Sing a song “The signs in the park”Step 2. Free talkHow are you?What day is it today?Whats the weather like today?What date is it today ? S:Its (教师带学生读日期)(板书强调:the 日of 月)Step 3. RevisionT: Today, well meet a new friend. Would you like to know him? Look! Aladdins here! He has a big bag. Guess: Whats in his bag?(a/an ,some )(多媒体呈现花,汽球,溜溜球,木偶,面具等图的一角,学生看图快速猜,复习礼物类名词)Step 4. Presentation1. T: They are our presents. Do you like them?(出示单词卡present,新授此单词)2. T: Would you like to get them? (出示词组卡中英文)S:Yes./ Sure.(跟读would like( to ) )3.T: Lets play a game first. Look, please guess: Whens my birthday?(多媒体呈现此问题及两个日期,学生尽量用英语表达猜,教师引导:Its on theof)T:You did a good job. What would you like as a present?引导学生用Id like作答 (为课文中的另一新句型作铺垫)多媒体继续呈现问题:Whens my fathers birthday?让学生在两次猜一猜的过程中学说课文所要出现的月份的两个新单词及重点句型.4.T:Just now, we talked about birthday.(板书:Unit 2 birthday) Jim and Ben are talking about birthday, too. Lets watch the cartoon: Whose birthday is coming soon?(进入课文教学,整体听后回答问题, 并加板书Bens birthday)5.分段处理:a/ 听录音,跟读课文第一段。b/ T: They are talking about Bens birthday. Whens Bens birthday?(自读课文第二段后选择正确的答案:A. the 16th of October B. the 18th of October C. the 6th of August )再读第二段并讨论A的时间:What date is it today? It is the 16th of October.B的时间:Whens Jims birthday?
