摘 要质量管理是服装制造企业生存和发展的必要条件,是其他管理围绕的核心和基础。针对加强质量开展管理改革是服装制造业企业,尤其是服装制造业中小企业永恒的课题。该论文通过在实际工作中收集的资料和现场拍摄的照片直观真实地反映了目前国内服装制造企业的产品质量和生产现场现状。并从研究国内服装制造行业发展中存在的质量问题和质量管理难点入手,探讨了服装制造行业发展的特点,并通过国内服装制造企业与发达国家的服装制造企业作对比；国内管理良好的服装制造企业与管理差的服装制造企业所生产的服装质量作对比，深刻阐明了服装制造企业要想提高质量就必须完善现场管理机制的现实。并利用数据和图表阐述了服装质量问题与5S管理之间存在的紧密关系，由此揭示了国内服装制造企业质量问题的根源，创造性地提出了服装制造企业由服装质量问题到改善场管理的源头管理思想，并结合自身工作实践与深入调查，拟定出了一份通过改善现场管理（5S）来提高企业产品质量的具体实施方案。关键词： 服装生产企业；服装质量；现场管理；5S管理；源头管理AbstractQuality management consider as a necessary condition to the clothing manufacturing enterprises survival and development. Its the core and basic to the other management surrounded. So as to perform the reforming of the management are the eternal topic of the clothing manufacturing enterprises and medium-small scale clothing manufacturing enterprises. This dissertation directly reflect which are quality problems and production site status existing belong to the current domestic clothing manufacturing enterprises through collecting the material from the practical work and scene photographs. Start from the quality problem and quality management that existing when study domestic clothing manufacturing industry, discuss about the trait of clothing manufacturing industry development, via compare domestic company to developed countrys clothing manufacturing enterprises, compare the domestic well-management clothing manufacturing enterprises to the bad-management clothing manufacturing enterprises ;deeply indicating that clothing manufacturing enterprises must improve the mechanism of the site management. Use both data and charts to indicate that the close-relationship existing between the clothing quality and 5s management, from these uncovers the root that cause the domestic clothing manufacturing enterprises quality problems.
