硬齿面圆柱齿轮减速器CYLINDER GEAR REDUCER 使用说明书SERVICE MANUALXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX REDUCER CO., LTD.概述.Overview硬齿面圆柱齿轮减速器广泛应用于运输、冶金、矿山、化工、轻工等各种机械设备的传动机构中。其工作条件应符合下列要求：Cylinder gear reducers are widely used for individual mechanical equipment in the fields such as transportation,metallurgy,mining,chemical industry and light industry etc. Suitable scope of reducers:1、高速轴转速不大于1500r/min； Rotation Speed of high-speed shaft not exceed 1500r/min；2、工作环境温度为-20+45；当环境温度低于0时，启动前润滑油应加热到010； Working environment temperature ranges from -20+45; If it is under 0, the lubricating oil must be preheated until the temperature is 010； 3、齿轮圆周速度不大于20m/s。Gear circumferential speed not exceed 20m/s。.标记：.Remark： 轴端型式 装配型式 公称传动比 名义中心距 型号 Shaft and Type Assembling Type Nominal Transmission Ratio Nominal Central Distance Type.安装、使用及维护.Installation、Operation and Maintenance1、安装：减速器的输入轴线和输出轴线与其连接的原动机和负载轴线，应保证同轴，其误差不得大于所用联轴器的允许值，优先选用弹性联轴器，有利于提高减速器的使用寿命。安装联轴器时不许锤击。 Installation：The input axis and output axis of the reducer shall be coaxial with the connected driver axis and load axis. The clearance shall not exceed the allowed value for the used coupling, with the elastic coupling axis preferentially selected, thus helping to extend reducer operation duration. And the hammering is not allowed in the installation of the coupling axis.2、加油：减速器安装好后，向箱体内加足所需润滑油，油面应达到规定高度。 Add oil：After completing reducer installation, add enough lubricating oil into the oil tank until the oil level up to the stipulated level.3、润滑油的选用：环境温度-100时用L-CKC4668润滑油；030时用L-CKC100150润滑油；30以上时用L-CKC220润滑油； Lubricating oil selection：Select to use L-CKC4668 lubricating oil for the environment tempetature ranging from -100，L-CKC100150 lubricating oil for the environment temperature ranging from 030,and L-CKC220 lubricating oil for the environment temperature over 30.4、换油：减速器首次使用一个月后必须更换润滑油，且热机换油，并冲洗干净，第二次需三个月更换一次，以后每六个月换油一次，同时定期检查油的质量，发现混入杂质或老化变质需随时更换，油位低于规定高度时需及时补足。 Oil Changes：One month later after reducer first putting into operation, the lubricating oil shall be ON-LINE changed in operation and be flushed for cleaning. Three months later changed the lubricating oil again. After that lubricating oil shall be changed every six months. And meanwhile the oil quality shall be inspected periodically. Change the lubricating oil at any moment if any impurity or deterioration, and supply the lubrication oil if oil level is lower than stipulated level.5、油温异常现象：在使用中当发现油温显著升高，温升超过60或油池温度超过80及产生不正常的噪音等现象时，应停止使用，查明原因，排除故障。如因齿面胶合所致，必须修复，更换新油后再使用。 Oil Temperature Abnormal etc：If the oil temperature increase dramatically in operation , or the increment temperature exceed 60, or oil tank temperature exceed 80, or the abnormal noise exists, stop the operation of the reducer and perform the trouble-shooting. If failure is caused by gear agglutination, repair the gear and change new oil before re-start.6、渗油处理：使用中发现结合面渗油，请拆开渗漏处零件涂601密封胶，或发现油封漏油，请按原型号更换。 Oil Leaking：If the bonding surface is leaking, please remove the components at the leaking point and coat with 601 sealant. If the oil seal is found, please change with the original type.7、贮存时间：减速器出厂前，已将机内润滑油放尽，因此贮存期不能超过半年，以免生锈。 Storage Time：The lubrication oil had been drained out in the factory before delivery. The storage period shall not exceed half a year to avoid the rust.8、有限责任：减速器未经商议，用户自行解体或改造而出现的问题，本厂不负任何责任。 Limited Liability：The plant is not responsible for the problems caused by the users disassembling or changing the reducer without prior consultation.轴承、油封型号.
