Parents A good parent-children relationship should be set up on the basis mutual understanding and respect. Parents can not impose their ideas on their children. They should treat their children as independent individual. It is advisable for the parents to learn to listen to childrens ideas and encourage them to think on their own rather than decide everything for the children. On the other hand, children should listen to their parents advice for theyre more experienced. Try to be understanding when there is disagreement with parents. Always keep one thing in min-whatever they do comes from their love for us. It is necessary children to exchange ideas with parents from time to time so that the gap between parents and children will be narrowed.Howtodealwiththeparent-childrelation Different families have different problems in dealing with the parent-child relationship. In my opinion, to improve the relationship, both parents and children need to do something. Here I would like to take my family as an example to show what we children need to do.I have a very good friend. Since I entered the kindergarten, my mother would compare me with her in study, in doing housework, in handling money. What my mother did make me feel that she would never be satisfied with me, which frustrated me very much. And I quarreled with my mother for it. Later in Senior High school, my psychology teacher told us that when our parents were shouting at us, we could smile at them instead of shouting back. I did so and found that my mother could not keep criticizing me. At that moment, I suddenly understood that though sometimes my mother scolds me, she just wants me to be better, not to make me unhappy. From then on, I learn to communicate with her heart to heart. And now my mother and I are very good friends; we know how to understand and encourage each other. We are more intimate than before. From this, we can see that no matter how you deal with the parent-child relationship, just remember one thing:what parents do is for our good, and then it will not be difficult to deal with your relationship at all. Love is holding hands in the street Marriage is holding arguments in the street Love is dinner for 2 in your favourite restaurant Marriage is Chinese take-out Love is cuddling on a sofa Marriage is deciding on a sofa Love is talking about having children Marriage is talking about getting away from children Love is going to bed early Marriage is going to sleep early Love is losing your appetite Marriage is losing your figure Love is a flickering flame Marriage is a flickering television Love is 1 drink and 2 straws Marriage is Dont you think youve had enough!Do you want to send your parents to a nursing home when theyre old?Of course not. I dont think anybody looks forward to doing that. We all want to hope our parents will be healthy and self-sufficient forever.I dont think anyone WANTS to, but sometimes you have to. Trust me, it sucked. Now,everyone knows that the society is full of competition. As ayoung and common staff member, their pressure from work andshoulder from life is very much and heavy. And at the same time, they will cope with many kinds of difficult things. So I thinkwe should send aged parents to nursing homes to some degree.Perhaps,in someones opinion, this action shows that we dontwe should send aged parents to nursing homes to some degree.Perhaps,in someones opinion, this action shows that we dont give presents to our parents. It is wrong.because ,in the real life,it is truewhen our parents live on us,we are always ignore them.they feel sad about our behaviour. But when they live in the nursing homes,we will miss them very much. And this will make us look after them and chat with them as possible as we can.So if we do like this,we can reduce pressure and give happyness, love to our parents.I dont think its good to send aged parents to nursing homes.Because it will bring many difficult things to the society. At first, the goverment must build some house and provide medical theatmentservice for the old people. But these things will cost much money. As the big country the leaders will do with a large numbers of things. in particular,in china,a series of natural and men disasters make the socity upheaval and confusion. We shouldnt add pressure to our socity.so I dont agree with this viewpointAsking for pocket money from our parentsWith the development of our modern society, peoples living conditions become much more comfortable. But along with intense competition, parents have less time to consider childrens needs in all-round. One method to solve this ontradiction is to give children some pocket money. Pocket money is useful to children. But whether the children are considerable enough to make correct use of these money. There are two viewpoints about the pocket money. Some people think that giving children pocket money will make them become luxurious. Others think that will not lead to such disadvantage. In my opinion, both of them are partially reasonable. Someone believe that giving children pocket money really has many advantages. With pocket money, children can buy their daily necessities such as pencils, little toys, and snack food they like. It will give children a certain freedom to select what they want, make them aware rules of the equivalent exchange. Since time to parents is very precious, giving pocket money to children help them to save time spent in shopping, but used in busy working and earning money. Others insist that there are undoubtedly some disadvantages in spending pocket money. First, young children do not know how to use pocket money appropriately, they possibly consume all the money to buy expensive merchandise that they like, and then ask for extra money from their parents. Some parents cosset their children, and always give them a large amount of pocket money. Such conditions will make children become more and more prodigal. Second, since adults do not supervise the procedure of shopping, children could probably buy something that is not suitable for their age, such as adult magazines. Judging these two viewpoints above-mentioned, I think that parents should give their children a limited amount of pocket money. There are some preconditions: the amount of pocket money must be finite; the parents should instruct their children how to use the money moderately and what is suitable to them; for a costly merchandise, parents themselves should take children to buy it. With these preconditions, pocket money will do no harm to their children. What is the most important in marriage?Love, trust, and finding new ways to entertain each other!Should we give first priority to appearance in choosing a life-long partner? In my opinion, appearance is not so important in choosing a life-long partner,we choose a lover to accompany with us for a life time ,If he or she can always be with U,sharing happiness and sorrows together,no matter facing any condition.I think this is the most important.He/she is your lucky star, shining in your heart,There is a saying:Beauty is in the eye of the beholderSo ,If you really take someone into your heart, appearance shouldnt be the first priority. Just my personal opinion.StressLife can be stressful; sometimes youll have to deal with ongoing stress positively. Stress can have a variety of causes such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, mechanical breakdowns, false expectations or even the death of someone close to you. It is important to recognize the causes (some stress is natural) and, if possible, take steps to deal with the root of the problem or ask for help from friends and, in severe cases, professionals.1. 1Stop! Take a deep breath and realize that you have power to control your life. Just like everyone else! 2. 2Be aware of your choices; you always have a choice. This is true for emotions and work. Sometimes you need to let your emotions out but still stay in control. 3. 3Say something positive to yourself as soon as you wake up. 4. 4Start every day with reflection, spiritual or otherwise. 5. 5Set goals for what needs to be achieved in the day then write a to do list. When writing your to do list:o Know your limits - Be realistic about what you can accomplish in a day. o Prioritize your tasks and work to finish them starting with the highest priority (urgent/important). o Do your most unpleasant or most difficult task at the beginning of the day when you are fresh, thereby avoiding the stress of last minute preparation. Procrastination feeds stress! o Focus on one task at a time. o Emphasize quality in your work, rather than sheer quantity. o Schedule your day and your stress as this can reduce the number of stressors you must juggle at any one time. Stagger deadlines for large projects. o Add some breathing space that will allow you time for recharging and creative thinking. You will also be better prepared when an unanticipated task arrives. o Remember to delegate. o Review your goals at the end of the day, this is cathartic and will help you sleep better. o Know your limits and do not push yourself too hard or beat yourself up when you do not achieve your goals. Tomorrow is another day, start writing tomorrows to-do-list before you lie down so that it is off your chest. 6. 6Be organized. Much stress arises from feeling overwhelmed. Being organized and getting your priorities straight can help you break responsibilities down into manageable pieces and focus on the things that really matter. 7. 7Stop worrying about what you cannot change. Learning to accept things as they are is an important coping mechanism, but not as easy as it sounds. 8. 8Take responsibility for making your life what you want it to be. It is less stressful to make decisions and take action than to feel powerless and react to others decisions. Decide what you want and go for it! 9. 9Treat your body right - You will have more self-confidence and energy, and be less likely to experience the physical side effects of stress:o Eat a healthy breakfast and healthy snacks only. Your choice of food is very important when dealing with stress; stay away from sugary snacks and have unsalted nuts and fruit available. o Drink water it is the best beverage and stay off alcohol which always adds to stress one way or another. Caffeine is also known to raise stress levels, so again it is best to drink water. o Get fit. Exercise a little every day. This releases endorphins that can lower stress levels, also eat chocolate it also releases endorphins, but only in a small to moderate dosage. o Take a good vitamin/mineral mix tablet; some vitamins help you cope with stress. o Get enough sleep, and, if possible, get into regular sleeping habits. 10. 10Listen to music. Stress can inspire intense emotional reaction. Utilize it. Vent the spleen to a favourite piece of music and experience a happy release. Also, positive and relaxing music can be helpful. 11. 11Use positive self-talk - One of the first things you can do in facing stressful situations is to reinforce your resolve through positive statements such as, I can handle this, one step at a time, or Since Ive been successful with this before, theres no reason why I cant do it again. 12. 12Rehearse (visualize) - When you know that you are going to face a stressful situation, rehearse how you are going to handle it. Picture yourself overcoming it successfully. Create a mental videotape that you can play over and over in your mind. 13. 13Visualize positive things; this does not take long but can help you regain focus. 14. 14Develop a sense of humour - One of the barriers to stress reduction is the temptation to take things too seriously. Its okay to back off from your intensity and see the humour in lifes situations. Laugh a little or better yet, laugh a lot! See the humour in stress. 15. 15Talk to friends. This is one of the most important things, as keeping things bottled up can only cause more stress. 16. 16Learn to say no; you cannot do everything you are asked. 17. 17Accept and appreciate the turmoil around you, without it there couldnt be anything you could call a good thing. Understand, that to feel frustration and anxiety only indicates your own humanity, and its nothing to feel ashamed of. 18. 18Communicate your emotions this can improve the situation by informing others you need help; thus establishing a need for change in communication and situation. 19. 19Learn to meditate and let the stress go. 20. 20Take a bath this will give you private time and relax the body. 21. 21Chew gum or a toothpick. It has been shown that the action of chewing can reduces stress; this is why many people who are under constant stress tend to overeat. Chewing gum or a tooth pick is a healthier alternative. 22. 22Try some relaxation techniques or breathing techniques.o Do Deep Relaxation o Perform Progressive Muscle Relaxation o Ease Depression With Relaxation Techniques o Relax Without Relaxation Techniques o Have a Day of Relaxation (for Women) 23. 23If you need to drop everything and chill for a few minutes. take half an hour and go for a short walk on your own. just think positive and when you get back you will have left the stress outside and you should be able to get down to what ever you was stressing you in the first place!表达观点常用句型As far as I am concerned. For my part.Personally speaking. As to me,.As I see it,.It seems to me that.In my view.If I may say so, I think.Im of the opinion that.If you ask me,.I believe/feel. ter.I advise you . the view that globalization is an effective
