一、新课改背景下初中英语存在的问题1.教学观念落后新课程的革新必然需要新的教学观念,因此必然会对老师提出革新传统的教学观念的问题。可是,要想将已经如磐石般的观念在短时间内做出转换,又是谈何容易。而在初中的英语教学中,尤其是在这观念的问题最为突显。部分老师因为不能完全认识新课程的理念,从而很难将新课程的理念做出很好的调理,更为严重的是,某些老师出现理念相违的情况,导致推延了新课改前进的步伐。另外一方面,某些老师由于对新课改认识出现了误差,将错误的理念作为对的使用,从而导致英语教学的效率难以提高。2.教师素质不足教师教学水平的高低将直接作用于教学的效果。在新课改以后,对初中英语的教师做出了许多的提议,其中自然也包涵了对专业知识及综合业务等多方面的提议。不过值得一说的是,由于部分初中的教师年纪偏大,对于新事物的冲击显得吸收困难,而还有另外一部分,那就是由民办转正的那一部分教师,面对新课改的情况,他们中的一些可能会表现出力所不及的局面。这最为明显的现象是教师在对教材的使用情况上,在新课改以前,大多数的老师都很依赖于课本知识,少有课外知识的开拓,从而束缚了学生的发展。一味单纯的背诵书本上的词汇和课文,却忽略了逻辑关系的重要性。3.教学方法的单一,学生学习的积极性较差目前许多老师在教学的时,仍还在采用传统的“灌输式”教学方式,这样单调无味的教学方式不只会增加老师的疲劳,以此同时还会降低学生学习的乐趣,容易使学生在课堂上出现走神,注意力不集中等问题多次产生。新课改的到来,做出了老师应该多加培养学生兴致的提出,而传统的教学方式不但难以提起学生的兴趣,还会对学生的学习带来一定程度的影响。4.重视英语知识讲解,忽视实践引导的重要性部分老师在上课讲解时,往往偏向教材内知识和文章的讲授,却忽略实践作为引导学习的重要,又由于学生一般都只是单单在老师的教学下学习,从而就导致了学生的实践能力没能得到有质的提高。5.评价方式较为片面,忽视思维培养的重要性由于我国的教育深深的受到“应试教育”的作用,从而致使学校及家长都以成绩作为学生学习好坏的划分,过分的重视英语成绩。而这一类的评定方法是局限的,将这样的方发作为评价学生学习的方式,只会使学生一心想着提高成绩,从而导致在学习上开拓的忽略。二、新课程下初中英语教学的对策1.强化教师对新课改的认识,更新教学观念必须给予观念上的问题加以注重。新课程要求的是综合性和平衡性的发展和培训,并将课上的学习同现实社会实践共同联系,针对性的培养和提高学生对英语学习的兴致。由此可见,如今初中英语教师承担任务的重大,因此他们更加应该放正自身的立场。必须清楚的认识到,英语不是一科独立的科目,所以不能闭门学习,要将其看成总体教学的一部分,并找到英语同它科的联系,利用这一点,推动英语的教育。另外一点,对于教学方法的了解还要适当的推进,从而便于适合当下新课改和对于学生要求的更新。2.提高教师综合素质,增强教材掌控能力前面提到了教师能力的重要性,而在当下新课改的环境下,初中的英语教师已经不只是需要了解、掌握课本上的知识,而且还要掌握学科的始末,所谓的始末也就是说学科的历史和未来发展,也只有这样才能将英语的教学做好。而在这基本上,老师还必须提高自身的专业素质,坚持在教学方法和能力上做工作。在教学的过程中,针对性的训练自己,提高自己综合能力,也只有这样才能达到新课改对教师做出的要求。3.丰富教学方式,激发学生兴趣光是依靠卓越的教学内容是远远不足够的,还应该采取不同的学习方式,从而来提起学生学习的兴致,对于英语教学来说,我们可以采取多媒体教学、小组活动、演讲比赛、英语角色、定位等多种方式来提升学生的兴致。兴趣是促进学生学习的动力,而且还能提起学生学习的积极性和主动性,推动学生对英语的学习。兴致是驱使学生学习的动力,也是确保教学质量最大的因素,而在实际的教学中,初中的英语教师可以根据自身的情况来制定一套适合自己的教学方式,通过对方法灵活的使用,从而更好的做到提升学生兴致的目的。三、结语初中英语的教育自身有着很独的特点,同时也有很重要的存在意义。而对于身负如此重任的初中英语教学老师则需要清楚的认识到,当下教学中所存在的问题,因时制宜,既要转换自己的教学理念,还要认清新课改的重要性;既要做到自身能力的增强,还要加强对教材内容的掌控;既要灵活运用多样化的教学方法,还要努力提起学生的学习兴致,从而帮助学生迅速提升英语水平。A, the problems existing in the junior middle school English new curriculum reform background1.
