivered. The restaurant chooses high quality food materials, and we provide lowest price and best service , the “ three first class” are our goal(first class product , first class service and first class reputation).Financial Our restaurant is expected to spend 2.5 millionyuan. Our school has 2 million people, so we can sell the meals at least 150 copies a day . It means that we will be able to earn at least 36,000 yuan a month, and we can at least earn 350,000 a year (expect for the summer vacation and winter vacation) . Deducting the costs, taxes, wages, rent, etc., we can probably earn 100 000 a year. The balance sheet (refers to Appendix). The income statement(refers to Appendix).OperationBefore we carry out this project, we had make a SWOT analysis.1.Strength and opportunity:First, students always want their meals to be quick, easy and to the point. Meanwhile, we have only one restaurant in our school which is always crowded after class. So our room service has a great business opportunity.Second, our customer is mainly for student. According to the questionnaire survey, about 90% students will choose room service on account of various reasons. The reasons are as follows: l The bad weather may be one of the reasons to book a meal; l The food in the restaurant tastes not very well, students are fed up with the changeless food. l Sometimes they are busy with their major course and have no time to buy something to eat. In conclusion, we have stable customers so that there is no need to worry about the sales.Third, it takes a small cost and risk, less investment and large gains. The storefront rent is cheap around the school. It is available to hire students as room clerks who can enjoy our delicious meal. 2.Weakness and threaten :(1).Market threaten mainly has two aspects:First, due to the existence of the competitors ,the sales revenue may decline; second, the rising price of raw materials can lead to the cost rising.In the face of the competition on market risk, it is essential to keep special characteristics and take advantage of brand effect, then build customer loyalty with considerate service. (2).Internal management threaten:One is the risk of staff management ,another is the quality of raw materials.As a business entity ,the restaurant faces the risk of job-hopping and spirits of the employee. So measures should be taken to strengthen the training of employees sense of belongings and try our best to provide them with good welfare treatment. Food quality is the soul of the company. The flow of customers depends on the quality and taste .The restaurant will confront with huge crisis if there is something wrong with the quality. Its necessary to check on the food quality strictly , choose reliable buyers and cooks, communicate with customers and listen to their opinions.Conclusion: With the rapid development of the catering and the improvement of peoples living standard, nowadays people are particular about their food. So there is a circumstance that the competitions among the restaurants are fierce. However, our restaurant -Happy Eating has several competitive advantages which give us confidence to manage it well.Combining eating at restaurant with meal delivery service, which can help increase the amount of sales.Our comfortable dinning environment wil
