My Comments on Shawshank RedemptionThe movie, The Shawshank Redemption, is about Andy who was set into prison and got free by himself. This tells us we should try our best to get rid of the puzzles and control of our lives. As one of the mankind, its legal for us to hold our hopes, our freedom and self-redemption.In the film, nearly all prisoners were short of confidence to live a free life outside except for Andy, who was a great banker. They lost their life goals and there was not any eagerness in their minds. They had their everyday life as corpses. In fact, in our modern society, tens of thousands of workers are in factories. Supposed they are fired with some reasons, how will they plan to have a normal life? If they dont catch an opportunity to be trained, they can do nothing but work in a factory, let alone the redeems in Shawshank. Institutionalization has negative impacts on peoples minds and behaviors. Frankly speaking, it is not the institutionalization to be blame. We ordinary people always determine to keep our temper and accept it with no words when we are faced with institutionalization. We can completely choose resistance, but for the sake of a normal life, we abandon eventually.Andy was different. He desired to live outside the Shawshank. He had his own dreams. He missed his friends a lot. He hadnt finished something yet. So, he possessed a great belief and ambition, he would go to save himself, even others, if possible. Andy helped the Warden to launder money so that he could make the prisoners get back life hopes in many methods, such as music. Although his best friend Red said hope was a dangerous thing and hope could drive a man insane, Andy did not lose confidence and he argued hope was a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever died. In an effort to dip a tube with a small hammer for more than ten years, consequently, Andy got free and Red did, too.As a matter of fact, not only Andy and Red obtained their free lives, but also the other prisoners in Shawshank were set free. There is a global proverb that God helps those who help others. If you want to get an aid, you must come to others aid first. I hope the world will be filled with kindness and passion.When you have a belief, you can do it like Andy. Nothing can stop your step to your future if you are ambitious. Andy was able to redeem himself, so he had the capability of redeeming others. Andy was so great that he should be considered as a hero, who can set a good example for everybody throughout the whole world. All of a sudden, I reminded a sentence, Andy ever said that a strong man can save himself; a great man can save another. Therefore, we ought to learn redeem ourselves first. There are many ways to reach redemption. Among them, the best is to keep you busy. When you are busy, you will find that you have the obligation to do a lot of thing. You are needed. Some needs you or something needs you. Therefore, you will explode your talent and take your all pains to do things well. During the course, you are redeeming yourself.In the end, I have to adm
