淄博市临淄区皇城二中 俆凤一、 教案背景1, 面向学生: 中学 2,学科:英语3,课时:一课时4,学生课前准备:w 预习新单词,能正确读音。w 具有归纳总结表示人的外貌特征,包括身高、体重、发型的能力。w 具有正确使用询问他人外貌句型的能力。二、 教学课题通过本课的学习,学生能够学会描述人的长相(主要从高矮胖瘦,身材,头发等角度)。w 认识10个生词,会写7个短语,正确读写词语w 能区别is和has的用法。w 能乐意与小组成员在小组合作中互相交流三、 教材分析本课是通过各种活动使学生学会描述人的外表,能展开以身高、体重、发型、面部特征及着装为话题的对话,并在活动过程中,培养学生分析表达问题的能力和分工合作的意识,要让学生体会团结协作的好处,乐于进行小组协作,逐步引导学生养成分工合作、探究学习的学习模式。教学重点:掌握本课新单词和句型和怎样描述一个人的外貌教学难点:掌握描述人物外貌的方法教学准备:事先准备好10张图片,分别是四张有关发型(长发,短发,卷发直发),三张有关身高(高个男孩,矮个男孩,中等个头男孩), 三张有关体形(胖女孩,瘦女孩,中等身材女孩)。教学方法通过创设教学情境进行课堂教学,易调动学生的兴趣,另外采用任务型教学法方法,学生能更好的进行语言重难点的突破,通过活动让学生感知、操练语言,在学习活动中,学生能通过交换对不同人物的描述及看法,促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流,增进情谊。四、 教学过程一、游戏导入T: today we will have a new lesson, at first lets play a guessing game. Now please look at the blackboard.(在黑板上画一个圆)What am I going to draw? Can you guess? S1, please.S1: An eggT: No. S2, please.S2: An apple.T: No.(在第一个圆下面再加一个圆)S3, please. S3: A boy.T: You got it! Smart boy!词汇句型教学1. 1)在多媒体出示图片:三个身高,体形和发型差异很大的人,同时在黑板上板书出划线生词。T: Now look, this boy is Mike. He is short and heavy.(做手势“矮”和“胖”)And this one is Jeff, he is of medium height and medium build. And this one is Mary. She is tall and thin.(做手势“高”和“瘦”)(继续画三个人的头发)What about their haircuts. Mike has short straight hair. Now, suppose one of the people in the picture above is your friend. (显示不同人物形象,图片遮住一半,图片形式如PPT1。)(学生看图猜测。)S1: I think he is tall.S2: I think he is thin.S3: .T: You did a very good job.六、描述自己的家人、朋友及喜爱的明星T: Now Id like you to describe a person who you like most. 这是一个任务教学,让学生描述自己的家人、朋友及喜爱的明星,增添他人对自己的了解。学生拿出事先准备好的自己最喜爱的电影、足球明星,在小组里轮流进行描述。然后在组与组之间进行资源共享,让学生在讲台上用投影仪进行展示。(通过这一活动,使学生在掌握一定的英语基础知识和基本技能,能与小组成员合作共同完成学习任务,发展语言的综合运用能力,并创造性地使用英语表达自己的思想)七. 系统总结(板书内容)1) T:(指着黑板)Please look at the blackboard.这节课我们学习描述一个人的外貌。我们可以从哪几个方面来描述一个人呢?Ss: 可以从发型、身高和体形等方面。T: Right!2) T: 那么我们分别可以用哪些词语来描述呢?Now lets read them together. 【全体学生看黑板回答。】T: Great job! 3) T: 当我们想知道别人的外貌时我们应该怎么问呢?S2:(S2看着Grammar focus回答)What do you / they look like? What does he /she look like?T: Great!4) T: 那么我们又用什么句型来描述人的外貌呢?S3:(S3看着Grammar focus回答)They are. / He / She is. / Im. / He / She has .T: Thats right!5) T: 我们可以用be动词后面加形容词来描述,也可以用动词have, has(有)后面加名词或名词词组来描述。【学生听老师讲述并在笔记本上做记录。】八. 布置作业1) T: Todays homework: (1)请编一个对话谈论一下你最喜欢的一位老师,写在练习本上;(2)通过阅读报刊杂志或者上网查阅,等方式了解球星姚明或者歌星周杰伦的的情况。2) T: Class is over. Heavy/fat she is very heavy/fat 教学反思反思中教学,教学中成长本课是初一新教材第3单元的第一部分,教材内容围绕着描述人的外貌特点展开,让学生学会谈论人的身高、体重、发型、面部特征及着装特点。本课的教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关,易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中,学生能通过交换对不同人物的描述及看法,促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流,增进情谊。所以在这堂课上我是从以下几个方面去设计的:第一:丰富的图片信息使用:我采用了大量的人物图片。就本课的教学内容它主要是要求描述人物的发型与身材,所以选图时,就得相当有代表性。比如:高个姚明;矮个潘长江;胖的韩红;瘦的张柏芝等等。让学生一看就能明白这些单词的含义。那么他们说起来也就琅琅上口了。第二:对教学资源的整合合理利用:图片给的信息直观,现实的资源就更为形象。本课要求学生能描述他人的外貌。那么我们的身边有这么多的同学、老师,我们来描述他们的长相,更贴近生活实际,这样更能给学生们长久的记忆。第三:贴近学生的生活,让学生的口、手齐动。大量的可行的任务教学设计,
