As we all know that corporate culture is the core of an enterprise, at the same time, it also play an important role in the development of an enterprise.According to this unit, I know that corporate culture is comprised of the assumptions values, norms and tangible signs of organization members and their behaviors. We can know a corporate character according to the corporate cultural. We all know that different people have different personality, so the different corporate also have different cultures. Jeffrey Sonnenfeld identified four types of cultures: Academy Culture, Baseball Team Culture, Club Culture and Fortress Culture.In my opinion, the following are the characters of the corporate cultures.(1) Specificity Corporate culture has distinct personality and character, has the relative independence. Its up to the production and operation of corporate management features, corporate tradition, the goal of corporate, the corporate staff quality and internal and external environment to the different.(2) Succession Corporate under certain conditions produce, survival and development, corporate culture is the product of history. Corporate culture inherited the essence of national culture. (3) Compatibility Corporate culture reflects the spirit of the age, it must coalesced with corporate economic environment, political environment and the cultural environment.(4) Humanism Corporate culture is a kind of person-oriented culture, emphasize to understand people, respect people and care about people in corporate management.(5) Globality Corporate culture is a unified whole, the persons development and the development of the corporate are inseparable.(6) InnovativenessThe excellent corporate culture always develops with the corporate environment and the change of the market between home and abroad.
