Cushion elevation shall use rebar pile to control and straw bag covering watering method for maintenance.2)foundation rebar constructionFoundation bseplate and wall rebar should be binded in one time and side apace bar set every 3m and steel pipe and steel split heads are to be added every 2m to avoid collapse due to heavy foundation frame rebar. Do joint inspection before concrete pouring for its qualification.Foundation rebar circle shall 10d single side welding or 30dfor connection and vertical diameter larger than 16mm, rolling thread or 35d for connection.3)foundation formworkFoundation formwork shall use set-shaped steel formwork(P3015)assembly with outer harden supporting for consolidation and internal split bolt to fix formwork by M14split bolt with a horizontal distance of 500mm and vertical distance of 850mm. sealing tapes shall be used for mortar leakage within formwork.4)foundation concrete Concrete pouring:the inclined layered mortar method , which has a 20 slope angle and a 300mm pouring thickness shall be used for construction. The pouring should be done in 6 hours (add additive and the primary condensing time is 8 hours) and concrete tamping shall apply layer inclined slope tamping. Set 2 immersion vibrators in pouring directions and the vibrating method, time and distance should meet the demand. Do maintenance in time after concrete pouring and cover plastic membrane and PVC package for maintenance with a more than 14 days maintenance period.5)lighting protection earthing system Stack lighting protection shall be erected around foundation with a grounding lead overstep road surface and a less than 10 resistance value.4 outer barrel construction1)construction methodConstruction sketch map:Straight ladder and supporting bridge erection locationTechnology characteristics: construction technology characterized in quick and good quality is a top list technology domestically. Construction machine is simple and safety protection is good. Surface process shall eliminate all twisted, scratch, drifting and groove mark etc quality problems. Vertical transportation system shall apply SC200/200Dconstruction hoist+ supporting bridge with standard knot connected on barrel by side wall shelf and harden supporting connection.The construction hoist shall used for personnel, concrete and rebar transportation etc.Supporting bridge structure:supporting bridge has construction hoist self special structure made of special pathway, oriented bearing frame, vertical beam standard knot, horizontal single truss, pull rod, platform and platform fencing and connection. High strength bolt shall be used for guide rail side and ladder standard knot connection and bearing by standard knot. Other end connected with barrel wall by tripod frame with knot on standard knot to do co-bearing with standard knot.Hoisting principle: make sure no extra load on supporting bridge and connection with tripod frame should be dismantled. Connect oriented bearing end with hoisting cage through steel wire and slowly hoisted , open the board on bearing frame and fix bearing frame on supporting bridge pathway when hoisted to a proper height then recover the connection with tripod frame and supporting bridge.The increasing height of construction leads to a shorter distance between hoisting machine and operation platform, so the corresponding distance should be shortened 1m every time applying top vertical beam dismantled first and plate paving method. Construction hoist is used for construction personnel, concrete and rebar transportation.4)electric, communication signal systemGeneral power distribution cabinet shall supply power for stack 0m distribution box. Power cable, communication cable and 0m stack distribution cabinet shall be hoisted along with supporting bridge. The two cables shall use 7.0mm steel wire to bind every 5m to avoid wire break during hoisting. Set a telephone and wireless walkie-talkie on supporting bridge and 0m gound.5)rebar project Rebar vertical transportation shall apply SC200/200D construction hoist material to transport to operation platform. Rebar shall be placed uniformly. Barrel wall rebar shall be connected according to design (vertical rebar apply rolling rib-paring straight thread ) and the group number according to construction drawing. The rebar quantity, specification, distance and protective layer in conform with drawing design requirement.6)formwork project Barrel outer casing apply sizing arc formwork+ self fabricated formwork. The internal formwork apply sizing steel formwork(P3015、P2015、P1015 and formwork collecting & parting) for assembly and outer formwork apply double M16split bolt for fixing with a 850mm horizontal distance. Formwork fixing is done through tripod frame, wire adjustment, vertical support and center laser .Special formwork erection shall be done according to instruction in a order from outer to inside. The inside formwork shall use M16 split bolt for fastening. Paint release agent on formwork before erection for a smooth concrete surface during dismantling. Technician shall compile over-form work drawing according to stack before construction and quality inspector shall done inspection in conform with drawing. Do assembly after every over-form work and inspect semidiameter and wall thickness alignment. Formwork arc shall be adjusted according to stack barrel structure and damaged formwork part shall be replaced in time.Stack barrel construction sketch map:7)concrete project Concrete mixing:control concrete mixing quality by applying gravimetric method with a water and ash ration within 0.45 and a slump within 79cm.select aggregate meeting the demand and control mud portion and grade. The maximum aggregate diameter should in conform with described requirement and ordinary Portland cement shall be used for barrel wall and so is the additive. The maximum weight shall be within 450kg.Concrete transportation:concrete mixing station shall be set at the appointed location of layout and the level transportation shall be done by dump car from stack 0m ground to vertical ladder hopper then to operation platform. Platform concrete transportation is done by manual trolley.Concrete pouring:concrete pouring shall be done symmetrically and simultaneously from both sides to pour 4 layers into formwork in one time and control layer thickness 300400mm.pouring height shall be controlled with the same as outer concrete surface. Tamping should be without slurry, sink and bubble and avoid contact with formwork and rebar frame.Concrete maintenance:water after formwork dismantling. Maintenance water shall be supplied by 5 segment 150m lift high pressure water pump set outside stack 0m with upper water pipe fastened on straight ladder standard knot. Keep concrete in moisture and do a more than 7 daysmaintenance.8)special location (hole)constructionHole construction apply outside and inside barrel and wooden box construction method. Fabricate wooden box according to hole size and keep wooden box thickness the same as barrel wall. Outer length, width shall be the same as hole dimension. Wooden box can be fabricated in segments and connected and consolidate inside to avoid deformation. Outer surface shall be cleaned to ensure seal tightness and inside hole smoothness after dismantling. Dismantle for all after barrel construction finished.9)bolt hole, horizontal construction joint and barrel wall anti-corrosionBolt hole handling:take M16split bolt out from barrel wall and water it. asbestos wool:cement=1:3:7 proportion to mix and fill it from inside and outside(35cm), seal bolt hole.Horizontal joint handling: chisel(sgraffito disposal) the surface after every concrete pouring finished. Clean the concrete surface before formwork erection and keep its moisture but without water before following pouring. Pressured air is motive power used to air jack barrel from top to bottom to place the barrel. Mechanical power is changed into air power to hoist barrel. The barrel is balanced loaded with simple operation and simple procedure without impact.Attachment can be added at steel inner barrel root and top barrel segment to assist as self-hoisting tools. The maximum power and direction of hoisting is the same as stack pressure as foundation. No consolidation measure or supporting point or large machine will be need on bottom of barrel is needed during hoisting.Pre-fabricated arc barrel placement, matching and welding shall be done on set platform to avoid most aerial working.(2)air jack method principleAssemble a 15m barrel on the top of barrel Assemble a 15m barrel on top of barrel with pressure bearing head and other specialized attachment together with inner sealed ring on foundation pedestal as hoisting machine for barrel top. The bottom barrel and sealed pedestal can make a flexible casing tube. The upper part seal head to foundation pedestal made a sealing container and the pressure air, supplied by site air compressed house, is filled into it from bottom part.When the compressed air filled into, the pressure on around wall is the same to all according to the principle that air pressure inside container is the same , the hoisting force which include upper sealed cover weight and reduce the friction force between inner barrel and seal ring ,is the joint force on sealed gas pressure .The barrel shall be move up forward,when moving barrel bottom part override the height of barrel, control the gas to stable barrel at the location. The succeed barrel part shall be prepared to form unit ring barrel and vertical barrel segment joint shall be welded. Discharge gas to lower barrel for connection. Weld horizontal joint to add a segment on top barrel an then fill gas to add barrel until the designed height. Dismantle upper seal head and sealed foundation pedestal apparatus to form a whole steel barrel. 3) Prefabrication of technological equipment (1) Prefabrication of supporting beamThe supporting beam is set in the relevant place of concrete chimney cylinder top, crossing the concrete chimney cylinder head. The designed load-bearing requirement is 50t (remark: the weights of construction handing basket are about 25t, platform are about 10t/layer, the other components are about 10t/layer) and the beam is truss structure,for which 2 main beams are set both up & down and I36b I-steel is selected for main beam. For the convenience of installations and disassembly, the beam shall be fabricated section by section and connected by the bolts between sections (weight of single part1t/part and high-strengthen bolts are used for connecting main beam). In additon, all the welding work shall be done by qualified welder. The single part must be pre-assembled on ground after finishing the fabrication as well as to ensure normative acceptance for the fabrications and pre-assembly. The supporting beam mainly undertakes the erections of platforms & handrails and auxiliary lifting tasks of pneumatic jacking-up. (2) Construction hanging basketThe construction hanging basket is a net buck-strut movable steel platform, which mainly undertakes the erections of platforms & handrails. It is composed by 2 layers, the lower layer is for tools and upper layer is for workpiece which is going to be installed. The up-down movement shall be achieved by pulley block, supporting beam, steel wire rope and ground winch. The maximum dead-weight for hanging basket shall be limited within 25t and the hanging basket should be able to make radial variation amplitude flexibly in consideration of the small-up & big-bottom for the concrete chimney cylinder. I. The hanging basket shall be dismountable and easy to be transported. Both the fabrication and assembly should pass the acceptance as procedure and the basket cant be put into usage until the loading test is qualified under 1.5P (P is design loading). (3) Sealing inner pedestalThe sealing inner pedestal is set in the inner bottom of inner steel cylinder with a height of 10m, which looks like a “piston” and comprises bottom plate, “piston” pole, “piston” head and sealing ring. 3 layers inner work platforms are set on the “piston” pole (the diameter of “piston” pole is 1.2m less than inner steel cylinder).For the head fabrication: ovality shall be controlled within 5mm, perimeter errors are within 3mm, sealing ring erection platform should be vertical with a deviation less than 3mm and sealing ring outer edge waviness less than 2mm.The glancing flatness of erecting inner pedestal shall be controlled within 1/2000 and the sealing inner pedestal can be fabricated to a part that is easy to be assembled, disassembled, reused and transported. 4) Prefabrication of project object (1) Prefabrication key point of project object All materials must be attached with quality certificate sheets which are in accordance with the remarks on materials. The setting-out must be done as per the approved size (1:1) of construction drawings and equipped with relevant sampling plates which have gotten approval from group leader after.The welding operators cant commence the welding jobs until get qualified exam results and the welding procedure & parameter cant be put into usage before passing the inspections. (2) Prefabrication of platform and handrailThe prefabrication of platform and handrail should be done from up to bottom, the basic processing procedure is: material inspection-setting-out and laying-off-welding inspection-anticorrosion.Platform steel beam shall be prefabricated as per drawing one by one. While the platform main beam for each layer should be prefabricated 100mm longer than the drawing and to be done secondary cutting before erections after measuring the bracket deviations so as to make up the errors from bracket construction.It shall take semi-automatic cutting for the board material laying-off of steel beam. The flange & web joints distances to support should be within 1/3 span of support and the abutted seams between two joints must stagger 150mm. The technical requirements shall satisfy the standard requirements.It is easy to cause angular deformation for flange and distortion on length direction as per the practical experiences, so the processing measures such as reverse-deformation method, rigidity immobility method, reasonable welding order and parameter etc. shall be taken during fitting-up and welding to avoid deformations.Arc welding shall be adopted for the prefabrication of platform & handrail, the key points of welding processing are as follows: Take the short arc welding to prevent cracks or porosity of weld metal caused by air invading welding area.The high temperature stay duration for HAZ cant be too long to avoid grain coarsening. The multi-layer welding should be finished in one time and the thickness for each layers weld metal should be5mm.The deep & narrow grooves are forbidden for the first welding joints and single-layer single face welding joints of
