Picture #5 使用吊篮时安全门必须关闭 Safe-door of basket must be closed. Picture #6 16T吊车正在作业中，如突然发生系统故障 In case of 16t cranes system failure during operation 此时吊车严禁进一步操作，等待救援人员 In such circumstance, crane is prohibited to operate and it shall wait for rescue member. 非紧急事件状态下此门严禁打开 Unless emergency, this door is prohibited to opening.Picture #8 逃生过程中可能发生坠落 Fall may happen during rescuePicture #7 救援人员快速架设爬梯 Rescue members set up ladder immediately 逃生人员安全带必须挂在另外设置的钢丝绳，方便2名救援人员把坠落的人员拽起 Escaping personnels harness shall be tied off to other steel sling for recovery of fallen casualty by 2 rescue members吊篮内人员通过爬梯快速撤离到桥面Personnel in man-basket shall evacuate from deck by using ladder. Picture #10 紧急逃生使用的钢丝绳Steel sling used for rescuePicture #9 逃生使用的钢丝绳与桥面上生命线联结 Steel sling for rescue shall be connected to life-line. 钢丝绳采用18mm 卸扣使用四件套安全销卸扣 Use 18mm steel sling and shackel with safe-pin combined by 4 parts此钢丝绳必须确保随时满足逃生要求Such steel sling must satisfy the rescue requirement at all time. Picture #11 优优的挂点 Hanging point of Yo-yo优优必须经吊装专家同意后使用 Yo-yo could be used only after approval of CDBs lifting expert. Procedure 援程序- All rescue members mentioned on the plan including the nurse will be on standby for the work of downspout installation which is done by workers in man-basket. - 对于排水管安装工作时必须在吊篮内完成工作，本计划中提及的所有救援小组成员包括护士需随时待命。- In case of failure of crane, it shall make alert to mobilize rescue team members.- 当吊车发生故障时应在第一时间内发出警报通知救援小组到场。- CBC & CDB Management and HES shall be informed immediately.- 立即通知CBC和CDB的管理和HES人员。- The rescue commander will take control and give clear instructions.- 救援指挥控制现场并且发出清晰指令- Rescue members will do quick briefing to allocate members and receive clear instructions.- 救援小组成员快速了解情况部署成员以及接收清晰指令。- 2 Rescue members go onto bridge deck to deploy the recovery ladder and life line2名小组成员将立即置放好爬梯，并协助从吊篮内撤离的人员安全地到达桥面。During climbing the ladder, the escaping personnels harness shall be tied off to the life line, this life line will be used to pull the casualty back up to the bridge deck in the event of a fall逃生人员上爬梯时安全带必须挂在另设置的钢丝绳，如发生人员坠落便于救援人员拽起- During rescue, it is prohibited to stretching out his body out of bump wall.- 救援过程中救援人员严禁将身体部位探出/伸出防撞墙边缘以外。- During the whole process, the harnesses for rescue members shall be 100% tied off at all times. In case of injury, pull the injured to safe location for nursing and first-aid. - 在救援过程中，救援人员的安全带必须时刻保证100%系挂。如果有人受伤将受伤人员拉到安全位置后和护士一起开展救援工作- To ensure implementation of rescue, rescue process shall be carried out in a controlled manner. And meanwhile, all rescue members shall aware of their respective responsibilities. - 为保证救援工作顺利开展，整个救援必须有条不紊的进行。另外各个人员必须明白自己的相应职责。- In case of injury, the nurse shall perform examination and treatment; (1. If it is flesh wound, then conduct bandage treatment; 2. If it is seriously injured, transfer to local hospital immediately).- 如果有人受到伤害，护士对受伤人员进行观察治疗；（1、观察发现是轻伤，进行包扎处理；2、观察发现是重伤，立即送往当地医院治疗）。- Nurse / CDB Doctor on standby treat the patient and make further recommendations to CDB Construction Manager and CBC Project Manager.- 待命的护士以及CDB的医生治疗伤员进行治疗，并且将给CDB现场施工经理和CBC项目经理更进一步的建议。- Yo-yo must be connected to D-ring of body harness firmly at all times. It is not allowed to unclip the Yo-yo during rescue. Only after worker reaches bridge deck safely, Yo-yo shall be un-hooked. - 任何时候优优必须与安全带D型环始终挂牢，逃生时严禁松开优优挂钩，只有人员安全到达桥面才可以不在使用优优挂钩NOTEAll rescue members shall be trained in the rescue plan. The rescue plan will be part of the JSA and will be given daily before work starts. Rescue Drills will be carried out if rescue personnel rotate out or are replaced, also if any of the equipment designated for the rescue changes, or the Scope of work changes.Harnesses / lanyards/ Yo-Yo/ Life Lines/ Ladders/ Shackle and Slings will be checked
