If the equipment is out of wok under the normal using condition, the company of Suzhou HZS-Nanosurf Nanotechnology identified it as the product itsself problm,and without any damages in appearance, the company will replace the same style and specification product for you since the contract was signed within the 6 months;3. The product which is in the period of warranty still continues to enjoy the rest of the guarantee deadline, becaues of the same repaired fault, the product which is out of the guarantee could enjoy extra 6 months warranty services;4. The company will provides the same specification for you to use during the maintenance period. when the real maintenance period of the customers whole machine or parts may be more than 30 day in the warranty period,;5. The company will upgrade the latest edition of driver procedure, on-line control software system, offline analysis software in the use of the years;6. Provide the new user with the experimental guide, instrument operation instruction , the electronic text of training course;7. To provide the laboratory construction and the layout scheme;8. Provide the lifelong sample testing and counseling;9. Provide three days operational training of the product;10. Provide a special experiment tool;11. Instant warranty response, the company will provide the complete solution within one day after the customer take the warranty guarantee,and willsolve it in a week, the professional engineers were sent to customer site for the maintenance and replacement (not charge in the warranty period) when the product has the itself problem;The terms of service in charge1.The whole machine or parts were damaged beyond the warranty period, the company will charges the cost and service fee after the equipment was repaired or replaced;2.The company of Suzhou HZS-Nanosurf Nanotechnology will provides others products or accessories with eighty percent discount in according with the actual market purchase price; 3.Purchase the experimental material, samples for the customer.Installation, debugging scheme1.The inspectionThe suppliers engineers and buyers personnel to unpack, and inspect the whole machine and accessories in according with the contract requirements, it is the companys duty to the losses of transportation and parts whenthe instrument equipment arrived at their destination.The using party issues the elevant receiving certificate after qualified.2.InstallationInstrument equipment installation by the supplies engineer for site installation, the buyers personnel to provide the necessary assistance. The suppliers engineers have the obligations to explain the instrumental installation , the steps of deconstructs, the notes and safety knowledge. Because of the buyers careless,the parts are broken,the company will charges relevant fees from the buyer for changing damaged parts.3.DebuggingThe suppliers engineers should take the responsible for the debugging of Instrument and equipment,the user should register the computer software or provider the ID number abide by the mannual, and all the performance indicators should be tested in accordance with contract when debugged.4.CalibrationThe suppliers engineers and the buyer to complete the calibration of the equipment and instrument, and the buyers personel must master the technical theory of calibration .5.TrainingThe suppliers engineers provide with the three days of technical training. The buyer should previously appoint two men to familiar the contents of instruction, training course by the supplier engineer explain theory knowledge, the instrument operation, calibration operation, the daily maintenance and other matters. The details are in the user guide. The trained person should master SPM theory, instrument principle, function and principle, the theory of related equipments,understand the meaning of related technical indexes ,and could be skill in testing standard sample, familiar with testing other knowledges of samples, master calibrate operation of the instrument , learn about daily maintenance knowledge. 6.Index acceptanceThe suppliers engineers cooperate with buyers personnel to operate instruments, Inspect all the functions and technical indexes which have met the requirements of contract,the buyer should issue the acceptance certificate after passing,if the buyer has an objection to the test results, points out for the day and inspect again.Instrument maintenanceWork environment:Whether compliance with the prescribed temperature, humidity, away from the larger noise interference sources, vibration sources, electromagnetic radiation sources. Avoid corrosive gas and dust environment; the ground that instruments works at is below the third floor, use the special ground cords to contact ground reliably.Power supply:According to the requirement to use ac 220 V, 50 Hz ac power supply, the computer and instrument control box use the divided wiring board, instrument control box should ground reliably, avoid not isolate with the ground and share a power line with the power equipment absolutely.The laboratory system: Designate special persons to take charge of the daily management of the instrument, maintenance, maintenance, repair, and set up the standard system of laboratory on duty and the instruction of equipment operation, completes dustproof, moisture-proof and other security work of instrumentBefore the using:Check whether the plug of the connecting cable is tight, the power cord is loose or not, whether the head in special vessel or dry vessels, check whether the experimental tools are in good condition, prepared the tips and samples in accordance with the requirements Using:Operating instrument and equipment correctly in accordance with the operated rules
