The main flows are :Submit the resume online It is required to hand in your personal information and your job you want to hunt for. Then on-line agency will send your resume to the company. Then the company will check your resume. If they are interested in you, they will inform you the date of interview by telephone or e-mails.1. Telephone interview Some of the IT company will have a phone interview first before the further interview. They need you to answer the simple questions and ask for your research field. Furthermore they will ask some basic questions in what you engaged in.2. Written examination After you sent the resume, the company will hold a written examination to test your skills and abilities. They will eliminate some job seekers who are not qualified in basic skills.3. Interview in the company This is the most import part of the hiring. The company will need you to show them what project you have joined in and you should make a presentation by PowerPoint. There will be several scientists in the company scoring your presentation. Then they will ask questions about what you have showed them. At last they will ask you some personal information about your hobbies and character one by one. All above you are required to speak in English.Selection procedures: The companys selection procedures include: making advertisement, selecting resume, interview into trial period .In the old days ,they advertise by newspaper ,now, they mainly make advertisement through internet . The company has a software system named ATS , all their recruitment are made on this platform .They can use this system to make advertisement ,and make connections with other websites , meanwhile ,the company has its own intranet and internet ,so it can send information by all the ways ,then all the persons who want the job can apply for it online ,then the Human Resources department can wash out the inappropriate candidates , then discuss the appropriate candidates with the manger .After this, they will take different measures for different positions, usually, if a position need a skillful technology ,an interview will be added ,sometimes ,there also a written test .Providing a position for extensive aspect, such as a secretary ,a great many of people apply for it, one position ,but thousands of applicants ,theyll select the resume first ,then make telephone interview . They can get the interviewees ability of English, communication and so on, if someone is appropriate relatively, then invite him or her to have a interview ,therefore ,to different position ,the selection procedures are different ,there is no fixed form .but it mainly have an interview.The interview lasts 2 hours at most, if you want to enter this company. It is probably that you need 2 or 3 times of interview. According to different positions, there may be some different, the HR department focus on personal capability . Usually , this company make a 3 years contract with their staff , six-months trial period at most ,in the 6 months trial , they will get knowledge of the candidates better ,then decide who is the very person they are looking for ,then recruitment is real finished.
