“监测监控”论文:安全生产自动化数据管理软件设计与实现【中文摘要】该项目针对国内旧有大型选煤厂工艺与设备现状,采用先进控制、优化与集成技术,实施低成本安全生产综合自动化,以全面提升选煤厂安全、节能、减人提效等综合指标,在国内旧有大型选煤厂安全生产自动化技术和应用方面达到国内领先水平。按照“总体设计、分步实施、结合实际、突出重点”的基本实施原则。实施步骤中考虑:对岗位工多的地方和条件较成熟的地方先行实施;集控系统先行;设备监测监控逐步完善;对于生产信息系统,重点实施设备维检管理和增强调度指挥功能。在我国旧有大型选煤厂的现有设备和工艺条件下,通过进一步整合和提升自动化水平,可以有效提高选煤厂安全生产水平和综合生产指标。在我国旧有大型选煤厂的现有设备和工艺条件下,在不需大幅度增加投资的情况下,针对现有选煤厂自动化系统的不足,通过在综合自动化系统、基础自动化、以生产执行系统为核心的集成应用等方面,进一步整合和提升自动化水平,可以有效提高选煤厂安全生产水平和综合生产指标:安全:利用各种高可靠性的控制系统、检测和执行机构对设备与装置的运行提供保证;对关键装置进行故障诊断与健康维护;大幅度减少岗位工。低成本:通过数据融合和挖掘,充分利用现有监测信息,实现对设备的故障诊断、工况的效能与状态分析。高效率:通过先进控制和实时优化等技术,实现生产全流程协调控制和调度决策支持。先进性:采用统一数据管理和统一集成平台,保证有效的兼容性和开放性;重点针对基础自动化层和生产过程运行优化层,采用实施数据库、先进控制、数据融合与挖掘、故障诊断与健康维护、实时优化等多种新技术。通过提高设备运行可靠性、生产过程自动化水平和生产指挥水平,可以大幅度减少生产系统岗位工,改善产品工艺和质量指标、减少事故率、降低事故处理时间、延长设备寿命、提高生产运行效率,减少人员投入和材料消耗。具有显著的直接经济效益。从而达到安全、节能、减人提效和低成本等综合指标。使得南屯选煤厂在安全生产、设备运行水平、工艺与质量控制水平、自动化技术装备和人员合理配备等方面有显著提升。具有很大的推广空间与价值。在我国有着许多具有类似情况的旧有大型选煤厂,利用本项目在国内旧有大型选煤厂安全生产自动化技术与应用方面具有的领先示范作用和有关媒体及销售渠道等措施推广该技术。【英文摘要】The project addresses the country the old status quo of large coal preparation technology and equipment, using advanced control, optimization and integration technology to implement low-cost, comprehensive automation of production safety in order to fully enhance the coal preparation plant safety, energy conservation, reducing people to make effective, comprehensive indicators, the old large-scale coal preparation plant in the country of production safety and the application of automation technology to leading domestic level.In accordance with “The overall design, step by step, combined with practical, focused,” the basic implementation principles.
