两淮豪生大酒店消防演习实施方案（2013.5.17）The fire drill scheme一、Objective目的：1、 Let staffs experienced a fire drill and know that the importance of fire prevention work.让酒店员工亲身经历一次消防演习，知道防火工作的重要性。2、 Let each staff to know what to do in case of fire.让酒店员工知道在发生火灾后如何报警、扑救火灾、疏散客人和逃生自救。3.Let each staff to know how use the fire extinguishers in case of fire让酒店员工知道如何用灭火器灭火。二、Request要求： 1、 All employees should attach importance this drills， taken seriously ，obey orders and commands.全体参演人员要高度重视本次演习，要将演习当作实战对待，服从命令、听从指挥。2、 The staffs take the exercise seriously. Do not behave in a noisy and do not go on a lift.演习人员表现要逼真，压低身体重心用手或毛巾捂住口鼻从安全通道快速疏散，不可乘坐电梯，不可嬉笑打闹。3、 Before the drills, the staff of all departments to understand their tasks and duty, and according to emergency plan into practice.部门在演习前要做好动员，明确岗位职责和任务要求，按照部门应急预案实施。三、Arrangement演习安排:1、Date: On 2:30-3:00pm 10th May 2013时间：2013年5月17日14：30-15：00。2、the fire place：On the five floor假设起火地点：5F康体中心。3 the cause of the fire：the guest smoking causes fire.假设起火原因：客人吸烟不慎引发火灾。4、 Headquarters members: Head-Peter Hoellrigl；Deputy head-Danny Han；Spot mentor -Davin Zhang；Technical adviser -David fan；Housekeeping-Alex Xiang and other director。Command center：On the first floor of the fire room.成立演习指挥部：总指挥-霍瑞格；副总指挥-韩丹；现场指挥-张立新；技术支持-范厚德；康体中心现场组织-陈晓峰；其他区域-所属部门总监/经理。演习指挥部设在一楼消防监控中心。5、 Method of the alarm: telephone alarm or button alarm.报警：服务员电话报警和手动报警按钮报警。6、 Evacuation: First evacuate to personnel on the fire floor, fire control centers open fire radio, room and food and beverage staffs organized guest evacuation and evacuation orders issued by the commander in chief. Evacuation collection points are located in the parking lot.疏散：首先是本层疏散，然后由总指挥下达疏散命令，消控中心开启消防广播，客房、餐饮服务人员组织客人疏散。疏散集合点设在酒店南广场。7、The drill area :On the BF-7 floor演习涉及区域：B1F-7F,请前厅部根据客情情况，尽可能保留7F客房。8、Front Office to give the guests a letter in advance, to avoid guests panic and correctly answer guest asking.请前厅部提前放置致客信，以免引起客人恐慌，并正确答复客人询问。9. Venue: on the south square of the hotel.集合地点：酒店南广场四、Personnel division人员分工：1、The drills of the exercise headquarters is responsible for overall command coordination, field command responsible for the drills scene fighting, rescue and to headquarters to report on site progress and contact the public security fire brigades, Rooms Division, Food and Beverage Department is responsible for arranging the evacuation.演习指挥部负责演习全面指挥协调工作，现场指挥负责演习现场扑救、救援并向指挥部汇报现场进展情况以及联系公安消防队，客房部、餐饮部负责安排人员疏散。2、The alarm group consists of 2 room attendant is responsible for the alarm to the monitoring center and use of fire extinguishers to fighting.报警组由2名客房服务员组成，1人负责向监控中心5119报警（起火位置、火情、报警人姓名联系电话），1人负责用灭火器扑救（仅作演示）。3、Fire-fighting group of motorized security and four volunteer firefighters, the first motorized security carry a fire extinguisher to the scene fighting, obligation firefighters are divided into two groups, each group of two people responsible for used fire hydrant fighting.灭火组由机动保安和4名义务消防队员组成，机动保安首先携带灭火器到现场扑救，义务消防队员分为2组，每组2人从两侧消火栓铺设水带扑救（仅作演示不放水）。4、Evacuation group by staffs for the rooms and FB they need to checking every room and box, to ensure that into rooms and boxes has no one , and then closed the door with chalk on the door. X.疏散组由康体中心、餐饮部服务员组成，要对每个房间（5F包厢）、包厢进行检查，确保房间无人，然后将门关好，在门上用粉笔划“X”。5、Other staffs acted the part of the guests.客人扮演组由非当班员工组成，负责分散到客房和餐饮包厢内，由客房、餐饮服务员带领疏散。6、Its the duty of the vigil team to preserve the scene order and Ensure that evacuation passageway and safety exit are unblocked.警戒组由1名保安主管和2名保安队员组成，保持各疏散通道畅通和消防车道畅通，维持好疏散人员的秩序和集合点的秩序。7、Communications Group is responsible to contact the headquarters persons.通讯组由大堂副理和总机2名员工组成，负责联系演习总指挥、副总指挥、保安部经理、工程总监、行政管家和其他各部门总监/经理，总机用电话通知，大堂副理将事先写好的短信群发，确保通讯指挥系统畅通。8、Security Unit by the Engineering Department technicians and control room security guards, security guards of the control room is responsible for alarm to inform the operator and fire system operation according to the commander in chief command to activate contingency plans; Engineering department technician arrived at the corresponding location, do well to start the fire pump, cut off the non-The fire power ready (not the actual operation), the forced landing to a layer of fire elevators for firefighters to used.保障组由工程部水、电、电梯技术人员和监控室保安人员组成，监控室保安人员负责接警、通知总机和消防联动系统操作（仅启动消防广播和声光警报、迫降消防电梯，不启动防排烟、风机、防火卷帘、电切、消防泵、喷淋泵）以及按总指挥命令启动应急预案；水、电、电梯技术人员到达相应位置，做好启泵、切断非消防电源准备（不用实际操作），将消防电梯迫降至一层专供消防队员使用。9、Two employees of the sales department responsible for fighting and evacuation drills links to photography.摄影组由销售部2名员工组成，负责对演习的扑救和疏散环节进行摄影。10、Human Resources, Housekeeping, food and beverage department staffs responsible for count evacuated personnel.统计组由人力资源部、房务部、餐饮部人员组成。人力资源部携带各部门排班表到集合点清点员工人数。前厅部打印入住客人名单和管家部统计客人人数，然后报总指挥。五、Summarize总结1、Commander and deputy commander give a summary of this drill.总指挥与副总指挥对此次演习进行点评。2、Security departm
