Statistics show that the way people live(40) _ they eat. 36. selection 37. knowledge 38. vegetables 39. purchase 40. determines听之时：while-listening原则：精听，速记。(放第一遍时) 以听为主，以记为辅如何速记（创建属于自己的符号体系）：1. 省略虚词，如冠词、助动词。2. 遇到词组记每个单词首字母，如break down就记为bd，但一定要自己看得懂的。3. 用几个字母代替长单词，如用exp代替experience；用esp代替especially；用sth代替something；用sb代替somebody。4. 符号记忆，如more than记为“”；less than记为“”；equal to记为“”；用 “￥、或”代替money；用“&”代替and；用“ %”代替percent。5. 除非有特别要求，碰到有数字时直接写阿拉伯数字这样更简单更省时准确性也更高。6. 混合记忆就是把上面几种方法混合起来用，还可以夹杂中文字等。7. 随便记忆 如果实在想不出是什么词，就是音标、拼音或者读音相近的词先记下来，等有时间时再去正确写出单词。总之，无论采取哪种记录方法，速记出来的一定要自己看得懂，能方便自己很快地回想和复原出来。听之后after-listening全面检查和补全前面记录下的东西1. 检查漏词 a 检查漏掉的：介词，冠词和代词（this，that）等 b 漏词缀：漏掉单词前缀，非谓语动词与谓语动词（ed, ing, s），填原型的很少见。2. 检查错词 a 长单词容易发生拼写错误，要仔细检查一一遍。容易拼错的词campaign species apparent calendar category changeable committed concious colleague definitely discipline equipment exceed guarantee leisure license noticeable occasionally possession proportion ingredient individual referred recommend relevant separate schedule standards necessarily considerate particular available accessb 短单词容易和同音异义词混淆，检查时要联系从整个上下文语境方面考虑。如：flew- flu threw-through brake-break passed-past site-sight sale-sail weather-whether flour-flower dying-dyeing3. 检查大小写： 专有名词 , 句子开头4. 检查名词单复
