整机换玻璃操作流程Glass replacement of overall unit operation procedure一 维修目的Maintenance purpose对于因玻璃有刮痕或客户有特殊需求而退回的返修机需要做换玻璃处理。For the returned rework machine with glass scratches or our customer has special needs, replace the glass.二 操作流程（以TE65-DB02为例）Operation procedure (for example of TE65-DB02 )检查玻璃是否与工单信息相符。若确认需换玻璃则进行接下来的操作；若不符应及时反馈给客服，有客服与用户确认。Check the glass with the work order. If the glass is surely needed to be replaced, follows the steps below. If not, give feedback to customer service in time, they will check with our customer.1. 拆卸后盖Remove the back cover（1） 将PC模块上的固定螺丝拧开，抽出PC模块；Unscrew PC module, and pull it out;（2） 将后盖上各处的螺丝拆下；Remove every screw in the back cover;（3） 将后盖从稍微抬起后，将后盖从顶部向上抬起与整机成90度，将后盖上喇叭与板卡的连线拔掉，拆下后盖。Lift up the back cover from the top of it till becoming 90 degree with the overall unit, unplug the cables between the loudspeaker and the board card. （1） 将固定在面框上的螺丝以及固定玻璃的结构件拆下。Remove the set screws in the surface and structure components which fix the glass.2. 换玻璃Replace the glass（1） 将屏连同面框一起翻转，使面框向上；Turn over the surface along with screen to make the screen in front of us;（2） 将面框单独抬起反面放置于工作台上，Lift up the surface only and put it on the workbench oppositely,（3） 将新玻璃正面的防尘膜撕下，并正面朝下放置于面框内（注意：玻璃的正面是非常光滑的，反面防尘膜先不要撕）；Tear down the Dust-proof membrane in front side of the glass, and put the glass in the surface with its front side down (the front side of the glass is pretty smooth, dont tear down the Dust-proof membrane in opposite side);（4） 在玻璃四周黑色边框上贴泡棉（注意：泡棉与玻璃边缘四周黑色边缘相距2毫米左右，但不能超出黑色区域）；Stick foam around the frame of the glass (notice: it is about 2mm between the foam and the frame, do not go beyond the black area);（5） 将固定玻璃的结构件打上；Install the structure components which fix the glass;（6） 将待换玻璃移开，将面框连同换好的玻璃一起反扣与屏上（注意：面框的方向应与拆下前一致）；Move away the stand-by glass, button up the surface together with the replaced glass on the screen (notice: the direction of the frame should maintain the same as before);（7） 清理玻璃与屏之间灰尘；Dust the place between the glass and screen;3. 装机Installing （1） 将屏连同面框一起翻转，使面框向下，并打上固定屏的结构件。Turn over the surface along with screen to make the surface down, and install the structure components which fix the screen.（2） 插上PC模块，上电开机。在煲机模式下观察屏幕显示，PC通道检测基本功能，测试OK后拔下PC模块；Plug PC module, turn on power. Watch the screen under burn-in mode, check the basic function in channel PC, unplug the PC module after checked. （3） 将后盖立起与整机成90度，连接好喇叭线，盖上后盖，打上螺丝。Lift up the back cover from the top of it till becoming 90 degree with the overall unit, connect the cables between the loudspeaker and the board card, put the back cover down and screw it back.（4） 在后盖底部2个角落上的螺丝贴上防撕标签，若有PC模块则需在PC模块上螺丝处也贴上防撕标签。Labeled anti tear on two corners of the back cover, also labeled the PC module anti tear, if there is a PC module.三 注意事项Notes 1、 操作过程中需戴手套，以防受伤；2、 打下的螺丝应统一放置于一个空盒子内，以便检查是否有漏打螺丝；3、 操作过程中若被中断，必须将所有部件做好标示;4、 换下的玻璃需登记好现象粘贴于玻璃上。Wear gloves in case of injury during the operation procedure;Arrange the screws in a blank box in order to check if there were any holes we m
