TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF RODINs MOULDS. RODIN的模具技术说明书 1. PROJECT.计划 1.1. The project of the mould will be carried out according to the technical specifications of the mould that are described later. 根据稍后描述的模具规格要求来执行这些计划。 1.2. RODIN will deliver an order with the main particularities of the mould, definitive plans, 3D plans, and technical specifications, supposing that the supplier doesnt have them. 若模具供应商没有这些资料如模具的主要特点,最后的设计,3D文档和技术规格书时,我司将会在下单时提供这些资料。 1.3. After the supplier has received the order, he must deliver a detailed TIMING-plan about mould construction, to follow-up later. 为了日后的跟踪,供应商收到我司的定单时,务必提供我们一个有关模具结构的详细时间进度表 1.4. They will have to deliver the preliminary design of the mould before beginning its accomplishment and this must be approved by RODINs technical department. This approval doesnt exempt the supplier from his responsibility in the execution and moulds good working.在最后图纸完成之前,请提供我们最初的设计图纸并取得我司技术部的确认(不包括在执行过程中责任和模具好的工艺的确认)。 1.5. After the approval of the preliminary design, the supplier finishes the project and sends to Rodin 3 copies of complete designs. Each copy must include the following information: general plans; detailed plans; list of used materials, normalized elements and thermal treatments, which will be used in the construction of the mould. One of the copies will be returned with the stamp of RODINs acceptance. 最初的模具图纸确认后,供方完成了此计划并发送我们三份完整图纸的复印件。每个复印件包括以下信息:模具结构中所涉及的最初设计,详细设计,所用的材质,标准元素,热处理等。复印件的将会有我司的签字回传。 2. DESIGN. 设计 2.1. RODINs technical department decides in which machine the mould will be run. The dimensions of the different machines are in the attached table no 3. 模具在哪种机器上运作由我司的技术部决定。不同机器尺寸见以下表格3。 2.2. Parts of the mould can be fulfilled by different standards of approved companies like HASCO, STRAK, DME, CUMSA, etc.模具零件使用认可的公司如HASCO, STRAK, DME, CUMSA,等。 2.3. The clamps plates of the mould have to always couple with two different sizes of machine, according the table 3, and it will be specified in the order of the mould. (ideal machine and machine immediately of superior tonnage). 根据表格3,模具的夹板不得不与不同尺寸注塑机连在一起并按指定的顺序。(理想的注塑机和超大吨位的注塑机)。 2.4. General plans must clearly include the situation of thermal, electrical and hydraulic circuits. 最初设计务必清晰表示出热,电压和油压路线情况。 2.5. The different parts of the mould, must be marked with a mould number, for example: locating ring, sliding panels of fast change (if it takes them), assurance of transport, etc. For its identification, the mould number is provided in the order of the mould. 模具的不同零件务必用模号作出标记,例如:定位环,快速变化的滑板(若模具有的话),传送的确保等等。 2.6. The linear units of measurement (used in the tables, drawings, schemes, ) must be in (mm), unless otherwise specified. 尺寸(表格,图纸,图表)务必用MM,除非其它特别的说明,才可以用其它规格。 3. INJECTION. 注塑 3.1. The mould must have a locating ring in both parts of the mould, (stationary side and movable side), and the locating ring must remain fixed in the clamping plates of the mould. Diameter of the locating ring will be according to table 3. 模具的前后模都有一个定位圈(静动模部分)并且固定在夹板上,定位圈直径,请见表格3 3.2. The sprue bush must be normalized according to HASCO hardened to 50-52 HRc. and with a radius of 15.5 mm. 唧嘴务必依据HASCO标准,硬度50-52HRC及半径是15.5 mm. 3.3. In agreement with the supplier and depending on the piece and the material to inject, the sections (geometry) and design of runners and types of gates must be checked and approved by RODIN. 与供应商达成一致以及注塑件数量和材质的决定,侧面图和流道的设计浇口的类型务必取得我司的检验直到批准。 3.4. In moulds that need a hot runner system and in agreement with the mould maker, RODINs technical department will decide the supplier and type of hot runner system.若模具需要热流道需与供应商协商我司的技术部将决定热流道的供应商及热流道的类型。 3.5. The hot runner system will be provided with one or more power connectors like ILME or HARTING of 16 pins according to the layout pattern attached and layout pattern on page 11. 根据附图和第页的排位类型,热流道由一个或更多的电源连接器来提供,如个针。Ref. ILME: plug插座. : CNE 16 FS socket: CNE 16P Ref: HARTING: plug. : 09 33 016 2601 socket: 09 30 016 1230 3.6. The technical department will decide if the moulds must have plates of thermal isolation. In case it needs them, it must have holes so it possible to dismantle the mould without extracting the plate of isolation. 1技术部将决定是否模具有隔热板,万一需要它们,其上面务必有孔,这样拆模时不需要取出隔热板。 4. EJECTION 顶出 4.1. Guide pillars and guide bush will guide the ejector plates. This material must be supplied from approved companies (see point 2.2). 导柱和导套将会带动顶出板。材质务必由我们认可的公司提供。 4.2. The ejector pins will always be of cylindrical head, normalized and positioned to avoid the turning (in case that its needed). 顶针总是圆柱头,标准的且是固定的,为了避免转动(万一需要时)。 4.3. If there is interference between the ejectors and any mobile part of the mould like sliding panels, hydraulic cylinders, etc. it must have a safety switch installed between the striper plate and the clamp plate, to avoid accidents, in case of the retraction spring or the ejection bar breaking or in case of a setback during the ejection. The type that must be used is XCM from TELEMECANIQUE. 若在顶出与模具的移动,如滑板,油压汽缸等等部分之间有磨擦,为了避免事故,这时务必有一安全开关安装在剥离板和夹板之间,当弹弓的回位或者顶出杆的断开,再或者在顶出部分的回位时。应用的型号是从TELEMECANIQUE的。 4.4. The backward movement of ejector plates will always be by ejection bar, except in ENGEL-50. See EJECTION TABLE and EJECTION FOR MACHINE E-50. 顶出杆操纵顶出板的向后动作,除了ENGEL-50。见顶“出表格和注塑机顶出”。 4.5. All the moulds must have an ejector bar, adapted (and threaded) to the assigned machine. According to tables: EJECTION TABLE and EJECTION FOR MACHINE E-50. 所有的模具务必有顶出杆,配置安装注塑机。根据表格。“顶出表格”和“注塑机顶出”。 4.6. Be careful! The ejector bar destined to the ENGEL-50 machine doesnt jut out more than 70 mm. 注意:顶出杆导向ENGEL-50 machine 不得超出 4.7. If the mould must take a double ejection it will be from HASCO. 若模具必须有二次顶出,那它需是的。 4.8. The ejection plates will have to always take the spacer washers, to avoid the contact between the whole surfaces of the clamp plates. 顶出板不得不有一个间隔垫为了避免夹板之间整个面之前的接触。 4.9. The movable mould plate of the mould must have a hole with the diameter equal or higher than 36 mm, due to the standardization of the ejector bar. 模具的动模板务必有一个直径相等或高于的孔,这是由于项出杆的标准化。 5. MATERIALS. 材质 5.1. All the elements of the mould will be normalized from approved companies like HASCO, DME, STRAK, etc. 所有的模具原材料务必是标准化,是经过我司认可的如HASCO, DME, STRAK,等。 5.2. The leader pins of the mould will be placed in stationary or movable mould side, to achieve the best piece extraction with robots from the machine. It must always be consulted and approved by RODINs technical office. 模具的导针安置在静模具或者动模部分的一边,为了能从机器中取得注塑件。而此也要咨询我司技术部并取得认可。 5.3. The steels must be European steels and will be chosen according to the material to inject and mould finish. It must always be consulted and approved by RODINs technical office. 钢材务必是欧洲钢材并根据注塑的材质和表面处理来选材。务必咨我司技术部并取得认可。 5.4. It must deliver with the mould documentation, the quality certificate of the steels used in the construction of the mould and their thermal treatments. 钢材的质量证明书适用于模具的结构设计中和热处量过程中并与模具文件一块运送给我们。 6. COOLING. 运水 6.1. The entire quick release coupling must be HASCO type, reference Z-81 / 9 / R1/4 gas, and will have to be fitted in the cavity plate of the mould. None of them can stand out from the mould. 整个速成释放联接务必是HASCO型号,参考Z-81 / 9 / R1/4汽体,并且将会不得不安装在前模板上,确保不能突出模具。 6.2. It is necessary to identify all the cooling lines (layout), indicating the zone they refresh and put the number of cooling line, (example E-1 / S-1 mould core (E = entry and S = water exit). The water connections must always go at the back of the machine, and only in exceptional cases can they be put in the underneath of the mould, and always in agreement with RODINs technical department. All the O-rings must made of “viton”. 有必要标识所有的运水路线(排位),以示更它们更新过的区域及路线的数量(例如:E-1 / S-1后模(E = 入口和 S =水的出口)水管务必从注塑机的后面绕过去,例外的情况下在模具的下面,但这要与我司技术部沟通才可以。所有的运水胶圈材质务必是“viton”. 1 CAVITY 前模 7.1. The mould should incorporate zones of interlocking and autocentering gear to avoid displacements during injection.为了避免在注塑过程中移位现象的发生, 模具应该是一个相互关联且有中心定位的一个整体。 7.2. There must be venting included and distributed around the whole of the parting line of the mould and especially in zones that due to the geometry of the piece it is required. The venting channels must be of 0.02 /0.05 mm. (it depends on the material to inject)包括围绕分模线的排气及分布,必要时,特别的区域是由于注塑件的形状决定的。 7.3. If there could be deformations in the mould, due to their design, it is necessary to place reinforcements (support pillars), to avoid any possible flexion of the bridge ejection. 若因为设计的原因,模具有变形,有必要加固(支持柱?)以避免连接的顶出物的可能发生的变形。 1 If any accident is produced during the construction of the mould it must be reported to RODINs technical office, to decide which will be the best solution for its repair. Always it should be in mind the mould finish. 若在模具制作的过程中发生意外,务必通知我司技术部,以决定选择最好的解决修模的方法 应该牢记模具的磨光。 2 SLIDES 滑块 8.1. The slides must be assured by balls, ceilings, or slider retainers, to avoid displacements due to the inertia produced when the mould opens or closes. 由于模具打开闭合会产生惯性,所以滑块务必由滑块托板等来固定,以免移位。 8.2. The displacement must be done over wear strips. The wear strips and the angle pins must be with ditches of greasing.位移是通过耐磨板来实现的。耐磨板和斜导柱涂上黄油。 8.3. The guide-fin of the sliding must be robust, to avoid breakages and deformations during the cycle of work. 滑块的导柱务必是耐磨的,为避免在循环工作中出现破损和变形。 8.4. It hydraulic movements are necessary, and the type indicated in each case, must be done according to RODINs technical office. 油压运动要是有必要的,务必根据我司技术部要求来做。 8.5. In all the cylinders is placed a microswitch the position of switch has been of authorized bay RODINs technical office for connection to the program of noyos of the machine injection, TELEMECANIQUE: type metallic XCM. It is necessary to connect a connector of ref. ILME CNK 04 FP or HARTING 09 20 004 2611 and in agreements to the connection scheme microswitch. 在所有的油缸上安置一个由我司技术部认可的微型开关为了注塑机的连接装置TELEMECANIQUE: type metallic XCM。有必要连接一个(参考 ILME CNK 04 FP 或者 HARTING 09 20 004 2611)的连接器,与连接的微型开关的图表一致。 8.6. There must be, if possible the hydraulic cylinders joined inside the plates of the mould, to avoid possible problems in the assembly of the mould to the machine. Also, there must be the entry and exits of oil or air for every movement identified. 若可能的话,油压缸连接在模板内部?以免在安装模具和注塑机时出现问题。当然,务必有油和空气的出入口,这是为了识别每个动作。 8.7. Providing that we have parallel movements them you must try to connect a distributor, leaving one exit and entry point. 若我们平行的动作,你们必须尽力连接一个分配器,一个出口而一个是入口点。 1 They will place quick acting connectors of the company STAUBLI, one male and another female, as according to references: male: MPX 10.7102/JV. 它们安装一个公司STAUBLI的快速动作的连接器,一公一母,根据(请参考:male: MPX 10.7102/JV.) 2 GENERALITIES. 一般特性 9.1. The clamping block (spigots) must be interchangeable without dismantling the clamps plates from the mould. In case of the extraction in a direct form not being possible, there must be mounted on a few sliding panels lodged at the clamps plates, which could slip towards the exterior of the mould. 夹板块(套管)务必相互替换的而不需要从模具上拆分夹板。假如直接取出不可能的话,务必在夹板上安装几个滑板,这样能滑到模具的外部。 9.4. The hole of the location of the clamping block (spigots) must have a depth of 12 mm. And with a lower diameter in the rest of the plate, to facilitate extraction. 夹板块(套管)的孔的位置务必有12MM深,并带有一个浅一些的直径(在其它板上),有助于取出。 9.5. There must be eyebolts placed in both the fixed and mobile parts, that will be provided with the mould, and all the plates of the mould must take coils for eyebolts for possible later manipulations in disassembled of the mould. 在固定的和移动的部分务必有吊环孔,所有的模板务必带有螺纹孔,为了日后拆模时的操作。 9.6. Your must include 4 necklines in the corners of the mould to facilitate the opening, of a depth of 5 mm for 25mm of width. 在模具的角务必有四个撬模坑有利于打开,深5MM,宽25MM。 9.7. When the order specifies it, there must be joined to the mould an permanent annual date stamp where only the central year insert is changed, the month is changed by using a screwdriver, and from the company CUMSA ref. FA. -12, and be joined the indicators for the recycling of plastics parts CUMSA reference IR.-.-, depending of the material used in plastic parts. 模具上务必有日期印,主要的年份镶件是可以变换的,月用螺丝起子,且从公司CUMSA ref. FA. -12,标有注塑件的循环利用CUMSA 参考 IR.-.-,,主要取决于已用注塑件的材质。 9.8. For mould there require necessary different versions or interchangeable insert cavities, the change must be made from parting line of the mould, and if possible without having to dismantle the mould from the machine. (Screwed from the parting line). 对于模具,需要不同版本或者相互替换的镶件模腔。替换务必从分模面拆装,若可能的话,不需要从注塑机上拆开。 9.9. There must be a transport safety device placed on the operating side, from the company HASCO, reference Z 73 / 16 x 25 x 63, or Z 73 x 20 x32 x 80, according to the size of
