So she couldnt hear But she could learn.3、 能运用所学语言 could, couldnt表达过去能做以及不能做的事。4、 体会Helen Keller身残志坚的精神,让学生学有所得,学有所悟,希望她的精神能激励和教育我们的学生在任何时候遇到艰难永不退缩。三、教学策略:1、师生示范策略:教师通过PPT课件中的图片作示范,让学生用口语表达;2、诗歌激趣策略:通过学生的chant,形成宽松活泼的课堂氛围。四、教学重难点: 重点:正确使用could, couldnt描述自己或他人以前能做和不能做的事难点 : 用自己的语言讲述课文。五、课件 多媒体课件六 教学流程Step Iwarm up . a . greetings . b . sing a song . “ look up at the spaceship ” c . guess : who is he ? T : He is a very famous man . He is from China .First, he could drive a plane .Then he could travel in space in 2003 . But he couldnt walk in the moon . Who is he ?( 有意强调单词could和couldnt ) Ss : T : Yes , he is Yangliwei . He could drive a plane . He could travel in space . Step 2 . presentation T :Today we will get to know another famous people . Lets look ,who is she ?( show a picture of Helen Keller ) Now can you tell me more about her ?S 1 : S2 : .( 及时给学生鼓励和表扬)T : Helen Keller was born in America . She was deaf and blind. So she couldnt hear and see . but she is very famous . Do you know why ? lets learn the text .Step 3. new lesson a . listen to the tape . pay attention to “ could ” and “ couldnt”. then answer : What could Helen do ? What couldnt Helen do ? listen once more ,check the answers . ( 3 minutes) b .Open the books and listen to the tape again . then find out new words c . Listen once more . pay attention to the pronunciation of new words . d .
