染整专业英语课程标准第一部分 前言一、课程定位本课程染整专业英语是在已学完基础英语，掌握了一定量的常用词汇和基本语法，已经具备了一定专业知识的基础上开设的一门高职类染织艺术设计专业基础课程。通过专业英语的学习，使学生掌握染整专业词汇的基本特点及表达方法，为今后从事外贸、跟单等相关工作打下基础。二、课程任务掌握一定量的专业英语词汇，学生借助词典能够阅读专业外文文献，并正确领会英语文章主要内容，熟练掌握本专业相关英文文献的翻译方法和技巧。 第二部分 课程目标一、总目标修完本课程后要求达到：(1) 了解染整专业词汇的构成方法，熟记专业词汇和常用词组，扩大英语词汇量；(2) 学会用英文表达染整工艺流程及各工序的作用；掌握科技英语的翻译技巧，能够熟练阅读并翻译简单的本专业类英文资料。 二、具体目标1.专业能力目标：熟练掌握纺织品前处理、染色、印花、后整理等工序以及纺织品贸易中专业词汇的拼写及翻译，掌握基本翻译技巧及构词方法，理解染整相关设备的英文翻译，借助词典能够快速翻译染整方面相关外文资料。 2.方法能力目标：英语拼写能力、英文阅读能力、英文朗诵能力及一定的口语能力 3.社会能力目标：通过学习本课程，学生应具备基本的英汉翻译能力，借助于工具书可以顺利的翻译相关资料并流利阅读，为今后从事外贸销售、外贸跟单等工作奠定基础。 第三部分 课程总体设计染整专业英语是高等学校纺织类各专业的一门必修课。设置内容包括织物纤维、纱线及纺织品、前处理、染色、印花、后整理等。在有限的学习时间内，学生通过各种纺织染整工艺的学习，掌握其掌握纺织染整基本词汇和基本的英语应用能力。该课程理论教学学时40学时量，实践教学8学时量，总共48学时量。1、Fiber, Yarn and Fabric（6学时） （1）教学内容：What is a 前处理翻译目的：利用一些辅助工具，如染整专业英语词典，能够翻译常用的纺织纤维，如棉、毛在前处理过程中相关的英文资料。要求：掌握退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光等概念，了解前处理过程中退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光的目的与使用到的助剂和工艺，翻译内容合理，语句通顺。内容：desizing、scouring、bleaching、mercerizing、heat、setting实验三 染色翻译目的：利用一些辅助工具，如染整专业英语词典，能够翻译与棉纤维、涤纶纤维染色过程相关的英文资料。要求：掌握活性染料、分散染料、直接染料的概念，了解棉用活性染料、涤纶用分散染料染色过程中使用到的助剂和工艺，翻译内容合理，语句通顺。内容：dyeing of cellulosic fibers with reactive dyes, dyeing of PE fibers with disperse dyes实验四 整理翻译目的：利用一些辅助工具，如染整专业英语词典，能够翻译棉织物抗皱整理、拒油拒水整理过程中相关的英文资料。要求：掌握抗皱整理、拒油拒水整理、阻燃整理的概念，了解抗皱整理剂拒油拒水整理过程中使用到的助剂和工艺，翻译内容合理，语句通顺。内容：application of resin for finishing incotton、water proofing and 课程实施建议一、教学建议1.课程组织形式：主要采用课堂教学形式。2.教学方法：根据不同的内容选择适用的教学方法，如小组讨论、听写、朗诵、背诵、外文影片欣赏等。二、评价建议1.评价方式：过程考核与期末考核相结合。2.考核要求具体说明：平时成绩占40，期末考试成绩占60三、课程资源的开发与利用建议本课程可以开发一个纺织染整专业词汇库，其中包括纺织染整的主要工序及主要设备，并配以图片解释，便于学生课后自学和复习。四、教材、教学参考书及网站1.教材
