第一部分、封面:SHANHAIGUAN SHIPBUILDING INDUCTRY CO.,LTD第二部分、船厂简介(封二、三页):INTRODUCTION山海关船舶重工有限责任公司(原山海关船厂)是中国船舶重工集团公司所属的国有大型一类企业,1972年开始兴建,为中国最大的修造船基地之一。工厂厂区面积216万平方米,其中陆域面积136万平方米,水域面积80万平方米。 工厂拥有主尺度为340M x 64M x 12.8M、240M x 39M x 11.4M和170M x 28M x 9.8M船坞各一座。修船码头9个,总长2018米,造船分段预制及总组场地26710,港作拖轮4艘,拥有钢材综合加工厂房、铜工校管厂房、二喷三涂厂房、3台数控切割机、2台等离子切割机、埋弧自动焊接机、钢材预处理线、板料校平机、300吨龙门吊等完备的现代化配套生产设备3000多台套。技术精湛、经验丰富的专业人才、工程技术人员900人。工厂通过了ISO9001-2000质量体系认证,能够按照中外船级社的规范、国际公约及标准对油轮、钻(修)井平台和散装船、杂货船、滚装船、集装箱船、冷藏船、矿砂船、起重船、救捞船、供给船、港作船、化学品船、特种运输船等各类船舶和海洋工程设施进行改装和专业修理。工厂先后成功地建造交工了35000吨半潜驳船、海洋风车安装船、30000吨系列散货船、70000吨浮船坞和2600集装箱船,正与河北省政府和中国船舶重工集团公司合作筹建“百万吨造船基地”。此外,工厂还从事码头装卸及仓储等业务,1995年获得对外贸易进出口经营权,2001年获得独立的港埠经营权和指泊权,经营范围涉及船舶和海洋工程建造、修理、改装、拆解、港口机械及钢结构制造、船舶备件供应等。山海关船舶重工有限责任公司与韩国、希腊、丹麦、印度、俄罗斯、沙特阿拉伯、美国、香港等30多个国家和地区的各大航运公司建立并保持着良好的业务关系,年承修大中型船舶一百余艘,年造船能力10万载重吨,在市场享有良好的信誉。山海关船舶重工有限责任公司将进一步依靠自身优势和雄厚的实力,“做大做强修船,做稳做好造船,拓展海洋工程,发展非船产业和多种经营”,以管理和技术的不断进步为顾客提供满意产品。 Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., ( SHGSIC, and late Shanhaiguan Shipyard), established in 1972, as a state-owned A-grade enterprise of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), is one of the biggest shiprepair and shipbuilding bases in China. The yard covers 2,160,000m2, including a land area of 1,360,000m2 and a water area of 800,000m2. SHGSIC has 3 graving docks with dimensions of 340 m x 64m x 12.8m, 240m x 38m x 11.4m and 170m x 28m x 9.8m respectively, 9 quays of 2,018m in total, fabrication and outfitting fields of 26,710m2, 4 harbor tugs, 1 complex fabrication shop, 1 piping shop, 1 complex coating shop ( 2 columns for blasting and 3 for coating), 3 CNC steel cutters, 2 plasma steel cutters, submerged arc welding machines, plate straightheners, a 300ton gantry crane and all other advanced facilities, totaling 3,000 sets for shiprepair and shipbuilding, with 900 professional and experienced engineers and technicians. SHGSIC has passed ISO9001-2000 of qualification, and in compliance with the rules and regulations of all the classification societies and requirements of regulatory bodies and authorities international, has repaired or converted tankers, rigs, bulk carriers, general cargo ships, Ro-Ro ships, container carriers, reefer ships, ore carriers, floating cranes, rescue ships, supply ships, harbor vessels, chemical tankers, special vessels and all other vessels and offshore facilities. The shipyard has successfully built and delivered 35,000DWT submersible barges, a turbine installation vessel, 30,000DWT bulk carriers in series, a 70,000TLC floating dock and 2600TEU container carriers, and planned to construct a shipbuilding base with an annual delivery of 1 million DWT in cooperation with Hebei Provincial Government and CSIC. SHGSIC is also engaged in cargo loading/unloading and storage, being authorized to do the direct import/export business in 1995 and authorized to manage the harbor and mooring independently in 2001, and its business covers ship and offshore building, repairing, conversion, scrapping, port equipment and structure fabrication, marine supply services and etc.SHGSIC has built up and kept close relationships with major shipping companies from more than 30 countries and areas such as Korea, Greece, Denmark, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, USA, and Hong Kong, with an annual capacity of shiprepairing some 100 big and middle size vessels, and shipbuilding delivery of 100,000 DWT.SHGSIC will rely on its priority and strength to promote and strengthen shiprepairing, steady and improve shipbuilding, extend offshore projects, develop no-marine products and businesses, and in way of continuous management and technical improvement, to provide satisfactory products for REPAIRING工厂设有船体车间、涂装车间、服务车间、铜工车间、轮机车间、机电车间等专业修理车间,成功修理过国内进港最大的38.4万吨油轮“凯达”号。修船质量得到了美国ABS、英国LR、法国BV、挪威DNV、日本NK等著名验船机构的认可。The shipyard has a fabrication shop, painting shop, general service shop, piping shop, engine shop, machinery and electrical shop, and has successfully repaired ULCC Bon Trader, 384,000 DWT, which is the biggest vessel repaired in China, and the workmanship has approved by all the CONVERSIONS山海关船舶重工有限责任公司首次在国内承接了改装,按照美国船级社和美国石油协会标准,成功地将巴西国家石油公司的两条28万吨超级油轮改装成集采油、储油、加工、卸油为一体的单点系泊式(P33、P35)。整个工程包括24000吨钢结构、4600吨管子、70万米电缆敷设、70万平方米大舱及船体涂装(其中舱室特涂40万平方米)、全部生活区内舾装和2300台设备安装。目前,P33、P35漂浮在巴西玛利姆油上,运行状态良好,单船日生产能力为开采处理原油50万桶,压缩天然气200万立方米,处理输出天然气150万立方米,使用期限20年。SHGSIC converted two 280,000DWT VLCCs for Petrobras into FPSOs ( P-33 and P-35, Single Point Mooring, Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading System) in compliance with the rules and regulations of ABS and API, and it is the first such kind of conversion in China, including 24,000ton of steel work, 4,600tons of piping, 700,000m of cable laying, 700,000m2 of coating (special tank coating: 400,000m2), 2,300 sets equipment installation and refitting of all the accommodations.P-33 and P-35 are deployed and well operated in Marlim Field, Brazil, to produce and treat 500,000 bopd, gas-compressing
