Scenario Hongxin is a private English training company established in 1994 in Guangzhou. Now this company wanted to get into children Quality-oriented Education training market by opening a private training center in Tianhe district which targets at primary school students and is doomed to compete with the Childrens Palace established by local government. At the early stage of the project, they decided to only provide most popular training courses, like playing musical instrument, singing, drawing, tae kwon do, kung fu, dancing and so on. The marketing Dept. needed to provide suggestion to senior management about go for it or not, and at the same time provide suggestion about the initial marketing strategy. Before everything began, the marketing Dept. planned to launch a market research project. You are designated to be responsible for this project; please design a viable plan for collecting the primary and secondary data, survey the market, display and analyze the data and write a formal report to support the decision making. Tasks: 1. Design a viable plan for collecting the primary and secondary data for local market. (Outcome 1.1)(1) List all items you want to investigate. (2) Estimate which of them are primary and secondary data(3) Design several steps to finish the survey. 2. Describe and justify the survey methodology and frame used. (Outcome 1.2)3.
