M10 Unit 4 Law and order-The fight against cybercrime 教学案例 教学背景:网络犯罪(cybercrime)是随着计算机与通信技术的发展而出现的一个概念。20世纪90年代,网络从狭窄的部门应用扩大到公众领域,成为个人和社会生活的一部分。不仅如此,网络的普及和发展还为社会的进步提供了强劲的动力,由此进入了一个崭新的知识经济时代。政府上网、电子商务、远程教育、虚拟社区这些新生事物不断发展,网络全球化、信息全球化已成为这个时代的主题。然而,科技总是一个两面性的事物,网络在为人们提供便利、带来效益的同时,也使人类面临着控制网络犯罪的新问题。教材分析: 这篇文章是以法律网络犯罪为主线,通过对网络犯罪的定义和分类的介绍,探讨了网络犯罪的现状,从而引出它的解决办法。高中生于网络的接触比较频繁,在这篇文章中,学生可以跟进一步了解有关网络犯罪的知识,了解它的危害,从而呼吁周围的人与其作斗争。教学设计思路:版本牛津高中英语授课对象高三学生模块模块十授课课时一课时教学目标知识与技能了解网络犯罪过程与方法采用视、听、说、写的手段让学生讨论、参与情感、态度、价值观了解网络犯罪的危害,坚决远离网络犯罪教学要点重点学习和了解网络犯罪的分类难点学会表达和总结有关网络犯罪的知识兴趣点懂得远离网络犯罪并坚决抵制网络犯罪教学准备上网查找网络犯罪的相关资料及视频片断,配以相应的图片;制作课件,作为课堂教学的辅助手段。教学过程:Step1. Lead in T: Can you name some types of crimes that you know?(S: Murder, threat, theft)T: Nowadays, with the development of technology, more and more crimes are less visible and involve the Internet. For example, are you familiar with it?(S: 熊猫烧香.)T: Yeah, its Panda joss-stick virus A kind of computer virus which can make computers break down. Spreading viruses through computers is a kind of crime. We call it cybercrime, which means crimes related computers, so cybercriminal means, cyberspace means, cyber- culture means. If you want to get more information, lets come to the passage The fight against cybercrime.设计意图:通过问学生他们所知道的犯罪形式及“熊猫烧香”的图片进行导入,这些问题和学生生活息息相关,容易激发学生的兴趣,使学生很快进入状态,简单明了地引出网络犯罪这个话题。情景预设:学生能够很积极地说出几种犯罪形式,比如谋杀,抢劫等等,当“熊猫烧香”这幅网络病毒展现出来,大多数学生能很快联想到这是一种网络犯罪,实现导入意图。Step2. Skimming Ask students to go through the passage as quickly as possible and try to find answers to the questions on screen. 1. What is the solution to cybercrime?T:Next, lets come to the structure of the text. How many paragraphs are there? And we can divide the passage into four parts. What are they? 设计意图:让学生快速浏览文章,使学生对文章的体裁和内容有大致了解。培养学生带着问题寻找有用信息的能力。情景预设:这部分是快速阅读,重在让学生快速进入角色。由于网络对青少年的普及,学生在上网的同时,也受到了网络犯罪的侵扰,所以随着文章的深入,再配上几幅相关的图片,学生的对网络犯罪的兴趣也随之增加。Step3. Discussion How can you keep yourself away from cybercrime as a frequent computer user? 设计意图:网络与高中生的生活息息相关,他们会在业余时间上完玩游戏,听音乐或者查资料,无法避免的会遇到一些网络犯罪的情况,或者说他们是网络犯罪的受害者,他们都会有自己的一些小办法来解决它,让学生进行交流讨论并分享他们的心得,口语表达能力也得到了提高。情景预设:很多学生会提到是指密码保护个人信息,不随意打开陌生或有可疑的邮件等等。通过讨论,学生能够基于所学内容,有话可说,能够集合自己的经历大胆表达自己的想法。Step 6. WritingRecently, many media such as newspapers、TV constantly report a new phenomenon-cybercrime .
