Switch from AUTO to MANUAL if the difference is smaller then 0.5%. This will activate an additional alarm. Dont use the local control panel.- 合磁场开关,起励单元。不使用现地操控制面板。- Display the field current in Amps, field voltage in percent and generator voltage in volts at the same time on the panel display. Write down the signal groups and numbers. - 在手操器上同时显示磁场电流的安培值,磁场电压的标幺值,定子电压的伏特值。写下信号的组和号。- Replace all the signals on the display. Display on the first line MODE INDICATION, the second line the converter temperature CONV1_1TEMP and the third line the reference minimum indication REF_MIN_ACTIVE. - 替代手操器上所有信号。第一行显示“MODE INDICATION”,第二行显示整流桥温度“CONV1_1TEMP”,第三行显示相关最低指示“REF_MIN_ACTIVE”。- Change the set point to its minimum by using the reference key on the service panel. - 使用手操器的相关键改变设定值到最低。- REF_MIN_ACTIVE should be logic one now. What does happen with the signal MODE INDICATION?- 手动模式下降低设定值,“MODE INDICATION”信号有什么变化?- Change the ramp time RAMP_TIME1_REF_A for the set point of the AUTO mode to 20 seconds. - 设定自动模式下的上升时间“RAMP_TIME1_REF_A”为20秒。- Check your modification with the rise and lower buttons of the local control panel.- 使用现地控制面板的上翻,下翻按钮,检查所做修改。- Reduce the thermal set point of the field current limiter to 70% and the maximum value to 80%.- 降低磁场电流限制器的温度设定值到70%,最高为80%。- Make a software modification so that binary output DO06 indicates that auto and manual mode are balanced. Use the signal ready for transfer RDY XFER A M. What is the group and signal number you use to perform any changeover?- 从AUTO模式切换至MANUAL模式。您应该使用哪个组的哪个信号来完成模式的切换?- Upload the parameter set and save it under an appropriate name in the user directory C:/UN_5/USER.- 上传设定的参数,并命名保存至用户路径C:/UN_5/USER- Compare the parameter sets with the default values. - 比较参数设定值和默认值。- Open the parameter file UN5TMOD.qop and download the parameter. Save the new parameter in the FLASHPROM. Do not forget to enable the function blocks in parameter 2504.
