Where would they put all the earth and stone from the mountains?3) 能用英语询问故事的开始、发展及后续等。 2. 能力目标:用英语来讲述中国传统故事情感态度价值观目标:学习愚公,要学习他“主动挖山”的精神。二、教学重难点 1. 教学重点:1) 掌握本课时出现的生词:shoot、shot、once upon a time、stone、weak、god、remind2) 学会询问故事发展的基本句型: How does the story begin? What happened next? Where would they put all the earth and stone from the mountains? 3)学会表达故事中的人物或情节,并发表一些简单的看法或观点。 What do you think of / about the story of Yu Gong? I think its a little bit silly. I still dont agree with you. 2. 教学难点:用英语来讲述中国传统故事,并发表一些简单的看法或观点。三、教学过程 Step 1:Leading (由老师送礼物导入到1 a的学习)1、T: Today,Miss Zhang brings a present .Guess, whats it? Ss:Sorry, I dont know! T: Boys and girls, here is the present. Please look!(老师展示PPT播放“Hou Yi shoots the Suns.”)T:Is it wonderful?Ss:Yes.T:Whats the name of the story,do you know?Ss:Hou Yi she riT: Yes, its “Hou Yi shoots the Suns”.(同时教学单词,板书Hou Yi shoots the Suns). In the story ,there were 10 suns .Hou Yi shot 9 down.Now theres only one.然后教读:shoot shot,Ss: Hou Yi Shoots the Suns.2、认识其它两张图片T:In fact,there are so many traditional stories like Hou Yi Shoots the Suns. Please look!(PPT依次展示西漩记、女娲补天,让学生学会其英文名字).T:Whats this?Ss:Its 注意: xi you ji -Journey to the West Nu wa bu tian-Nu Wa Repairs the SkyStep 2:由愚公移山图片,引出教学主体1、1bT:And this one ?Ss: Yu Gong yi shanT: Yes,its Yu Gong Moves a Mountain. Today lets go into the story.(板书Yu Gong Moves a Mountain).Do you want to know something about the story?Ss: Yes.T: Now Anna and Wang Ming are talking about the story.Listen carefully and check the facts you hear.(PPT上展示 并放1b听力)_ The two mountains were very high and big. _ A very old man tried to move the mountains. _ A man told Yu Gong that he could never do it. (Check their answers)Step 3: 1c. T: According to the dailogue in 1b, talk about the questions below in groups and give a report.(先读问题,最后讨论).How does the story begin? (when? who? Where?why?)What happened next?Where would they put all the earth and stone from the mountains?(教学重点单词stone).老师根据学生的对话,张贴出愚公和山、愚公和家人、石头和大海山神移山图四幅画在黑板上,并根据孩子们的汇报,在图片旁边展示重点单词和词汇。教学重点单词god.T: Did Yu Gong move the mountain away? What happened then? Look at the pictures . Try to discuss what they were going to do in groups.(在老师引导下,猜测故事的内容,老师适当板书:家人挖山抱石图、智叟劝阻图、愚公继续移山图、山神移山图,老师在图片旁边写下关键词句,为复述作准备)Step 4: 2a Listen to the recording and number the pictures,then check the answers.
